[Resolved] Sansui India — NEW SANSUI LED TV PURCHASED -SOUND PROBLEM IN JUST 1 MONTH | |||
Dear Customer Complaint Manager Its a big blow to me by choosing SANSUI LED TV-31'', though there are many other brands are available in the market with the same price range such as, VIDEOCON, MICROMAX, PANASONIC etc. I choose SANSUI considering its Japanese Technology, But It seems that I have taken a wrong decision by choosing SANSUI LED TV.In November -2014 I had purchased it from SUPER ELCTRONICS, VAPI-dist-Valsad, Gujarat.Pin-396191 Mob No-[protected]. PLS INSTRUCT YOUR DEALER TO REPLACE THE TV IMMEDIATELY, Otherwise I am quite offset with the incident and I will Spread it in social media that SANSUI PRODUCTS ARE WORST IN QUALITY. Alreay SANSUI is struggling hard in Indian Electronics Market to increase its market share, but if such incidences will be there, I think it will tarnish the brand image and it will further affect badly .
