We have been repeatedly representing them to address the non-availability of potable water to the residents. I am writing to you and warn you all that please do not buy any flat from Sare Group (FDI Funded). This company is nothing but a fraud company in India. It exploits its buyers very badly by imposing interests at the later stage of the possession. Staffs also are not cooperative here. Nobody will help you at the later stage....
