I have purchased mobile sansui horizon2 in 23 sep 2017 through flipkart. The camera has stopped working. I have given to authorised. Service centre in malad mumbai on 28 oct 2017 at unique infosystem and telecom. Till now they are saying spare part is not received by sansui. This is incompetent. Pls provide them the desired parts so they can repair it. Asc code is vascm h094 and job no. Is vascmh094j[protected]. Imei no.
