Samsung Mobile — The battery drains up in 2-3 hrs, The phone heats up so bad, and it hangs up showing a black screen and nothing seems to work.

I bought samsung s4 mobile on 25/05/2015 from amazon the problem rise with it as that the mobile getting annormal heating up in usage of 5-10 minutes and battery drown in 2-3 hours.for this problem i called samsung service customer center they given few suggestions but no use later they said to visit service and i had visited service center of kothagudem they upgraded mobile software and even later they changed mother board of mobile and degraded mobile software also but there was no change in mobile as the problem continued and the response from service center of kothagudem was reckless everytime when i visited to them for service and i even called to samsung service center for many but no one even tried to solve my problem.later when i become little loud then they said our superior will call you and rectify your problem but ten days completed no call from the customer center please solve my i am afraid of that the mobile may explode during usage only please replacement of this mobile with better one later on when i saw reviews on amazon flipkart about this mobile every one stated that The battery drains up in 2-3 hrs, The phone heats up so bad, and it hangs up showing a black screen and nothing seems to work. I have to remove the battery and re start the phone again.this is HOW SAMSUNG IS CHEATING CUSTOMER FOR THEIR BENEFITS PLEASE PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM . . .
