We are writing to you to report a case of abandoned cerebrally unbalanced senior citizen who is staying in krishna janmashtami park (Under chittaranjan park police station) for over 3 months now. This lady has been observed to be mentally disturbed and abuses people and children going to this park for no reasons. Very recently there have been stone pelting cases by this woman reported to asi narender singh, asi satendra and other officials in the nearest ps chittaranjan park beat and also to the police station last week.

Whenever she sees people in the park after evening she throws big stones at them and injured few people in several cases. There has been no satisfactory action taken by local police station and hence we are urged to escalate this matter to your attention. There are lot of people who are in the neighbourhood and witnessed these day by day increasing incidents. The residents of godavari apartments (Advocate dhawan and others) are also very much disturbed by her actions.

Since this woman is staying in the park, she urinates openly in the park. She also defecates in the bushes and has been making one section of the above said park an utter mess with flies flying around and very strong foul smell which is now surely leading us to a health hazard in the neighbourhood.

We request you to look into this matter urgently before we run into another epidemic in the area along with covid-19.

In the light of the current situation and being unable to file property tax offline for this year, i applied online to sdmc for allotment o[censored]pic number against my property - janakpuri c6b block vide request number 57348 dated 31/05/2020 issued online followed by confirmation issued thru sms. Before that, i have already filed twice to generate me upic code for the same property twice offline but their officials never provided me with any update even after circling with them numerous times and paid fee for the same. Now upic code is necessary to file through online mode and i am unable to process anything. I have tried reaching out to them via support email and telephone numbers provided on the website but no one responded anywhere. Even they shut their dms on twitter after i posted about it and called them out. It's beyond ridiculous as i am unable to pay property tax for the current year within given time frame. Kindly look into it and get it expedited as the last date for payment of property tax is approaching very fast. An acknowledgment to my complaint will be appreciated.

I applied online to sdmc for allottment o[censored]pic number against property no 62, flat no g-1 (South side), village masjid moth, behind uday park market, new delhi-110049 vide request number 56109 dated 14/05/2020 issued online followed by confirmation issued by sms. It has been over 20 days from the date of submission of application, upic number has not been issued by sdmc so far without which i am unable to pay property tax for the current year. Kindly look into it and get it expedited as the last date for payment of property tax is approaching very fast. Regards.

I have been trying to pay my Property Tax online. Inspite of filling all details some issue is Popping up. Now trying to login but inspite of putting correct OTP, I am not able to login. Now even after first attempt, it pops up that you have made Three attempts and hence blocked for 15 minutes. Do you expect the Property Tax payer to keep on trying full day to just login in and proceed.
Request to check the software and arrange to resolve the issue.

Earlier software was better. Would pay the Tax online without any problem.

I tried to pay my property tax this year but due to entire change of your website, which is utterly non-user friendly, i was totally confused confused even though i consider myself computer literate.

I did find my property on the first search but wanted to add a correspondence address that is different from the property address and clicked submit.
I got the message that my property is successfully registered! Even though it was already registered under the property id/ upic as i have been paying tax for decades.
It seems the property has got registered twice since when i click 'action' on the webpage i get the message that this 'upic is already registered - contact sdmc office'!
There should be a provision to delete an erroneous registration instead of asking to contact the god-forsaken mcd office.

Needless to mention, there is no email response from [protected]@mcd. Nic.in for weeks! Nor the customer care number is ever answered.

The new website for filing property tax returns is very cumbersome. After registering of mobile no. I tried to pay property tax by filling all required details but (1) it gives error messages’ property code not matching. I had to go to sdmc office in dwarka sec9. Staff there was also finding difficulties in filing tax returns as it takes 30 minutes to file one return.in this corona environment senior citizens were there to get filing done by sdmc staff. Please revert to previous years’ website which was user friendly to mitigate the problem. Officials at sdmc office also said that they have also recommended discontinuation of the new website.

I have been trying to pay my 2020-21 property tax online for the last one week but unable to do so at -

Gives the message: extension of period of amnesty scheme 2019-20 under sdmc for waiver of 100% interest and penalty on payment o[censored]pto date tax is[protected].

In b-35 qutab institutional area new delhi kiwanis club of new delhi has done illegal construction in basement ground floor and third flloor and is running a dangerous factory in the basement with high temp ovens and machines. There have been repeated short circuits with collection of water and leaking in electrical conduits. The fire exits in 2nd floor, basement and third floor have been obstructed.

