Samsung — Samsung M31-s phone wifi issue - samsung care not taking responsibility

I Nitin Bendale I bought a samsung phone M31s on Auguest 2020. there were no conference call in it. i Complaint in samsung center ([protected]).

Action Taken-Software Update and Kernel 11 file update.
Phone give us to me but facing same issue.

Action taken- Submitted the phone gave the phone, saying that he had made some chnages in the software update, application update and chnaged manua setting.
problem not solved.

3)10 march 2021
Engineer Name- Tabish
Action taken-Replaced the motherboard and update andriod version 11 and asked me a buy a new SIM from Airtel.
Now conference call problem solved but now getting other after replacing mother board i am facing in wifi.

from 13 april to till date i had submitted many times my phone in samsung care center every time they will wipeout data software update change some setting but problem is not resolve. they are not able resolve issue and not taking any responsibility.

please help...

I had mail to Samsung care center (support.[protected]@samsung.com) as well as (om.[protected]@gmail.com) but no response from both side they always said will escalate case to senior level but not any update.

please help...
