Term & condition. So i have humble request to ask him to refund my money, I am not alone person who face

I recieved an email from Savethedeals.in the mail said I can get free fuel worth 1700 only by paying Rs.50. I gave my debit card info under the impression that they will deduct only Rs.50 but they actually deducted Rs.1730 without my consent. I received one advertising email saying I will get 6 Cinema tickets For just Rs50/- SO on 11th September 2014. Just I went on their webpage AND they were showing only Rs50 on their screen, then they asked for my card details for payment and without any OTP/PIN/Transaction password, then no any proper thank you page OR no any email receipt from them.
