I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have paid SDMC property tax[protected] on 30th June 2020 (Date), at 02:53pm (Time) online through my debit card and the money has been deducted and the payment was successful but suddenly there was an error shown on the website. After that I again login to the portal and checked the status, it is showing that there is no tax paid and I did not get the receipt.

I tried your customer care`s people number but they are not responding or some numbers are incorrect.

Kindly investigate and shed light on this matter.

    Unable to get property tax paid receipt

    I have paid property tax online and the money has been deducted from my account. But there was a session timeout and i did not get a receipt what should i do.

    The txn details are:

        I have neem trying to access this site https://mcdonline.nic.in/sdmcportal/service
        To pay my property tax for the past couple of weeks. Every time i get this message:
        This site can’t be reachedmcdonline. Nic.in took too long to respond.
        Try:

        Checking the connection
        Checking the proxy and the firewall
        Running windows network diagnostics
        Err_connection_timed_out

        Please help!!

          Since last two days i am trying to make property tax payment online for the year[protected] but not getting any proper link. The last day of making the payment online is 30th june 2020. Every time it is showing " your registered property details are shown below (Use them to pay tax). After that nothing is there, no any details for making the payment. Please solve this problem at your earliest so that i can make the payment in time.

                    I have paid the property tax for[protected] for upic no. [protected] in the name of mr. Ravi k singhal for property situated at b3/96 safdarjung enclave, new delhi - 110029 on 23.06.2020 at about 10.10 am paid amount is rs. 5, 198.18 plus commission rs. 61.16, thus total paid amount is rs. 5, 259.34 but on the site of sdmc the current payment shows nil, thus we request your good-self to, please, issue the receipt for payment of rs. 5, 198.18 against the payment of property tax for the year[protected].

                        I would like to bring your kind notice that i have paid the property tax for year[protected] &[protected]Inr 1229/-) & (Inr 991/-) for property id – [protected] on dated 18th june'20 using your new portal. However, i haven’t got the generated receipt for paid amount and status is still showing open in your portal (Unable to get the tax paid details under “action” function).

                        I tried to contact you on your provided phone number for help desk but no one is responding. So, request you to please check at your end and provide the receipt for the same. Also update the same in your portal for future and further reference.
                        If you are unable to short out my problem please refund my amount earlier so that i can again pay my property tax.

                          I am residents of rz-3, street no. -10, kailash puri, palam colony, new delhi. I would like to complain about the nuisance created by stray dogs in my locality i. E. Ram gopal market area and my street in particular.
                          From the past few days, i've been noticing that they are troubling the residents by barking and spilling their waste everywhere even in front of our houses.

                              I have already emailed the above information at "[protected]@mcd.nic.in" and also tried to contact you on your help desk number mentioned on your website. But it is surprising that no one is concern about it. I have paid the amount through UPI option and amount has been debited from my account. Still status is pending and I am unable to get the paid receipt.

                              Looking for your quick and kind resolution at earliest.

                              If in case you are not in position to consider the paid request/amount, please refund me at earliest. So that I can pay using some other options rather than UPI.

                                I am having dda flat in sector 19, rohini. While trying to pay the property tax for fy 2020-21, the ndmc portal shows that upic is already registered. When i press 'action' button to proceed for online payment, the message flashes 'upic already in use. Contact mcd'. It does not open the gate for proceeding with online payment procedure. I have been trying for the last many days.
                                I also understand that a few others are also facing the same problem and therefore, there seems to be system error/problem. My telephonic discussion with mcd officials in rohini also could not give any resolution to the problem.
                                Please resolve the issue asap to enable me to pay the property tax on time.

                                  While feeding for getting the new upic, which is now mandatory, the format demands pan necessarily. Without pan, it does not proceed further. My sister owns the property at gh-5&7 in paschim vihar (Dda lig flat) which she owned long back and she never had pan as she was never required to file the return.
                                  Please help in getting the upic so that the property tax can be paid on time.

                                    Property tax has been paid online on 15.06.20 for dwarks property for the fy 2020-21 whereas the receipt generated by the system reads it for assessment year. Assessment year should be read as 2021-22 for the fy 2020-21. Needs system error to be rectified and issue receipt afresh reading financial year as 2020-21 or assessment year as 2021-22.

                                      On 30/05/202 i tried to file property tax online on the new portal, as per the new manual.
                                      I have been filing property tax online for the past few years & the previous tax portal was easy to use.
                                      O logged in to the portal as per instruction but when i filled property id &a page opened with property details when i clicked on the action option it says upic already in use.
                                      It's also showing property registered on 30/05/2020 & when i am trying to edit property /owner details few options are not responding & unable to fill (District option & property type in vacant area details section.
                                      I mailed & called help desk email address & number without any response & last date for submission is nearing.
                                      Why provided with help desk number of nobody responses, it's utter trash website.
                                      I a senior citizen unable to move about, it's not possible for me to travel.
                                      If they don't make changes in the software & revert back to the previous website citizens will have to bear the brunt of this portal & that too without success in paying property tax.
                                      Please do something urgently as there are lot of complaints.
                                      Even they are not issuing new upic, so all options are blocked.
                                      Actually citizens totally get stuck in the new portal & unable to edit or file property tax, which ever way you try.
                                      For the past 12 days i am stuck here. Without hope & success & feeling helpless.
