Sir, i am residing in c 100 first floor vikas puri. Street dogs in this area is excess in numbers. There are many cases of dog bite in the area. These dogs are active in the street between adarsh public school and c block. It is very difficult for school children's, teachers and residents to pass through the street. Sir, kindly make arrangement to remove these dogs.

Unauthorized construction of multi story builder flor is going on at " block - i, plot no.2 rajapuri, gali no.31, uttam nagar, new delhi - 110059, ward 51s (Najafgarh zone),
The owner not appear the exact address in registry bcoz of the registry is not open for the same genuine address it's a cheating with govt. Departments, it all may be the reason of many peoples death in future as not proper way to construct, kindly seal the property & demolish this illegal structure.

Dear sir/madam,

Gurudwara people are throwing lot of garbage on the street at our house backside and it smells too many a times. The drainage is blocked. They have made a wall in the street also long time back. They tried to create a public toilet wanted to put a generator in the street just adjascent to our room. We denied amd therefore they fought a lot with us for that. Now every now and then they keep bothering us by throwing grabage just behind our room. The place is so dirty that we can't even open our wimdows at times. Please help us. The address is a1a-16a, janakpuri, new delhi-58.

An construction o[censored]nauthorized multi story building is going on at plot no. I - 2/3/4 gali no.31, raja puri, uttam nagar, new delhi -110059. Ward 51s (Najafgarh zone)., it may be the reason of many peoples death in future, kindly take some strict action to demolish & to kundly block sale that type of illigel property at related registrar authority.

With reference to above complaints this is the third reminder about the illegal construction by occupants of terrace of e-803 chittaranjan park new delhi-19.. No action has been taken from the department so far.. The terrace have weakened due to seepage and the ceilings of 2nd floor have been severly damaged.. If no action is taken on urgent basis.. Accident may take place any day.& any moment. The terrace may fall down over the head of occupants of 2nd floor.. Kindly take immediate action inorder to avoid a possible mishaps..

From such a long time the people of lodhi road complex pocket iv, new delhi (110003) are getting troubled by the cow problem. The cows here have very much affected the environment of the complex. Everywhere a person see's he/she will just get to see cow dunk. Cows have also not spared the parks and roads cow dunk is all around. There are around 9 to 10 cows every day coming to the complex in the evening at around 6pm. And the whole night the cows stay in the complex and eat the plants of the parks and spread cow dunk everywhere in the park. Most of the peoples of the complex have stopped going to the park's because of this. I have seen a person who everyday comes in the morning at around 7 20am and take the cows back with him and he is the same person who leaves his cows in the evening. Luckily i have noted his bike number that is dl 12 8484. Sir/mam its my humble request to look into the matter and quickly displace the cows from the complex and take strict action against the person who leaves his cows in the evening and takes them back in the person. Thank you!

Hauz khas village parking vendor charging 4 times more then fixed charges. Also trying to harass everyone. Trying to buli.

Everybody visitor trying to resolve but
Openly they are saying, do whatever you wants to do, no budy will help you (Uper tak paisa jata hai)
Police beat box is in entrance only. But nobusy came to resolve.

I resident of sultanpur village want to complaint against the people who made the chotras on the road, one dhaba is also running on the road making illegal possession more than half of the road mainly along side of bhusa wali gali (Main sultanpur village chopal road from m. G road) making hindrance and inconvenience to the people passing through that road.
I request the sdmc to take appropriate action against those people & demolish the chotras making the clear way for smooth passage of the people.

This Is to Inform You that my house may collapse due to the negligence of my neighbour Mr LAL MOHD N-40 Abul Fazal Enclave jamia nagar okhla new delhi-25

My neighbor has dug unauthorized/uncemented septic tank adjoining my house which has now started ti weaken my house walls.

In spite of several verbal requests made to my neighbor complaining about the seepage already seen on my house walls coming from his illegally constructed septic tank, my requests to him has been ignored and fallen into deaf ears with no action so far

Due to his negligence and no action taken so far, my house may collapse in future.

i hereby request you immediate intervention to this matter and take action accordingly.

The govt while making recommendation for revised pay /pension as per 7th cpc had ordered that the benefit will be given to employees of various govt offices, state govt and municipalities etc of its own. However sdmc having main pension /accounts office at 3rd floor, civic center, minto road, delhi is not giving benefit to its employees of its own and even after submission of form required to be submitted for revised pension has not taken any steps to give benefit of 7th cpc to retired teachers etc. The officials of sdmc responsible for grant of above benefit to retired employees should take note of it and pass necessary directions to pension deptt to clear the applications received for revised pension or direct for giving benefit of revised pension and arrears, if any, of its own.

