AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Airtel Digital TV Connection
I have purchase the digital TV connection on 12th Oct Via Credit card payment from Internet. Till 23rd I have not get any return back/ call- from this completely irresponsible company.I spoke to Customer care dept for 5-6 time and every time they informed me that Sir, we are forwarding the complain and our back end tem will contact with you within 24 hrs. But it never ends. Still I am waiting for their call.
I think this digital TV Company should ban from next couple of years for their irresponsible service and using public money for 10-15 days.

Dear Sir,I purchased one Sony Bravia HD (HX-800-46) TV on 10.03.2011,where I got one activation Kit from Air tel on paying Rupees 1000.00 extra.Till date Air tel Digital TV could not established connection with my new TV.I tried with Air tel customer at-least 20 time to short out the problem but all the time they gave me wrong feed back and resultant no connectivity yet.Now,I want my money back immediately so that I can go to a better service provider to view TV.

Airtel digital tv's [protected] never went to customer care service rep.I had an issue with connectivity called rep 1000 times,keep on saying same word 'swicth-off and on'.

they have mapped wrongly with another id-[protected],i have informed 1 year back on this issue,still no response.
recently i have recharged with 200/-,its showing errorcode 4..but they are daily deducting amount from my account.
PLEASE DONT EVER TAKE AIRTEL DIGITAL CONNECTION.
