Blockage of sewar leading to terrible water logging and stench, flies and mosquitoes. The stagnant, dirty water comes up to the ankle and makes it impossible to leave the house.
De silting is immediately required for draining of the logged water. Residents, especially school children and the aged people are facing untold misery in going about their day to day activities. The water is causing diseases and living in the area has become unhealthy.

I am a citizen who live in west sagarpur rz block and there is no place nearby to dump the garbage. Due to non-availability of dump area people are throwing the garbage in the street which is causing so much of smell and infection across the areas. Govt. Has given facility of garbage vehicle who was supposed to visit daily but from last 3 weeks the vehicle didn't arrive inside the street so that we can dump our garbage inside the vehicle. There was no notice and announcement done by the govt.in delaying such services.

We want our area to be neat and clean to avoid any disease and unhealthyness.

Therefore requesting you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

I paid the property tax vide cheque no 166538 dated 20 july 2019 amounting to rs 2729 at axis bank, vasant kunj, new delhi. The cheque was realised and amount debited from my account on 27 july 2019 through my bank sbi, d2, vasant kunj, new delhi.

The receipt for the property tax was not available on line. I registered a grievance online at sdmc website vide grievance id 37493 on 08 july 2019.

There has been no response from sdmc and the receipt continues to be not available.

I visited the bank branch and they sent a mail to the concerned team of the bank to which there is no response from the bank team either.

Kindly make the property tax receipt available to me.

I’m living in khirki village, malviya nagar area. One of my neighbour is collecting the garbage of some colonies in early morning and make a litter pile in front of my house. He is charging some money also from that colonies. And he doesn’t throw that garbage in nearby garbage area. He is waiting for sdmc garbage vehicle in our area. Then he is a throw all the garbage in vehicle. Until the garbage car arrives, the garbage remains in front of our house. This is very dangerous for health. Two kids in my house. They suffering from fever last 1 week. Garbage vehicle is comes daily. It’s very good step by delhi govt. But still we are troubled by garbage. So kindly fix this asap. Filthy pile of rubble dumped by someone at the backside of h-8/11 malviya nagar (Near gol chakar) whereafter locals take liberty to add on rubble to it from time to time. Causing lit is stink and damage to our health and cars, unecessary occupation of allocated parking area and inconvenience to locals. Perpetrator should be fined under dmc act and rubble removed. Copy to be marked to commissioner also.

The sewer line of block 56 old rajinder nagar, new delhi adjoinig 56/11 is totally blocked. Due to the blockage of sewer line, the sewer water has entered the basement of 56/11 causing lot of inconvience to the advocates office.
The sewer line is not cleaned inspite of several complaints.

Requested to do the needful on urgent priority basis.

This is to inform you that a huge tree is almost falling against the wall about which we are afraid that the tree would collape the house or other property.. Kindly look into this and take an action on an urgent basis. It is almost half the length bent towards the balcony of the house.. And soon would fall on the house too. It is quite huge and hence unable to do with mere manpower

I wamt to inform u that from many days there is a pile of litter in front of b2-77 raghubir nagar 110027 which is causing problem for everyone living in that area. Litter pile smells very bad and also block the area for residents living there. People there are suffering this issue from past week. I want you to look into this matter and take corrective steps.
The steps should be taken immediately to resolve this issue. I ll be highly obliged i[censored] solve this issue as early as possible.

Myself r. S. Sharma, i am a senior citizen of around 90 years of age and a senior lawyer at supreme court of india. I have two grievances:

One: a new building bearing address 4597/11, darya ganj, new delhi-110002 recently got constructed. It has decreased entrance to the lane number 12 darya ganj new delhi-110002 due to which fire brigade access is not possible and also there is a new transformer installed by bses yamuna power ltd at mouth of lane number 12 darya ganj, new delhi-110002. Collectively they both have reduced the entrance to lane number 12, darya ganj, new delhi-110002. Hence no fire vehicles can enter the lane in case of emergency. I lodged complaints with director fire department too, but no avail. I wonder how mcd gave permission for such building construction and installation of bses transformer.

The bses people installed new transformer and had cut trees. They left the tree trunks and leaves dumped on mouth of lane 12 and no one is removing the same.

Two: the sweeper of mcd never comes to our lane. Even if he does, the lane is never clean. Kindly take action against the sweeper.

