I am writing this complaint because we are facing lots of problems in our colony. Because our colony is still not made with the proper roads and there is no nali made for house water. That's why we are facing lots of problems. We are belonging from village saffipur laxmi park ranhola extension phase 1 new delhi 110041. Our colony is already passed but still no proper road made for our colony. Kindly help us with the same. We hope that you will look forward to our problems and take us out from the same. Please help us. We are waiting for your reply.

This is to update you that there are lot of people came and had captured the area under the palam-dwarka flyover. On daily basis the population of these people are increasing.
They are # on the main road and spoiling the entire place like nothing. People cannot travel from that area due to dirty smell.
So much of dirty garbag is also thrown by them on the side street which is spoiling the entire area... Don't know what the authority is doing on this, we know that they must be aware of this, but do not want to take action.

Please take some immediate action on this.

This is to bring to your notice about the condition of matadin yadav road, kapashera ward no.049s, delhi. Connecting kapshera to rajokri.

This is one of the busiest road during office hours and vice versa. The road is full of potholes, debris, garbage, not enough street lightinge, cut trees lying on the sides, open manhole etc. With each passing day its just deterioting further.

Requesting the concerned authority to take this on maintenance on an urgent basis and avoid daily suffering and accidents.

This is regarding community centre
I have booked a community center for my marriage. But due to some issues my marriage has been postponed. So
I have cancelled community hall before thirty days. I have submitted all the documents at sdmc office rajouri garden on dated 21-10-19 and the gave me the receiving on same dated with their stamp. As per your terms and conditions if i cancelled marriage hall before 30 days den u will cut only 20% amount. But still i am receiving only 50% refund. So please sort out my issue

Waste to wonder is managed by sdmc so i want to report that today i went to see it at 9:13 but i was refused the entry by guard as there was no one on counter and no manager! No official time was mentioned and we had no one other than to talk to guard! And he was so disrespectful that i cant regret even going he was questioning my literacy because m asking for manager
! He was so arrogant that he said some director has ordered m attaching a photograph of him! There was no compliance in waste to wonder of rules as board it is written is 10-10 but there is no one at 9:15 m attaching photo mentioned of time 9:38 which was after whole argument with guard! Please hire some respectful staff and make sure there is manager at-least till the theme park is open ! I am hoping for a response and action from you side !

For the last few days it has been noticed that the piles of debris near mcd office located opp the road of cambridge foundation school are becoming large. No one is caring about the environment and the same is making the city very dirty. As this is just opposite of mcd office, it is very much regretted to note the condition of the road. Higher authorities should take notice of it please.

Kind greetings to you. I am a retired govt. Officer, resident of f-block sham nagar, near namdhari gurudwara, delhi-18 wants to inform you that service provided by sdmc to collect garbage at door is not fulfilling purpose as the man deputed to our locality does not collect garbage regularly. The garbage collection van is very irregular and poses a great health hazard. Even if it comes in the street, they would wait only for few seconds, and not give us the time to walk down from our buildings. Because of this, people are forced to throw the waste/garbage on the streets which is causing us health problems. When asked to collect the garbage bag kept near gate, the answer was very rude and uncivilized. I request the authorities to take appropriate action in this regard. Please look into the matter and kindly arrange for the matter properly so that we all will also get remedy fro this problem.

Street light is non functional since two months and the workman visit and always refuse on plea that lamp is not available despite of carrying a spare light with them always. For that they always say this is not for this pole. If it is the fact then why they are visiting without having replacement.

There's a tree right behind our house in the service alley that is far too long and not in good shape either. It's starting to affect our house where cracks are starting to erupt on the building moreover it's shedding season and all the leaves are coming on the roof blocking the drain. It's important to take care of such a tree which might fall and result in much more damage. I hope some action is taken for this.

Sir i want to draw your attaintion in our local area vikas nagar deep enclave part 2, verma road. There mcd garbage service is very poor. They not come daily and when they come always vehicle is from garbage van. The garbage fallen on the road. Please sent the garbage vehicle two time in a day or daily with empty vehicle. Also the van driver not stop the vehicle in front of street. Today i went to dispatch my garbage into the vehicle but the driver not stop.
Kindly resolve our problem and clean our area

Inspite of my repeated requests to mr. Garg incharge of sdmc local office for cleaning of drain in front of our building i 376 sarita vihar, new delhi for last two months nobody has turned up. It is ridiculous that mr. Garg is giving promises to get it done within 2 days but for last two months he failed to do the needful

Keeping in view the fact that water which goes from the upper floors creates problems of overflow in the courtyard of the ground floor. As the drain is checked in the ground level.
I request you to take necessary action in this matter

We booked this hall for 2 days in first week of december. Yesterday, we visited during evening we found the following issued:

1) flood light installed at the gate is not working and we were told that for the past one year it is not working and even after the complaint, no action.
2) a door of the room does not have pad lock system and hence could not be used for keeping the belongings.
3) lighting system is not working in one of the rooms and as per the maintenance person for the past one year and no action even after the complaint.
4) air conditioners are not working on ground floor as well as on first floor.
5) a door at the back side is completely broken and hence could not be locked.

