We had subscribed a bond of rupees of 3,600/- for SARDAR SAROVAR NARMADA NIGAM LIMITED Jointly in the names of Jagriti lamba and Sukh Vir Singh , and they had thereby promised to pay us on 11th january 2014 a sum of Rs. 1,11,000/ We have changed our address .Hence we are not getting proper information. we want to surrender this bond. What is the process of surrender. pls note Our new address as follows

Dear sir

I bought deb of sardar sarovar armada nigam limited in 1993. It is due for redemption and we are unable to contact the registrar or the company before sending the discharged bond. On the registered telephone numbers there is no response over several days. I put 3600 rupees and amount due is 116000 rupees which is substantial money.

I receiced allotment letter in year 1994 for allotment of 04 D D Bonds bearing Folio No.519405 & I received 04 deep discount bonds definitive bond certficate distinctive no:547452,457453,457454 & 457455. In spite of sending many letter through courier and speed post I havenot received any reply. when I received D D Bonds certifate I was serving in Air Force and posted at Lucknow during these many years up to 2008 I got transferred to so many places all over country due to this reason I could not receive any information regarding these SSNNL bonds.Now In year 2014 these are going to mature I don't know what should I do to redeem these bonds.I have heard they have changed the maturity value of these bonds.I want to change my residential address as after retirement from AirForce in Jan 2008, now a days I am staying at my home town whis is my permanent address as follows

sir,
I have two bonds of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd (SSNNL) having regd folio no. SN 321902 ,Certificate no.296396 & 296397 and Distinctive No.296396 to 296397 scheduled to be matured on 11.1.2014. In spite of receiving several letters on early redemption, i have neither submitted my bond certificates nor accepted their premature insufficient payment offer till now since it was not mentioned in the clause in any case at the time of issue.Anyway.their premature deal got closed on around January'2009. Because of several unavoidable reasons, unfortunately i could not manage to take any step by this time till now and not even actions through RTI. As per theirs version,its all done through some "Act".
My question is - what can i do in this circumstances from Kolkata? What correct legal steps are available at this scenario can be operated from Kolkata? If the "Act" can give less than half the stipulated amount for public interest why cant it pay double the amount for public interest? I'm also a public.Even they could pay the bond holders say only 5000/- rupees instead of 50,000/- while committed to pay 1,11,000/- at the behest of "Act".
I want your correct guideline.

My name is RUCHI KOUL,i am bond holder namely RUCHI KOUL VEENA KOUL (one bonds only) my FOLIO NO:- 443893 & CERTIFICATE NO:-452601 .I have reportedly come to know that some bondholders have received bond back but i don't know weather they have gone for the option to withdraw the said money earlier of their own or it has been ordered by your GUJARAT head office for withdraw of said amount .In this regard i had received a call from Harayana State asked me to withdraw the amount if willing in the year march 2008. i was confused accordingly contacted your head office at GUJARAT .Your reply was their is no any such order from this office .Further said money will be paid at its maturity date also i have send a letter in year 2008 your office have received my letter ,acknowledgment receipt of your office is lying with me.I am disappointed by your service. There is no detail about my bond .Please let me know the current status of your bond

We three friends hold Deep Discount Bonds of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd. Due to personal reasons we remained out of our home towns for some period. Meanwhile the NIGAM has issued notice to the bond holders for redemtion of the bonds. We could not receive the notice. I have downloaded the notice from the net and understand that "If any Deep Discount Bondholder surrenders the duly discharged Bond Certificate after 12th December 2008, the same will be processed for payment only after 10th January 2009 and no interest on such redemption amount shall be payable by Nigam."

Be kind enough to guide us as to how to redeem our bonds at the earliest.
