I visited csc, mall in dwarka, vikaspurinew delhi, which are having banks for passbook updation. I was stopped by unnamed, person claiming to be licessing (Did not show any evidence) and asked money for parking. It lead to scuffle. Pl. Correct since banks etc. Have free access & need not pay for parking. It is unauthorised person manning taxation pont of governet and pocketing crores of rupees without propiety.

The storm water drain about side my house no. A 253, new friends colony, new delhi 110025 has been blocked for the past 3 months. There is stagnant water in the blocked drain which can lead to malaria or chikungunya or other diseases. Also in case of rain the whole street becomes a lake. All my complaints to local authorities have fallen on deaf ears. Please help!

I am a resident of gangaram vatika, tilak nagar (110018) and want to complain about the woman responsible for sweeping the road in front of our house. Her name is pravina and she is responsible for the road in front of house number ac-6 but she never and i stress on never, cleans the road. She has an affair with the supervisor and both romance on the roads every day and leave without doing their job. Sometimes the supervisor geta someone else to clean the part of the road so that residents don't complain but pravina never sweeps. We have no problem with who does what but she should do her job as others are doing it commendably

Due to lack of cleanliness dengue virus spread out in krishna nagar, safdarjung enclave area.in h. No: 41, gali no: 1, krishna nagar, safdarjung enclave one 13 years boy has been effected by dengue virus and suffered from high fever for eight days. Locally treated by private doctor then admitted in aashlok hospital for three days. Only because of lack of cleanliness in the said building due to commercial activities in residential area threat arise to whole locality for severe dengue fever. Please have a serious inspection to the building and take an effective step to keep clean the whole area. Any preventive measure did not take till date in current season to prevent the probable dengue mosquitoes attack in said area.

Due to sewer blockage in the street of p ext 67 part ii mohan gardenn uttam nagar new delhi dirty has been stagnated in the street since last 10 days. Bad smell is coming and public is inhailing such air. Kindly get it cleaned by the vaccum machine immediately.

Sewer is blocked in the bylane of B 152 Lajpat Nagar-1 New Delhi and it was cleaned manually on 09.08.2018 but started overflowing after some time. Kindly get it cleaned by the vaccum machine immediately. The water is overflowing from the outlets made for draining of water and is logged in the side lane of our house . It's giving foul smell and breeding of mosquitoes are also there.

I am resident of c-block j. J. Colony tigri new delhi 110062.
I would like to inform you about the unauthorized activity going on in our c block park...
In our park of block-c there is more than 250 bricks were laying for construction of park... But yesterday 06/08/2018 around 4 pm in the evening one whole family of the resident of our colony who lives in c-1173, j. J. Colony. (Family head reward ram & shanti... Both of them is also working in mcd dakshinpuri)... Stolen all the brick from the park and kept them in their house... And nobody in our colony have dare to ask the question to them why they were keeping govt property in their house...
And this thing is not the first time... This family have done this kind of activity several times before because they think they work in mcd dakshinpuri... So they can do anything with the property of mcd...
I request you to take some serious action against these kind of people... So that in future nobody will dare to use govt property for their personal use...

The rain water / storm water line in our lane is completely blocked resulting in formation of a pond/ river on the road when it rains. Residents have difficulty in crossing the road and could be disastrous for children and old people. I have complained to the local mcd office in our block but to no avail. You are requested to kindly get it cleared at the earliest. Thanks and regards

The buliders brijesh pawar & mahender singh property no 134 b arjun nagar safderjung enclave new delhi 110029 is making an unauthorized construction with the buliders buliding dept ae mr manish horiya were also involve in the above said constrution.
Sub: request for stop illegal constuction & demolition the illegal construction going on & encroachment on government land carried at property no: 134 b arjun ngar safderjung enclave new delhi -110029and take appoprite action against builder.
The above said builders are carrying the going on illergal constrution & encroachment on government land without leaving the appropriate sapce of road side as well as front & back side as per rules and regulation of the mcd.
I violation of the tems and conditions of the building by laws as well as sdmc rules and reulations.

We are restaurant owners in sda market. We always face garbage issues because no one from mcd come here to pick garbage and mcd officers come and fine us. We only take care of garbage through private sweepers. Also our sewage is blocked and no one responses from mcd department. We have been facing these issues from quiet a long time. We request you to kindly rectify our problem asap.