West block area has broken roads and pits full of filthy water which is reason of a lot of mosquito breeding. Soldiers are performing their duty of guarding the area all the day near such place and they are prone to dengue/chikengunia.

West block vii ground floor has become stinky garbage store inside and outside too. It can also create epidemic havoc.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.

I need to bring this information to your notice that unauthorised construction at (House no.642, chiragh delhi, new delhi-110017), near 641, thakurdwara mandir new delhi (110017) is being carried out without any mcd permission because of construction we are not able to sleep at night because the work is being carried out at night also sir, please check out the solution of this problem as construction is being carried in an unauthorised way. All the building material is spreads on the road and coming inside my house as well now it's on completion but still they are making it unauthorized way by covering 100 % of the plot area.

Please look at it immediately other this builder is with the sell and run policy.

Main sewerage line outside the campus of csir scientist apartments, maharani bagh, new delhi is totally blocked, as a result entire internal sewage pipelines of the campus have also got filled with sewage water and sludge. This is approx. 200 flats residential colony, which comes under ministry of science and technology, govt. Of india. Please take immediate action in this regard, as conditions may deteriorate further, which may become highly unhygienic.

Development work in unauthorized colony nathu ram park for construction of road/street and drains/nali was approved under mla fund. But the drains are not constructed in the colony. Further, the road is also not made in proper way so that the rain water of the road may go to drains. The contractor and the govt. Official from sdmc najafgarh was also present at the site while the road was constructed. Even after many requests to them they did not constructed the road with a good level so that the water do not log in the street. It is rainy season water logging can cause breading of mosquitoes and which may lead to the cases of dengue etc.
Strict action may be taken against the govt officials who are responsible for the construction of the work because it is the responsibility of govt. Officials for utilizing the funds allotted by hon'ble mla for development work. Public could not expect anything from private thekedars for rightfully performing the duties. It is the responsibility of sdmc najafgarh officials for development works.

I am working at b1g2 mohan cooperative since last 5 years. I have my own car and never an issue on parking but today a man from sdmc local outside staff came and said you have to pay for parking. Our office has large space for parking. He was talking nonsense and talking roudely and loudly. I tried to show him a copy for that region or area but he denied.
He was totally roudeless. Dont have patience.
Therefore you are requested to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

I am a resident of c block sector 8, dwarka and there is a house in my neighbourhood that is facing sewage overflow from last 15 days. The people residing there are not taking any action even after several requests from the rwa. As a result of this there is water stagnation right outside the buildings which combined with the rain water has become breeding place for mosquitoes. It has become very difficult to leave the building due to this stinking water stagnation. Moreover i have a small kid and this is a major concern for her health.
I on behalf of the residents of c block, sector 8 dwarka would request you to please take action against this.

Dear sir

I am a resident of c3a block janakpuri, new delhi. I am writing you to intervene the civil works being executed at this rwa.

1. It is praiseworthy to take up new work of road carpeting in rwa. However, close supervision is also desired as old drains have been recarpeted with concrete but not filled up.
2. The jcb used for crushing the old bituminous layer road damaged the drain outlet from the residential flats at some places which have not been repaired properly resulting seepage of drain water in the common pavement and the road.
3. Some areas are water logged due to lack of supervision and not maintaining proper slope/ gradient for easy flow of water in the open. The level of road/pavement at some places is lower than the drain.
4. The level of entry gate of the recent concrete recarpet is lower that the mall road which will result flow of main road water and dirt enter in the rwa area, a cause of water logging may turn dengu like disease.
5. The level of entry point at each flat is lower than the pavement area, which it was told, would be raised by floor tiles, the work is yet to be started.

In view of above, it is requested to instruct the concerned staff to look into.

I am writing this e-mail on the behalf of the residence of DDA MIG Red Flats Rajouri garden New Delhi.

The complaint is about the encroachment of the common land by the owner of 45-A.
Sir, they have unauthorised build a room in there Varanda and after that they have encroached the common land to extend their Varanda as well.
Sir after the encroachment, there will be no space to reverse the car, moreover they are putting flower pots more than 50 in number to encroach further

There will be no space left if some Ambulance or any emergency vehicles need to enter.

We have even complaint to our RWA But no action has been taken so far.