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that there is sever blocked in our area a 120 main road madanpur khadar near bablu dairy new delhi 110076 for last 20 days,, i complaint many times but no response from sdmc team.
I am uploading some pictures of the area please have a look and see the condition of this area. As you are aware this is the time when many deceases occurs.
I don't know why ndmc/mcd is taking action for last 20 days just because this is not rwa where mla & mp are residing. I hope this problem will resolved asap.

Kindly do the needful asap.

May i take this opportunity to approach you for necessary action against unauthorized factory, which is functioning for preparing of trophies with wood cutting grinding and spray & thinner painting at our residential area which is just near to my home at this address: d-41, nanhey park, near sat saheb school, uttam nagar, new delhi, pin - 110059, under the chairmanship of smt: usha rani.

Sir, the work of spray painting is continue in open roof space, so fumes of thinner and paint spreads in the air, we and above mentioned school children are suffering from many awful diseases.in this area suddenly two peoples died and my father is also suffering from brain hamerage and now he is in comma position, moreover due to this, number of factories have become operational so the level of air pollution in this area has become deteriorate and toxic.
It is true this harmful factory is running around 16 hours per day at our residential area and we are very upset for this terrible air pollution. We are writing this letter in connection with the hope to please take necessary action to remove this most poisonous factory from our residential area, myself stand indebted for this much needed assistance sir and regards.

We the resident of Pankha Road, Nangal Raya, New Delhi would like to draw the attention of South Delhi Municipal Corporation, West Delhi, New Delhi towards non cleaning of garbage lying of the road and illegal vegetable vendors have occupied the space under the Bridge of Pankha Road, Nangal Raya, New Delhi for selling their goods, which block the roads.

The residents opposite my house A28 Vishnu garden residents is draining water everyday on road and front of my house, which is causing difficulty to other residents and people passing on our road. The road is getting very muddy as the water stays there and there's no draining due to slope on the road is not good.all the dirty water splashes coming on nearby houses.

We tried to warn then but still there's no change.

Please do the necessary changes.

From last few years there is no swiper in our street. As i asked the neighbours they said 'when they stop her by filling the drain with dust and garbage she replied this is my way of work who are you to teach me my work.' after all this 2-3 day of argument she denied to come to the street. She said no one can teach me my job this my area and i have very strong background. After all this people are swiping themselves. But i told them benefits of paying tax what they pay every year. I told them you all have to complain about this in sdmc you will definitely get the solution. But they said once they tried and next day she (Swiper) strategy abusing in front of their home. What should they do now sir.
Please help us to find the solution about all this. As we know drain is clean once every 3-4 weeks. So, how we tolerate all this drain filling by the swiper. Once complaint about her is if she didn't have good relations with a shopkeeper she will not clean the front doad of that particular shop.
Please help us sir.
We will be highly obliged if you do so.

I chander prakash sharma r/o f-246 vikas puri, ward-20-s along with other residents of the block, most respectfully wants to bring in your notice that your employee ravi kumar chaudhary of horticulture department in ward 20-s is involved in illegal activities as he has deployed the large numbers of fruit and vegetable vendors in front of dda parks in the colony and illegally taking huge bribes from them, and used to misbehave with the local residents if anybody oppose his conduct.
Rwa and local resident is also going to file complaint against his corruption and professional misconduct.
Kindly look into the matter and take stern action against conduct and corruption of ravi kumar chaudhary.

I want to complain against the unruly behaviour of the parking staff in new friends colony community center, opposite mc donald's. I was taking my scotty ought @ 9:15 a. M., and that exact time, the parking staff had come for their shift, they demanded parking fees, to which i relied"you have just come right now, and you have not given any parking ticket as well."they told me, irrespective you have to pay the parking fees. And, if you have a problem, don't park here.

Could you please take action against the staff, for demanding money, without giving the receipt.
