On September 3rd 2014 I received a mail as below: Hello, Thank you for your interest in SaveTheDeals! You have been selected to enjoy 6 cinema tickets for ₹50 only! Now you have more ways to save! Click on the offer below to enjoy 6 cinema tickets for ₹50 only! Hurry up and enjoy the best deals and rewards brought exclusively to you. Followed with this I had used the details of the Axis Bank Debit Card to avail the offer over the Internet, soon after i received a message in my registered mobile that an amount of Rs.1680.00 has been debited from my account. I called the Customer Service of Axis Bank and they told that the amount cannot be claimed since i have shared the debit card details to the dealers. And again on 10th October 2014, i received an SMS stating an amount of Rs.1680.00 has been debited from my account mentioning PUR/EVIANODIGITAL/Barcelona/EVIANODIGITAL. Initially i was not aware of how did this happened and i called up the customer care and blocked the debit card immediately. Now I have totally blocked all the mode of transaction to my Axis Bank Account. I totally accept its the fault from my end, but i want the consumer forum to probe into details and find the culprits and punish them to play with the hard earned money of many people. very bad experience with savethedeal, i entered my credit card no. in the site at savethedeal, deducted 1730 rs from my credit card, after that i shopped at big bazaar of 1700 rs & sent bill to email, but no refund from savethedeal.

SavetheDeal.in is a FRAUD website. Please DO NOT even enter it, lest alone entering your debit/credit card details. I accidentally fell in the trap thinking its just Rs.50/- (which they charged to me even without ant OTP or Verified by Visa password). After 72 hrs, they charged another Rs.1, 680/- to my account, which will be auto renewed every month. I would request all to Stay away from this Fraud website.

I have received an e-mail from business.[protected]@horoscopefree.com- savethedeals.in . It has been displayed You have been selected to enjoy a ₹1700 Supermarket voucher for ₹50 only!. I clicked on link, then I entered the debit card details only, I haven't enter any OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, and after some time I received a text msg that the amount got deducted. I tried to call up my bank and they firstly told they can't help me I need to communicate with merchant website. I have sent an email to merchant but they haven’t reply. Hi, This Amit Shetty from mumbai, i want to inform you that ''save the deals'' fraud company has deducted rs.1700/- from my credit card without asking me one time password..i was just feeling my examition form that time this page came and ask me for the credit card details i thought it was relating to examition form & without asking any details of amount they had process the transaction.Now i received the crdit card statement in that i came to know that amount rs.1700/-has been stolen by this fraud company. Kindly guide me how i will get my money back.

I was offered 6 movie tickets for Rs. 50/- as a special offer on 6 Sep 2014 and debited 50/- on the same day. Without my knowledge they have debited amount 1680/- from my credit card on[protected] at 18:11:02PM without asking for any 3D secured pin or OTP No and other details. Savethedeals they sent mails best offers and they asked credit card details. after that it struked the site so did not received any mail regarding that. two times they deducted the amount from my credit card. today i received my credit card bill 1st 16th Aug 2014 they deduced rs 1700/- after 19th sept 2014 again they deducted Rs1680/-. i did not received any vouchers and any goods. I really lost in this site. Please make this amount get back to me

Savedeals.in is a website that offers discount deals online and have charged membership. I paid 1680 for this but did not recieve any refund on providing the vouchers of expense that was submitted. I had unsubscribe from the membership but yet again they have debited my credit card with 1680 Rs. I had mailed them too but have received no communications from them. Request you to get my refund and ban this fraud website. Regards, Apurva

Save the deal cinema vouchers were misleading, the way it is presented, the scheme is deceiving and makes the public think that we are buying six movie tickets voucher for rs. 50 and not the refund scheme. Due to which Isubscribed for your services and was waiting to receive the movie tickets.Also your subscription fee was not clearly mentioned and when i was making the payment it just showed Rs. 50 and not Rs.(50 +1680). The best thing is i didnt even come to know that i ghave bought the subscription unitl i received the message from the bank that i have been charged with Rs.[protected] + 50) HDFC CUSTOMER CARE SAYS SOME SITES DONT ASK 3 D PASSWORD THEN WHOSE AT FAULT WE BUT IF HDFC HAD MADE THEM ASKED 3D SECURE PASSWORD THEN PROBLEM WAS SOLVED FOR US. BUT SAVE THE DEALS MUST BE PAYING SOME AMOUNT TO HDFC SO HDFC IS NOT ASKING THEM 3 D SECURE PASSWORD. As according to the consumer act, your website is DECEIVING and MISLEADING. Also the website states that ill get 72 hours of trial period, but i was charged Rs.1680 for the subscription along with the rs. 50 movie coupon i bought and also, during the payment, payment gateway was not showing the amount Rs.[protected] +50) but rs. 50 only which was again deceiving. I have attached the image of the website, to show how they are misleading the public into buying the vouchers.

I also got trapped on dis website on 22 Aug. 2013 ven i was trying to avail dere fake lucrative deal of 6 tkts in 50 bucks...dat tym 1730 got deducted from my debit card widout asking VISA password...but finally i got my money back 4 days ago... dnt knw hw dis thing hapnd...:)...finally im happy...

On[protected] there was an email offer of D mart Save Voucher for Rs.50/- and I tried to book through the on line credit card payment mode and the amount I filled was only Rs.50/- but on confirmation there was no OTP sent to me and instead another site opened with offer for purchase of products. So, I closed the screen of that site and left the computer. To my surprise in the Credit Card statement my account has been debited with Rs.1680/-on dated 22.9.14 night 12.00 AM as payment made to Savethe Deals India.. It is rediculous that no purchase has been done and no confirmed receipt has come to me

On[protected] there was an email offer of 6 movie tickets for Rs.50/- and I tried to book the movie tickets through the on line credit card payment mode and the amount I filled was only Rs.50/- but on confirmation there was no OTP sent to me and instead another site opened with offer for purchase of products.

So, I closed the screen of that site and left the computer. To my surprise in the Credit Card statement my account has been debited with Rs.1730/- as payment made to Savethe Deals India..

It is rediculous that no purchase has been done and no confirmed receipt has come to me...but they have taken the payment from my credit card..

Kindly recredit the same amount to me immediately

I have seen a promotion of "Save the deal" under HDFC Credit Card website rewards point, I was supposed to redeemed my rewards point not to purchase anything. I have registered myself on save the deals and I gave my credit card details( Credit Card no. and Card expiry date) and amount 1680/- instantly deducted from my hdfc credit card account([protected]). But unlike other website, this one does not show how much its going to deduct and neither didn't ask for OTP or PIN. After the card details was put in, it straight away debited Rs 1680 from my account. I didn't received any transaction receipt or details against this transaction and amount credit to EVIANO DIGITAL. I called up my credit card company to block that transaction and mail for refund amount for this fraud transaction but after sometime they told me that they can't. Please help me to get my amount refund my mobile No is : [protected]

I got a mail from the site savethedeals.in, in which they have mentioned that "Enjoy Rs.1700 Dinner voucher Valid at any restaurant for Rs.50 Only." So, I have done the transaction for rs 50 & they deducted rs 1730 from my account.and i have not received any voucher also. i want only money, i don't want any voucher now. Please refund my money back as it was specified on voucher that the voucher was worth rupees 50 and it has deducted rs1730 from my account. Please take legal action as soon as possible.
