I have booked a Villa, in SARE Homes at Kolathur GST, Tamilnadu (Meadow Villa A-type) on October 2012, The Possession stated in the Agreement was May 2013 and with an extension of 6 months (that is Nov' 13),
Total amount to be payed for the Villa is 30 lakhs, out of 20% has been payed with Agreement(Oct'13), SARE was very smart the made us to pay 80% on Oct'13 & 90% Mar'14 with 1st floor roof casting
After getting 90% of Payment there is no progress in the construction, and if I ask for Firm commitment on Possession through email, either I will not get any reply or after reminders they will reply stating the construction will start next month & Possession will happen in next two months, this reply I am getting from Mar'14 till date that is Sep'15
SARE is having an official customer care email ID to register complaint, that is [protected]@saregroup.com, which gives an auto reply stating they will revert in 7 working days, and they will not reply
I have also approached the Customer relation Manager in Chennai, even he is also not providing any firm commitments, and openly he says he do not have control over the Project, I do not understand what is the Purpose of such positions in SARE, who cannot help customers
All my payments were through bank, and I am paying interest (just interest) to the bank for two years, with out getting the home
I do not see a reason for not completing the project, the complete booking of A-type was completed two years back and also this is not an individual Villa, even if the booking is not done completely, they can complete the project individually.
If I ask for cancellation, there is no reply or talk about the same
Really frustrated with the way SARE behaving to me
This is high time Either I need the house on Nov'15 or I want to cancel this project and SARE has to pay back the complete money I have spent for this project, I need all my money back
I really need help
Also the worst thing is their advertisement on the website, please refer below link, they are stating they have completed 75% of the construction

Now its almost 3.5 years delay
Really pathetic
Not responding to calls and not stating the real status
see the below two mail which tells you that you just don't care about the customers.
What the hell is going on .
Do you think we are here to hear all these nonsense communications.
I have 10 communication mail like this from SARE and the possession date starts from Mar-2014, the actual possession date as per agreement is May-13.
I am proposing to you if you don't have money to build give it to me I can do.
3 Years delay, What the hell man?
Do you want as to pay the Pre EMIs for life long, We are not here to earn to pay pre EMI.
Just don't send any reply and I will visit the site on 6th Feb, If nothing is happening let me see how I can repeat the "UNITECH" thing to SARE.
