Please get the overgrown branches of trees trimmed in rainbow apartment, sector 12, pocket6, dwarka. There are several trees around the only park in our society, which has overgrown branches that hinders the light of high mast. The park goes in absolute darkness after the sunset because of these trees. Children of the society are unable to play. Also the adjoining streets have no street lights, so there is darkness in the streets as well....

Please have the overgrown branches of tree on road outside b-244, greater kailash part 1 trimmed immediateyl. It is creating a great hazard as branches are weighing on electricity cables outside my house (Ground floor). I have complained many times but to no avail.
Leaves and berries keep falling throughout the year and ruining our carsand gardens to say nothing of the branches falling in storms. Thank you....

Drains of gali no. 4, h-block, kanwar singh nagar, ranholla, new delhi-110041 are choked and water overflowing on street road. Mosquito breeding taking place. Inspite of many verbal complaints, no action taken by on duty sanitary staff to rectify the problem. On complaining area sanitary inspector, advise to report mcd councillor of the area. The first house in the street no. 4, the occupants puts garbage in the street and block the drain...

I am writing this complaint to bring in your kind notice that one person in my building opened serval unauthorized shops inside building and now he is extending his shop in unauthorized way by making store room / toilets/ shead outside our building due which all building residence are facing big trouble.

Toilets (Both lady & gents) are locked in daily basis. These toilets are very important place. Many passengers are delhi to jaipur, ajmer, alwar, sikar, kotputli, rewari, narnaul, gurugram going own home city. These toilet aksar locked melti hai. Modi ji ka nara fail, lady passanger parisan. These toilet near by conveyer & ceddi.

Officer, resident of f-block sham nagar, near namdhari gurudwara, delhi-18 wants to inform you that service provided by sdmc to collect garbage at door is not fulfilling purpose as the man deputed to our locality does not collect garbage regularly. The garbage collection van is very irregular and poses a great health hazard. Even if it comes in the street, they would wait only for few...

The sdmc trash collecting van is not coming by our road. It used to come to lajpat nagar 1 f block 106 side road at first. Now the van is not coming to collect the trash. Further, the van is not playing the swatch bharat music it needs to play. It is going silently when it comes. How are public supposed to know whether it is coming or not? Please take action in this regard. We request the trash collecting van to play the swachh bharat music...

There is no street light has been installed on the dark spot area of shivani enclave part ii kakrola dwarka. Many times complaint has been put up in front of mcd councilors officials but nothing has been done so far location -
Note that this dark spot is quite dangerous in nature as in the evening chain snatching, eve teasing, drunken people keep on using this dark spot. There are small children who are passerby after their classes...

On the local road there is sewage and toilet water overflow from the drainage area of avanti apartment.
Local citizens are getting it difficult to even walk on the road.
Due to this there is mosquito breeding too.
People are facing this problem from 10 months.
Vehicles (Even bikes) cannot pass from this road.
I request you to take strict action against it....

we are resident of C4H block, Janak Puri. Park has many big trees which are not been trimmed from past many years and plants and trees are growing big and big. our RWA has submitted many applications regarding trimming of trees from past couple of years but there is no action taken.

please help

Esteemed sir/madam

with due respect that we are the residents of old j. N. U campus new delhi 110067 jrdc mobile tower company installed some mobile tower on campus. It emits harmful rf radiation whithin 50 metre area. The said that it is not densely populated residential area, but also there is a school just opposite side. And i suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas....

I want to say that in my front of house is very unhygienic everyone is put there waste like plastic bags, and many type of house's waste i am add the pic of waste so please take action about this problem we are very tens for it becouse it cause of many type of disease, very bad for our health, please take action as soon as possible

The concerns raised by people directly to office of sdmc or through consumer complaints should be followed up and resolved at the earliest as most of them are on small issues. Inaction or delay in forwarding complaint to concerned official /authority makes it meaningless and steps should be taken on priority depending on nature of complaint and it should be sent to right department for early resolution.

This issue is on the behalf of all the people residing at "S- Block, Saqlain Road, Pahalwan Chowk, Batla House, Okhla in South East Delhi region". I want to say that there is a common issue that has gone worst is Sewer problem in our street. We regularly clean that sewer but after ten days it overflow again & again day n night. Now the situation is that the children are not able to go to school and various problem...

After digging & laying of drain pipes infront of defence colony's a block club & many other houses in the area the contractor has simply filled the hole with mud. Rainy weather has resulted in dirty muddy roads in one of the poshest colonies of delhi, defence colony. Proper road construction is the said area is of an utmost urgent need as residents are facing a lot of issues!...

On mixed land use roads like beant kaur marg in new delhi -17, commercial activity has been allowed on main roads subject to registration with sdmc etc and on payment of conversion charges, parking charges etc as per activity involved. However residents having houses inside the colony on both side of above road have also started using different floors of their houses for commercial use without any information by way of registration, without...

Various kinds of concerns are raised by residents for their problems arising out of facilities provided by mcd or under its control and about problems arising out o[censored]sers of adjacent premises. However though the complaints are noted and on enquiry is informed to have been forwarded to concerned officer/department but effectively no action is taken in large number of complaints and on checking about status of concern raised, it is only informed...

I visited yesterday huaz khas village. For two wheeler, they are charging rs 40 for first hour and after that rs 20 per hour.
But as per rule of sdmc, standard rate is rs 10 per hour for 2 wheeler parking.
They are not even giving any kind of e-receipt nor any kind of slip of the payment made by me.
On the top of it they misbehaved and were ready to fight with me.

Since 1-2 years there is no swiper in my street. So why should i pay tax to the government? I am the single one who raised this complaint everyone is afraid to bother her because she abuse a lot.
We clean our surroundings for a long time but if a person is paid for that work then it would be done by herself.

Please help us to make our surroundings clean.