With reference to previous complaints dated 10/10/2018 & 28/11/2018.. No action has been taken so far. From sdmc.. Want to inform that the terrace floors of the house requires immediate repairs otherwise in coming rainy season the terrace which has already became weak due to seepage.. May fall down over the head of occupants of second floor..

It is a humble request to take immediate action against the occupants of terrace of the house for making illegal construction resulting in weakning of floors of terrace.. Neglating further may result in a mishap..

Vide 2 notifications dated 29.6.2018, it was decided that mcd will charge one time conversion charges and that for increased area of far in basement rates and time of payment was prescribed. Newspapers reported in 1st week of july but mixed both issues for rate and time of deposit of charges. None of south, north, east mcd of its own informed of changes for public, who were supposed to pay charges. The result is that due to mixing of rates and dates of two different orders, there is confusion in mind of staff of mcd collecting charges about rates and last date of payment. Sdmc, edmc and north mcd should clarify on mcd website andxif needed should extend date of payment of conversion charges

Sir, it is to bring to your kind notice that a restaurant {sharma96 } is running illegally in residential area house no rz-34/11 gali no 11 tughlakabad extn new delhi 110019 for the last many days. The big furnaces used in the restaurant are causing heat and pollution. So plz request to initiate action against the owner of the restaurant, for closure of restaurant and protection of our life.

Hi, moolchand hospital is charging parking fee which is illegal under dmc act. Next time ill visit ill do video recording. Guards have been told by management to take parking fee. Please take action, as i don't go to hospital for entertainment.
I have paid 300rs by far now, as my uncle is admitted in moolchand. Me and my father visit them everyday.

Subject: pruning/ cutting of a tree in front of my residence for allowing the passage of sunlight

Dear sir/ madam,

I (Ramesh chandra) and my wife are residents of the below mentioned address. The tree in front of our house has grown to a height of more than the 2nd floor level, thus blocking sunlight. Request your assistance for pruning of a few tree branches in front of my residence for allowing the passage of sunlight.
1. We are senior citizens who have been medically advised to receive sunlight, which is being blocked by this tree.
2. The tree is infested with termite (दीमक), hence if the tree is not cut it may cause it to spread.
3. Being a retired faculty member of the ncert, i have advocated environmental education all my life and hence assure you that this act of goodness by you will not do any harm to the environment

Sir,
There is problem of water logging in the mid side of our street which is even creating the problem of emergence of mosquitoes. We have gone to tell the residents who are flowing this water on the road to get it off throwing water on the road and keep this problem sorted out.
They do listen for a very few times and start it again the same.
Now this is upto you that please take some strict steps to sort out this problem soon.
This will help all o[censored]s to live in a mosquitoe free society and even from their hazardous diseases they cause.

The complaint is against the builder/owner of property no-e-229 east of kailash under construction and a blatant flouting of rules and laws to construct the building.
1-all the construction is being done without proper approvals and far available.
2-illegal boring of water has been done and supreme court guidelines flouted.
3- all the construction is being done in open and dust and sand coming into neighboring houses.
4- illegal poles have been fitted on pavement/govt pedestrian walk area and being illegally occupying the road along making it hazardous and dangerous for civilians.

This illegal way of construction needs to be stopped immediately and action against the errant builders / owners need to be taken immediately.

Primus hospital, chanakyapuri, new delhi is charging parking fee illegally in contravention to the sdmc and honble delhi high court orders on the subject i. E
Hopitals and malls will not charge parking fee. Inspite of this we are forced to pay the parking fees and they are being left scot free by sdmc authorities. Pls issue stirct orders in this regard.

Complaint against street dogs
Hi sir/madam,

My name is aseem siddiqui r/o c-2nd -137 raju park khanpur, new delhi-110062 would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which we people facing in these days. There are some of the mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I come late night from my office and i have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious causalities.

Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them. I have fallen on the bike two times as well. So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Dear sir,
I regret to inform that our locality neighbour builder sanjay r/o deepmodel school road in front of rajsthani hardware shop, geetanjali park, west sagarpur, nd-110046 who has been demolishing building l shaped rz-l-2, gali 5c, geetanjali park, west sagarpur last 04 weeks fot the constructing foors sales purpose and spreading bricks, materials, malwa side of both gali. Bypasser can not pass with bike. Dust particules are made us suffocative locality. He construct floors in this locality throghout year. We people are harassed by him if we objected for closing gali and always treatened and abusive language to us. He challenge us no one can harm me due to good setting with mcd official staffs & local police. He also run sanjay property shop near deepmodel school, geetanjali park, west sagarpur. You are requested to take ragid action against him to stop unlawful demolision & construction.
