[Resolved] Samsung — refrigerator | |||
I had purchased a refrigerator sbs 700litres from reliance digital phoenix from day one from billing with reliance and processing with hdfc i have been having issues. No invoice nor hard-copy of bill was given to me till date i don't have. Vignesh from reliance digital their so called experienced engineer was sent for demo and installation. He just opened the box and took 2000from me for thevstand and left i had lodged a complaint with samsung customercare and reliance office too on same day. It was to deaf ears. He had switched on the fridge before leaving. The next day i had noticed ced droplets of water around the vent and vegetables were getting stale and rotten i had made a couple of calls to samsung customer care and reliance office too. It was a very bad experience to an engineer home. Aftef my repeated calls i was put thru for a reliance engineer for a demo on sunday. He had informed me it's an internslissue, the samsung has to deal. It's frustrating to know from day one it has been a problem for which i had complained many a times to samsung customercare. Ur engineers have told they will contact Samsung customer care and put a word. So far no one has called nor turned up. The after service in reliance is of no value, u value ur clients only till u could sell the product. I had been in touch with the higher authorities of the store too. It's just a Merry go around between two concerns with us don't know wen we would get hurt . Or is this a new tactic of selling extended warranty sir ?
