To, The chief branch manager State bank of india Main branch Subject: charge dispute "refund not processed" Dear sir / madam Refund from amazon for amount rs 649.00 has been processed on 6nd jan 2019. Authorization code for the refund is[protected]. The refund is not credited in my account till now. Conversation with amazon regarding this from my gmail account is attached. This amount is a part of my debit card transaction. I am pay by the upi transaction of sbi. Please see a pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund under charge dispute as 'refund not processed'. My account no.
