SBI General Insurance — Issue with Long Term Home Policy (Policy No: [protected]) | |||
Hello, My Customer ID is [protected], and the referenced Policy number is [protected]. It is a Long Term Home policy. I purchased this policy online on 15/05/2015. The Risk Address mentioned in the policy was incorrect (even though my postal address is mentioned correctly when I downloaded the policy document from their website). I requested to have this Risk Address rectified on the policy document and send me a physical copy of the document at my postal address. Nothing has happened since then. I raised two requests (request numbers [protected], [protected]) on this issue earlier. On 5th of June, I had once again raised a request (no: [protected]). Nothing has been done so far by the company. If SBI General treats its customers like this to resolve such simple issues, I can imagine how they will handle claims. I would like this policy to be cancelled and money refunded to me. I will purchase a home insurance policy from some other reputed insurance provider. Thank you, Saurav Sen.
