I did a transaction My Union Bank Of India, at save my deal Yesterday i.e. 24.08.14, I got a mail from save my deals that buy a coupon for Rs. 50 worth rs 1700 neither i got thosePetrol gas their intimation. seen e-mail of savethedeals.in . and with out enetring any OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, and after some time i received a text msg that the amount got deducted. Please refund my amout other wise ill take a strict action against your website. I want my money back within 2 days else ill.. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, and after some time i received a text msg that the amount got deducted. Please refund my amount other wise ill take a strict action against your website. Dear Sir/Mam, Good Morning, I had received the mail on dated 26th Aug 2014 from "Get 6 Cinema Tickets For IN Rs.50 - Arpita Jain <[protected]@perfectpriceindia.com" -savethedeals.in website.
There was an offer of Rs.50 for 6 Movie tickets. I clicked on link, then I entered the credit card details only,
I haven't enter any SBI Pin or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account.
I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction.or no email from sbi credit card .
After I sent Mail to them for Refund Money Rs 1700/-the ID " [protected]@savethedeals.in" but only Auto replay Received.
How can we aware of this fraud activities.
Please Solve this complaint, how can be possible this type of wrong debit amount.
Do needful for this fraud Please I kindly request you to take necessary action to refund the money to my OBC bank[protected], Branch KALYAN, MUMBAI.

I got a mail from the site savethedeals.in, in which they have mentioned that "Enjoy Rs.1700 movie Valid at any cinema for Rs.50 Only." So, I have done the transaction for rs 50 & they deducted rs 1730 from my account.and i have not received any voucher also. i want only money, i don't want any voucher now. Please refund my money back as it was specified on voucher that the voucher was worth rupees 50 and it has deducted rs1730 from my account. i Have been cheated in the same way in which many others have been cheated Series of events... 1) i receive an email at 7:10AM on 28th Aug 2014 regarding Movie tickets for Rs.50 from savethedeals.in 2) i click the link to check out as i was interested 3) it asks my Email ID, i Enter and continue 4) it directly navigates to the page of payment with Rs50 only written on it. 5) i start paying the amount using debit card 6) i enter only debit card details and CVV automatically without asking for OTP or Debit card Pin or Master secure code, Automatically the amount gets debited...I think there is some bug which this Guy has identified where the page doesn`t need to navigate to 3d secure...All the banks have also failed to identify the same as Axis, ICICI, IDBI and many more bank names are there in the complaint list 7) i call up my bank guys to complain about it...but i get a clear response stating a NO...they intimated me that the dispute is between me and my merchant site and the bank has nothing to say.. i am trying my luck by posting it here...but i don`t think so its going to help us anyway posting it on any of the consumer forums because as i am seeing this fraud has started on Aug 4th and till date the website is also working and looting more people and neither they have refunded any amount neither any action is taken by any authority...anyways i am attaching the photo proof of the site and their links i am giving below hope it helps Links: 1) I click my mail and get this link asking to enter email ID - https://www.savethedeals.in/la/welcome-offer/?ido=5&ref=LUCINI-HOROSCOP_cine...⇄ 2) I Enter my email id and press continue to get this link of Payment - https://www.savethedeals.in/ps/secure-payment/?email=abhishek.[protected]@recroi...⇄ Now we are in a situation very well known as Helplessness and we would remain in same way...i bet...

Hi, I received a mail that movie ticket worth Rs.1700 at Rs.50. So I thought I am paying Rs.50 and also it didn't ask for OTP and 3d secure password and I got a message that Rs.1730 is deducted from my credit card. Ask the to refund the amount.

This Save The Deals website sent mail stating Rs.50 for 6nos Cinema Tickets. As soon I entered all my credit card details, immediately Rs.1, 730 was debited. Then I sensed I have been cheated by this website. I got SMS from my bank that Rs.1, 730 was charged by Evaino Digital ( Unknown Website). I immediately called my Banker and informed the same. The Customer care told me that it already debited but Merchandise not claimed so far. I want to stop this payment. Kindly help me by getting my money back from this merchandise at the earliest. Your Ad said 6 tickets for 50Rs. Anybody will think its just 50 rs & gave the credit card information. But the amount charged was Rs. 1730. What is surprising is How does CITIBANK did not give the additional layer of security by asking for Internet PIN or OTP. Had they done so, we would have got alerted & cancelled the transaction.

As i have been charged with the fraud and cheated website savethedeals as i seen my mobile masseg 1730/-deducted my credit card account. There are showing website rs-50.00/-, 1700.00voucher.So i will take for you legeal action cheated 1730rs my account. I had received an offer to my friend mail ID from save the deals for "50 rupees offer" (Buy 6 movie tickets @ 50 rupees). I was interested and accessed the website and entered my colleagues credit card details for this offer, after entering the details with in few seconds 1730 rupees was deducted but no proof of purchase but my friend got a alert of the deduction. I query same to their customer support . Later I realised it was fraud website and the money is gone Please..now i raised compliant in sbi customer care . Transaction Date 11/8/2014 = Amount 50 only but Deducted 1730/- Authcation no 015888 your side claimed on 15/8/2014

From 1-2days I am continously receiving the mail from savethedeals about their offer that in 50Rs 6 movie tickets and lunch/Dinner coupon of 1700 in 50 Rs so I entered my debit card details without giving information that how much amount they are deducting they deduct the amount 1730 from the account immediatey, I want my money from savethedeals back soon and as I am able to see people are complaining about savethedeals from few days but till now no action taken against thats why it is continously cheating people and I am also victim of it today...

Hello, Today 21/08/2014 I am receive 1 Promotional Mail from SAVETHEDEALS. there's Hello Rajeev Enjoy 6 cinema tickets for INR50. Thats why i purchased it and they want my bank detail to pay the amount of Rs 50/- but after filling details of my hdfc credit card they are deducted the amount of Rs 1730/- from my Account so please take the necessary action against them any i want my money back. Please help ...

Today 22/08/2014 I have received 1 Promotional Mail from SAVETHEDEALS. Enjoy 6 cinema tickets for INR50. so i purchased it and they asked my bank detail ATM card Number etc. But instead of INR50, they deducted1730 Rs from my Account and there is no deal was given.so please look into the issue .It's a frdulent company.
