Model sjj32hk-zma, serial[protected], purchases on[protected] in s.S.G.Electronics, medchal, rr dist, telangana state . I got compliant in tv on[protected], problem – tv screen start with lines after that hang without audio and unable to control by remote as well as tv button did not work and after used to restart, tv start working slowly again lines and get in to hang . This complaint have been intimated to local sansui authorized service center and deputed mr. Sham anand (Mobile number -[protected] for service) and he used speak with mobile and say i am on the way but whenever visited and similar conversation two weeks left and never turned my place to check the tv, again tried through toll free on 14th april in[protected] and requested for company to provide complaint number hyd[protected] but demanded for service charge 820+tax, said if complaint unable to solve still have to pay service charge in first visit without fail. Service engineer visited on[protected] checked tv said board need to replace and observed board physically no damages but said need to change. Then asked about price said approximately inr2000/-, exact price will be confirmed from office said.[protected] morning received call from service enter said cost of board estimated inr 6300/-with discount cost final inr 5300 excluding service charge. Discussed about possibility of board level service said sorry must change. Ok it is case then i asked what would be warranty of board after replacement, said only one month i got shock if change mother board it should at least one year. Further asked if get complaint again after on month what would be status enquired told its company policy again need to spend money and change board. Service attend by tekcare, sri renuka enterprises, secunderabad -11 How could possible to spending one third of tv cost for replacing board My queries, Life time of product? Why can’t service board level if minor problem no burning of components and tv found working, why need replacement Service cost is 10% of product cost, would it mentioned by company? Peoples used to say should buy lg and samsung, i shared sansui also equally well because using from 2002 but seeing above complaint and current status i am unhappy product, way of service, we are belong to middle class purchased in emi . Service payment immediate warranty maximum 1 month after replacement to new pcb, how i can believe it genuine part because company itsel[censored]nable to give warranty one year on new replacements. Why board can't be serviced by technician or engineers, board life time, if critical situation board replaced after warranty period and customer charged for new board why can't customer get warranty for replaced pare one year warranty it's basic need.
