MY NAME IS MAYUR KOTAK AND I OWN 6 BONDS OF SARDAR SAROVAR NARMADA NIGAM LTD..ISSUED AT THE PRICE OF 3600 Rs..I WANT TO GET IT REFUNDED...PLS LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO GET THE AMOUNT...

We have Fixed Deposit of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, Before 15 days we have received Form 16 in the statement of Form 16 they have mentioned Rs.19945/- (Four Times) interest paid on date 31/03/2011 and they have deducted TDS on the same but till date the said amount not credited in depositers account.

I HAD PURCHASED DEEP DISCOUNT BONDS IN THE NAME OF RAHUL MUKHI AND ASEEM MUKHI,WHICH WERE SUBSEQUENTLY REPURCHASED BY SSNNL IN FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10

ALTHOUGH THE PROCEEDS AGAINST THE BONDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED,CERTIFICATE FOR TDS IN FORM 16A HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECD. INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT HAS RAISED DEMAND IN THE ABSENCE OF FORM 16A WITHOUT AFFORDING CREDIT FOR TDS DEDUCTED ON THESE BONDS

We have registered a complaint for change of Pan No for MR. Divyam Sanghvi .WE have also send the documents to the company 2 times and when there was no reversion we registered a complain in this site, but till today that is not sorted out. Please look into the matter and revert as soon as possible.

i have submitted my bond certi foliono. 594386 and 594387 with required docs at mcs office ahmedabad last month and i got the refund cheque of folio no.594386 but i do not received the refund of folio no .594387. so plz followup my request and replly me for the same

I have taken & other family member holding sardar sarover nigam ltd; deep discount bond of Rs:3600/= in 1995, due to be matured on 2014 Rs.face value 111000/- but how company can prematured the same. kindly inform us the latest case hearing position on the case in supreme count new delhi. Please let me know the status SSNL Bond. Is it forced to everyone to go for redemption or we can wait for the outcome of the court case?
whether i should encash or wait till the supreme count judgement ?