The residents of my street are facing a lot of inconveniences due to water logging in the street. It is monsoon season and the whole street is under water logging. I have complaint on your helpline number on 23 jul 2018 and 29 jul 2018, but no action has been initiated till now. The situation is more than worse in this season.

I have tried to contact counsellor of the raj nagar part ii (Mr bhupender gupta), but it is almost impossible to meet him.

It is, therefore, requested to look into the matter, so that we can also be part of prime ministers "swachh bharat abhiyan".

More than 10 stray dogs are there in lane no. 8 krishna nagar due to which all the residents facing many problems. It has becoming very difficult for us now. Pls take immediate action in this regard.

Dear sir/mam,

I am a resident of r-380, raghubir nagar, rajauri garden. There is a regular problem on road that garbage spreads out on whole road and flies and other sects keeps buzzing on them.

Unfortunately there is no schedules cleaning being done to avoid this situation. Lots of garbage which causes incovienience to everyone and raises dengue cases and lots of dust pollution and many other diseases, that affect the human lives daily.

I will request the senior officials to keep a tab on the scheduled cleaning of the roads and all to keep to live us gently

Since last three years, we all resident of c-block, shiv park, khanpur are facing overflow of sewage. And dirty water flowing in street creating problem to walk even. Many of the times make the complaint to mcd officers, local mla, mcd counselor, regret no action in this regard has been taken by any one.
The dirty water is spread all over the lane and for the same we have logged so many complaints in our local regional office the mcd person’s comes and told the sewer need to be clean from machine only but no action taken.
Request you to please look into this and do the needful asap.

There is a water logging problem after rain in indra park uttam nagar. Because of it the water is coming into the houses and spoiling all the articles inside the house. It is a perinial problem and no one is taking action insipte of repeated request. The problem get further compunded when any vehical pass and splash the muddy water into the houses so it is requested that immediate action can be taken so that the residents can live in clean enviornment. Moreover this collected water is going to become breeding ground for mosquito resulting in impending outbreak of vector born diseases like dengue, malaria and chiknguniya. Hoping for early response.

A person from mcd came to my rented flat and asked if i had ac or cooler and i thought he had came for survey. He saw some cigarette butt on my ash tray and tried to charge me a challan. Since when is smoking in private became an offence as i have no idea about any laws regarding it other than laws against smoking in public places, which is not applicable since i was in my private place. I argued about it and he did not charge any challan for now but i might get it in future which is wrong.
After that he looked towards my ac and told me to empty the water from the drip bucket onto the balcony which i refused and told him i would empty it on sink and doesn't need to lecture me about it.
Moreover he tried to take advantage of my appearance and assumed that i could not speak hindi since i am from manipur which amounts to racial discrimination.
My desired resolution would be cancellation of any challan issued on aforementioned issues and strict action against the mcd representative.

There r lot of illegal construction works r going on in c9 vasant kunj. These construction work are affecting the children of c9 as they cannot study die to noise. Other members also affected die to this.
Unfortunately these construction activities continue till late night and even on saturdays and sundays. I request you to look into the matter to provide some relief to the residents of the society.

I am a resident of A-36, Taimoor nagar extension, New friends colony.
There is a regular problem of Sewer Line getting overflowed and all the water is entering the house from the main sewer line.

Unfortunately there is no schedules cleaning being done to avoid this situation. Every time we have to call the local MCD and it takes time for them to attend the call due to which we have to face big problem.lots of garbage which causes incovienience to everyone and raises dengue cases and lots of dust pollution and many other diseases

I will request the Senior Officials to keep a tab on the scheduled cleaning of the Sewer Lines and help us to live hygienically.

Dear Sirs,

We are residing in RZ Block, Gali No. 3, Vaishali Extension, Dabri, New Delhi.

The rainwater pipe line in our street is chocked and resulting a huge amount of water logged there.

As you know, our prime Minister is concerned about the Swach Bharat also we are adopting the same.

The water logging is creating a lot of mud in the street and inconvenience due to mud and as a good place for mosquitoes growing.

You are requested to depute the persons for cleaning the water blockages so as to the water freely move in to the pipelines.
