I got the sms that rs. 1730/- has been debited from my credit card. I have tried to contact him so many times via email but i got no responce. No any phone number mentioned on site. This is fraud. Fraud...

I have recieved a offer at my email address for getting 6 Movie tickets for just paying Rs 50/- but at the time of online payment through SIB credit card i have been debited Rs 1730/- instead of Rs 50/- without OTP. I have no information why they had deducted a huge amount even no status of charged amount was shown at the time of online payment. that you should debit Rs.1730 from my account. Hello, Today 19/08/2014 I have received 1 Promotional Mail from SAVETHEDEALS. Enjoy 6 cinema tickets for INR50. so i purchased it and they asked my bank detail ATM card Number etc.i submitted all detail .. But instead of INR50, they deducted1730 Rs from my Account and there is no deal was given.so please look into the issue .It's a frdulent company...i want my money back ..i no need any voucher .. I clicked on link, then I entered the credit card details only, I haven't enter any OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I received an email from savethedeals.in saying 6 movie tickets in Rs.50. I clicked on it. I was asked for debit card information. As per the standard procedure for CREDIT card transactions for HDFC bank, but as I entered the debit card information I received an SMS that Rs. 1730 has been debited from my credit card without any OTP or 3D secure password. This is a cheating i want my money back.

Website had sent a mail saying pay Rs.50 & get 6 cinema tickets.
But before login & getting registered only they asked for bank details.
once the bank details were given, without any authorisation they debited my account with an amount of Rs.1730.
No email or anything after the money got debited.

I clicked on link, then I entered the credit card details only, I haven't enter any OTP or any 3d secure pin but my amount deducted Rs1730 from my account. I didn't got any details of transacting amount Rs1730 or completion of transaction, and after some time i received a text msg that the amount got deducted. This indicates the loophole in banks capability also. Plz help us and block this kind of websites

This is to bring to your notice that an amount of rs, 1730/- has been dbited to my credit card without bank sending a otp which looks like a fraud need help on this rajesh thakkar ctc [protected] .

The amount payable for the offer was rs.50/- and that too it would have been after getting the otp how than the credit card gets debited.

How do i get this money back

Please assist
