Sansui India — warranty claim

I bought a refrigerator in last year it is not worked in past three month, I contacted near by authorised service centre but there are not respond after one month service men came my home and he said compressor was not working they have claim warranty and change the compressor within a week but still now the complaint was pending if contact the service centre they are spoke with irresponsible and the service man asked why you buy our company product we are not responsible .I'm really frustrated with your service . Please give a good solution
