Samsung — Not Satisfied with new Handser as 1st Day It has some problem | |||
Dear Concern This is very bad experience from such type of Brand like Samsung. I have purchased 2 Handsets (Galaxy Grand 2), 1 set is working properly but 1 set has some problem from 1st day of Purchase.Its Auto restart problem which i have facing, My whole screen goes Blue and then its auto Restart. With this complaint I went to go to Croma Center Karol Bagh where i purchased those sets. He checked and update all software but after i reached home the problem had repeated then i go to Samsung Service Center, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 and they check my phone and submitted. Next day i have recd. Call from them they said we cant replace your set as its our company policy set is ok.I requested lots of time that please release DOA as i am not satisfied with this set but all time same reply. Its very harassing me that to know about there is no policy of customer satisfaction. I have to go to Consumer Forum for the same as i am very dissatisfied.
