This is to inform you that the sewer line in our back lane is totally blocked. It is resulting in back flow of dirty water into our ground floor. It is getting mixed into the underground tanks which provide water to our over head tanks.
It is a very serious condition and health of residents is at stake.
An immediate action is requested.

Hi, i reside at a-10 prem nagar dal mill road delhi-59. The issue is that the person aligned to clean the roads donot clean the garbage thrown around our area even after reiterating him thousands of time because of which other people also use the same space to throw their left overs.
This is creating a mess for us who are living there as the dirt and useless things makes the area very untidy and unhealthy as because of the garbage there are a lot of insects and mosquitoes.
Second problem is this k is gali me khudaai hui thi thi jiska malba abhi tk gali me h pada hua jiske karan gali me aane jaane me bahut pareshaani ho rahi h
Request you to please look into the matter...

There are too much garbage is accumulated in the colony indira enclave nebsarai new delhi and no one is coming to remove the same since last month. It is learn that vehicle is not arranged to remove the same. Which causes the pathetic condition. Residents may suffer with critical illness.
Kindly arrange to dispose off the accumulated garbage from the colony.

We have office in f block okhla phase-i & few people has just arrived & start collecting parking (With the help of local goons) in un-authorized way. Neither they are wearing dress & nor they have hand-held device for providing counter receipt of parked vehicle.

Also on sdmc website this area is not mentioned on authorized parking site zone.

Dear sir/madam,

I am a resident of pocket 2, sector b, vasant kunj. Someone in the vicinity of this neighbourhood has burnt what seems like a huge pile of garbage which has caused massive amount of smoke in the area. It is in fact so bad that the obnoxious smoke has entered through gaps in doors and windows and made way inside our houses making it absolutely difficult to breathe. Even sitting inside our house, as i type, i have a burning sensation in my throat and watery eyes.

I request you kindly take some action immediately and put us out of our misery. Any assistance that i can be of in this regard, please let me know.

With reference to complaint dated 10/10//2018.. Regarding illegal construction done by occupants in terrace of e-803 c. R. Park, new delhi-110019... No action has been taken from your side so far..

Sir. Although the rain has stopped.. But once it will start again in dec or in coming monsoon session.. Then the problem will grow...

There is a possibility of roof being broken down over the head of occupants of 2nd floor as they are the people who are suffering most. It is requested to kindly take action against the occupants of terrace as it seems they are not interested to get the roof repaired.

I had complaints about the street light not working in our aera rzc/21 mahavir enclave part 1 street no. 6 pole no.56. My complaints no. Sldt/00141765. After so many reminder no action has been taken, could you please expecdite to have this light recitifed.

We face this similer issu durilet november this month & dispite numerous complaints over the call but nobody atke any action.

Could someone let me know why it (Eesl) take so long to repond to the complaints?

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor condition of public park in our colony. We have a public park in our locality. But sadly it has fallen into a miserable state due to the utter neglect of the concerned officials. It has been converted into a dumping ground for heaps of garbage.in addition it is a common sight to see dog owners taking their dogs out in the early mornings or late evenings or anytime they like to respond to their nature’s call on the roads and making the roads filthy. This regular practice of dogs’ peeing or # inside the park, on the roads as well as inside residential complexes is really making conditions more worse and making public nuisance. Municipal corporations already have come up with yet another notification of penalising pet owners if their pets are found littering public places in delhi. This obviously was prompted by the nation-wide launch of the swachh bharat abhiyan. It was said that sanitary officials will be deployed at various locations and they will challan the erring owners of pets, however it our society its been a long we have seen any health/sanitary worker to clean the park and make residents aware ever since the law was passed by municipal corporation of imposing fine of rs 500 our rwa representatives already complained this to concerned authorities numerous times still condition is the same. If the new bylaw is implemented, the fines will go up to thousands of rupees for some offences. Maybe this would stop delhiites from littering on the roads and public parks.

Garbage around the stairs area which cause some serious health issues to the families resides there. Everytime i asked the landlords or their respective care takers to take action about the cleanliness of that area they always refused and say we will do it later and also blame me for the issue. So the problem still same i really want you take action as early as possible. Please help me.

It is submitted that i am anil kumar, resident of 17/158 subhash nagar. A few days back, mcd employees have clleaned the gutter in front of my house. He removed the filth/dirt from gutter and keep that lying in front of my house. They refused to pick that saying this is not their duty as they have to clean the gutter only. This is not the first time that they have shown this irresponsibility rather a practice they always follow at the time of cleaning the gutter. That dirt/filth becomes home of flies/ mosquitoes and posses serious threat to health of ours. You are requested to do the needful and take stern action against the employees for this lapse so that the same may not re occure in future.

Despite sdmc ruling of no parking charges to be applied and ruling still most of tje hospitals are charging parking fees. What is your action on this. Most of the private hospitals are charging parking fees. Though as per order all hospitals and malls are exempted from parking charges. This is obnoxious at least in hospitals where people come not for having fun..

With due respect, i want to share with you that gayatri apartments, sector-9, dwarka has been dumping its garbage regularly right in front of our society viz. Sunview apartments, plot-10 b, sector 9, dwarka. Our society has been facing with lots of mosquitoes and other insects emanating from the dumpings.

This is despite several requests made to them not to dump the garbage, through their society manager.

One such request was even made by my wife personally also, but the manager refused to take any concrete action in this regard.

Sir, in this season where dengue, malaria and similar diseases are occurring in full blown proportion, i would earnestly request your kind intervention to prevent its further spread by ordering the alleged society to clear the garbage at once and further not to dump its garbage there in future.

I shall be eagerly awaiting for an early action from your side please.

H. No 200, babulal chowk, owner bunty tokas s/o kitab singh has installed an illegal sewer line and a sewer for his personla use on the street without any permission. The work is going on still after complaining to 100 number they advised to raise a complaint to sdmc. So please take neccessary action to request him to install the sewer on his land instead of public street. Also a stair has been installed on the public street.

There is not a single street light on the road near vasant vihar metro station gate no 4 from mizoram house to cpwd colony road. There is total darkness. A building of bjp is under construction. It is difficult and dangerous to walk on this road specially for ladies as there is total darkness. Not even a single light is installed. There are not enough lights on the cpwd road (Tamana school) also
. It is requested to install street lights on both the roads.

Sir,

I own the basement, upper ground and first floor of the aforesaid building i.e. BE-370/A, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064. There has been continuous seepage in the bathroom of first floor for which we approached the owner of the second floor several times to get the repair done over the past 3-4 years. Initially, they kept on lingering the matter and said that they will get it done in March 2018 after their grandson’s exam. We cooperated and waited for that period. When we reminded them of getting the repair done after the said waiting period, they asked us to contribute in the expenditure. We agreed to avoid any further hassle. However, the repair that was done was not satisfactory despite of high cost that they claimed and seepage again begun within a month of repair. We again approached them but they hardly pay any attention. They don’t seem interested in taking any preventive action despite of several personal requests and reminders. The roof and wall around the bathroom are in bad and unhygienic condition. This continuous seepage may also lead to short circuit in the building. The photographs of the same are also attached with this letter

Sir, after trying my best efforts, I am compelled to seek justice from you. Your interference in the matter will help me to restore the condition of my house. Request you to direct the above said person to do the needful.
