I have purchased Sansui LED TV 43 inch 4k Ultra HD Model SNA43QX0ZSA from Sargam Electronics Uttam Nagar New Delhi. The payment was made on Sunday(23.10.16) and TV was delivered & installed on 24.10.16. I am not satisfied with the product due to following: 1. 4K Media does not run on the TV even tough it is mentioned to be 4K TV. 2. No backlit. 3. Contrast very poor. 4. There is bliackness at the borders. In view of above submission, it is requested to take back the product and refund my hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
