Sandhya Lakshmi — lost ration card

Sir i have separate ration card for my family for past 8 years. But due to some reason my mother in law asked my ration card for registration. But after that she refused to give it back. Her name is not in my in the rtation card. For the past few years she is getting all d provisions. Card is in my address, my name is registered as the family members. Hw i can get it back. H er name is not there only my name and husband name is there.
