I have enrolled for jio fibre plan 899 by paying 3182.46 inr on 7th february 2023.
I reqested for plan change to 1499.00 inr on 1st may 2023 which was confirmed by jio fiber on the same day. Both netflix and prime to be included in the plan.
The new account status is not being updated till now because of which we are unable to watch both netflix and prime.
On contacting your customer service representative, mr/ sandhya, on 2nd may, she was very rude and did not help at all. She refused to assign a technician for visit as well. We are senior citizen and she refused to help us.
Did not help us with any query.