Recently sdmc has launched e-filing site for property tax payment. Site is not functioning properly:
1. Where there is no mobile number registered and you register the number the site says :"upic already registered". It does not accept payment
2. It is not user friendly
3. Otp takes long time to come and at time it does not send otp at all. There is no option for otp resend
4. Why cheque payments cannot be accepted by sdmc.
5. I have made one time payment as per mcd scheme. Now for reasons unknown mcd has withdrawn the scheme and propert tax is to be paid as per revised rv. But system does not have any provisions for such cases and i cannot pay on line. Even when i went to r k. Puram office they are not able to accept payment.
5. Immediate attention required as we want to pay the tax due but the system is not prepared to accept payment

I am trying to pay property tax for the year[protected], on line. Citizen portal is taking the cell no., but it is not responding further. That is send OTP etc. Kindly make the property tax site functional.

Hi sir or madam, i am not say my name because of the reason to whom i complaint they are very strong. I am living in sultanpur near gurudwara road and i see there is lots of pig's and they are running here and there and doing a # on the road and after the one month again born lots of baby. I request you and inform you i am leaving in garhi new delhi-110065 in front of your sdmc primary garhi jharia maria school in this school both dry and cooked food are distributed.

This place lots of people came to collect food i understand this is needs for poor people but this place is very congested and yesterday i saw one truck this truck has lots of big bori and deliver to school. Same my concern is due to covid we have to manage atleast one meter gap but there lots of people came and not following the guideline as per govt.

I request you in same location sdmc school has more school like dayanand colony and amar colony school they school having more space to distribute the dry ration and cooked food.

We do not have any problem to distribute the food for needy people's but covid problem is very dangerous please understand our concern and divide some food for near by schools.

There is a debris accumulation on the road side outside krishna park gali no.8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. The boxes kept for collection are only 4. I. E 2 outside gali no.10 and 2 outside gali 13. There are 10 galis on this row and all debris are thrown by these people here. The collection boxed are not enough hence debris are thrown on road. Inspite of compliant mcd is not providing more. This causes considerable inconvenience and stint of bad smell. You are requested to increase the number so that debris are not strewn on road.

The garbage vehicle is not coming since last 3 days. Pl. arrange to send garbage vehicle.

The street and service lane of road no 8, house no 19 are unclean. Please get them cleaned on priority.

Please refer to the show cause notice issued by your department vide file no. Tax/aa&c/s/ngz/2020/d. No. 358 dated 17.03.2020 wherein a demand of property tax of rs. 52, 800/- (As on[protected] and interest of rs. 1, 04, 016 (Up to 31.12.2019) is raised.

My name is sanjeev goel. I am a regular payer of property tax and have never defaulted any payment for any financial year. I got registered with mcd property tax department. The registration no. Was[protected]. The current registration no. Is[protected]. I had paid all bills generated by the online/computerized system of mcd.

I had received a notice no. 6649 dated 18.12.2012 (D. N 52 dated 20.06.2013), wherein i was asked to pay the difference of property tax for the period from 2004-05 to 2007-08. I had paid rs. 2, 945/- through chq. No. 433990 of hdfc bank, dwarka branch as difference from 2004-05 to 2007-08 at property tax department, sdmc, kakraula housing complex, nazafgarh zone, new delhi. The receipt no. Bg 014259 dated 31.03.2014 was issued subsequently.

All the receipts mentioned above are uploaded on the online portal of sdmc, property tax department.

It is evident from the information provided above, that all the payment of property tax has been made on time and there is no default for any period of time. It is also evident that the difference was also paid for the period from 2004-05 to 2007-08 in 2014 itself.

It is to bring to your kind attention, that all bills are generated by mcd online and there has been no mention of any previous arrears/ fines / penalty due on the property mentioned above.

The demand of property tax and interest in the show cause notice is not understood.
1. How can a demand be raised for the property tax of year[protected] after more then 15 years. There was no intimation from the mcd in last 15 years for any pendency of property tax. Every year the challan is issued by mcd online and there is no mention of any previous arrears?
2. The interest is calculated till 2019. When there is no bill/challan raised, then how can interest is charged till 2019?
3.in year 2014, all pending/difference of property tax was deposited to mcd. Has there been any other difference, it would also have been brought to my notice and has been recovered at that time itself. How is it possible that the same department mcd is asking for the difference of property tax at different time for the same period?
4. The amount of rs. 52, 800/- is also not clear. How this amount is calculated, for which period and using which parameters. The annual property tax even today is not more then rs. 7, 500/-. Then how come property tax of rs. 52, 800/- is calculated?

I request you to kindly look into this matter. It seems that there is some error. Either mcd has not correct detail of the property or of the payments made by me. Kindly provide the correct details. As per my knowledge, i had paid all taxes on time and does not owe any amount to mcd for property tax.

Presently all people of delhi even India locked in their Homes as per ordered by Govt. Of India. In this circumstances the flow of mosquitoes in Nannu Ram Park, Najafgarh of South Delhi is very high, specially after 5 PM and whole night. Hence, you are requested to take necessary suitable action on the burning matter please.
