Hello, My name is Debolina Choudhury. I wish to obtain a refund o Rs. 1730 whcih was deducted from my a/c due to the accidental sending of credit card details by my son. This is annoying as I haven't yet been refunded with the said amount in spite of being assured of a refund by a mail sent from this company. 15 days have already passed and i am waiting eagerly for my refund. I would be obliged if I get a refund to my a/c a.s.a.p.
Thanks.

I have read the complaints various people have posted and mine is exactly the same.My name is anoop mehrotra from delhi and today i.e 14th sept 2014 i was also stupid enough to fall into their trap.Same sequence, an offer to purchase 6 tkts for Rs.50.00, you enter your card details, they do not ask for your password "AND HERE IT IS WHERE I SHOULD NOT HAVE PROCEEDED" and was debited Rs.1730.00 instead.I have sent them emails accusing them of fraud and for refund of the money, but surely there will not be any reply. This is all done, but my point is that the next step should be that all o[censored]s who have been defrauded by this site and other people who have been defrauded by other such online sites should get together, go to the consumer court and try that these and such sites are denied access in India, surely we will not be able to catch any individual as such, but if the authorities want, such sites can be blocked in India and so many more people can be saved from loosing their money. My Name is sachin gupta . I am from new delhi I received an email for Restaurant of Rs. 1700/- for Rs 50. I followed the links and save the DEALS website asked me to register. After registration, it straight away asks for payment details. Assuming its Rs 50, I entered the card details. But unlike other website, this one does not show how much its going to deduct and neither did it ask for OTP. Transactions without OTP are fraudulent. After the card details was put in, it straight away debited Rs 1730 from my account on dt.12.08.2014 There is no phone number to reach them either. Please refund my payment...

I received one advertising email saying I will get 6 Cinema tickets For just Rs50/- SO on 11th September 2014. Just I went on their webpage AND they were showing only Rs50 on their screen, then they asked for my card details for payment and without any OTP/PIN/Transaction password, then no any proper thank you page OR no any email receipt from them. Then I was shocked when I got SMS from citibank saying my card has been charged Rs1730/- !!! After that I sent 3-4 emails to [protected]@savethedeals.in (they don't have phone number on their site!)

My Name is Ritu Yadav . I am from Gurgaon. I received an email for fuel of Rs. After the card details was put in, it straight away debited Rs 1730 from my account. There is no phone number to reach them either. So I have lodged complaint on their site but till not get any respond. Kindly help me get my money back. if any one have their customer care number then please share.

While checking my mail on 10th Aug'14, there was a display of Big Bazaar voucher worth of Rs.1700/- and 6 movie tickets for Rs.50/-. On curiosity I went in and answered all the stupid & nonsense questions and asked my credit card no. &CVV. Once I entered the CVV I got a message of deducting Rs.1730/- by EVIANO DIGITAL. I did not even given my ONE TIME PASSWORD as it is very much necessary for online transaction. I did not receive any mail from you or movie tickets or gift vouchers. Why are u cheating people like this? Please refund my HARD EARNED MONEY and I hope you will consider my request.
