SBI — Refund issue

I am kameswara rao koppadi. I had ordered a product from amazon costing rs. 362.79 on 08/05/20 but i immediately canceled my order due personal reason. Amazon initiated my refund on the same day 08/05/20 with this refund reference number 98995 but didn't credit into my account yet. Amazon asked me to call to bank customer service and give this refund reference number. But unfortunately sbi's customer care is not responding. So please kindly respond to this complaint. It's urgent. My card number [protected].
