As per direction of Sharekhan, I have already applied four times on ‘Client Master Form’ along with a signed cancelled personalised cheque leaf of the my account of HDFC bank and copy of PAN card. I have also mentioned my E-mail account and mobile no. in my application. The said application (on Client Master Form’) was resubmitted again on 13/08/2011 & 16/08/2011 to your Franchisee office - MEHTA STOCK AND SHARES PVT.LTD-II HALL NO. 205 & 312, A-2, SOUTH BLOCK, BAHU PLAZA, JAMMU – 180012. The application was meant to link my HDFC bank a/c for both trading and depository a/c. The said my a/c of HDFC bank is already registered as trading a/c. but I want to link as depositary a/c also. And delink my SBI a/c as depository a/c.

    no reply from them by email
    last saturday when I called they said I havent given cheque


    my simple question > if they dont see documentation is clear,why they accepted the form ?

    This Sharekhan Service is extremely pathetic! These guys just wants to loot there customer by giving false commitment. Experience a worst kind of service till now from any of the sophesticated firm, i think they are not even able to give the feedback on any simple queries raised by the customers. Guys dont even try to open the relationship with these people. All you will get is frustration..

      some days ago i loss suffer so I stop trading the last transaction is made SBI 5share which I purchase and sale in june month
      from that day there is no statement no call for any balance share in demat
      And now i go for closed account they said your account having 2 SBI share, I ask for statement of account which share, They sent me one paper it write 2 share SBI what is this it is not statement
      If I am not interested in trading then why sharekhan team pressured me for active account

        Few months back a sales manager from IIFL has approached me for opening a D Mat a/c with them as he was unable to meet his target. Once the account is opened he never given me a call. Then he switched over to Sharekhan and again approached me for opening the account free of cost and he will tarnsfer my existing shares in IIFL. Once the account is opened he never bothered to give any call for tips or for trading. It was earlier agreed that he will do teh trading on behalf of me . But he never came back. I have lodged complain against the sales manager and teh branch with Share Khan but theye are not taking any action. These peole are just making people foolish and earning money

          Sharekhan is Cheater company. sharekhan RM Cheated me. Sharekhan Udaipur Office RM trade in My account with confirm me and make me about 10000 loss.I told all this to sharekhan customer care and Other officer but they dont want to help me.
          I Have make Many mail to

          RM Mr. Bhavesh Jethi tell me that He can do zero balance in my account and his Boss Brance manager o[censored]daipur office is also with him. Brance Manager told me to forgate all this case because nothing happen against him. I have record what they say.
          Sharekhan Is really cheater company. I hate this Company.

          mera surat branch se muje problem ha. kyo ki bo hamasa wrong kaheta ha.kal 15.7.2011
          ko mane silver ke biding ko 5.30pm ko cancel karane ko kaha to unahona kaha ki thick ha kar diya. after 10 minut unka phone aya ki aapake biding cancel nahe huei ha mcx ma problem tha aapki silver solt ho gaye ha.pahale bhi bahut bar ho gaya ha.ugar ishi thara chalta raha to muje aur mera sath ke logo ko account close karana padaga.
          so i request solve my problem very shortly .

                Hello,
                ShareKhan is following the practice of having a user automatically being moved into the paid service from trial, as a means of auto-renew.

                As a practice followed by ethical internet companies, options should be opt-in rather than opt-out, so a user should be asked whether he wants to use a service beyond trail rather than moving him into the service directly. This is the practice they follow for FortuneFinder, which as such I did not find of any use.

                But since I did not un-subscribe while in trial, I was moved to the paid service. I received a SMS to that effect on 8:15am of the date from which paid service was started and I unsubscribed by 8:18am, they still are adamant to charge for the next month, even though I am not using the service at all. I have requested them kindly for refund on customer service via phone and email. SO I am paying for service which they do not provide and anyway it is useless service (FortuneFinder)

                A note of caution to all -
                1. Do not subscribe to their value added service, as they are mostly not of much value anyway, and you may inadvertently happen to pay out more.
                2. As such there trading platform is quite buggy and not responsive, so be sure to try it out that it works for you before using it.
                3. Couple of times there interface just stopped working during working hours.
                4. If you are not on Windows, but on Linux or Mac strongly suggest use other trading platforms and not ShareKhan.
                5. Despite there purported super- tips which they advertise, I do not seem to get any such calls from them, either by SMS, mail or trading terminal. They seem to have made teh SMS option as paid option although at time of taking the account this was not told to me

                Hope at some time Indian companies start getting serious about ethical nature of business on internet and not taking them for ride. Do have the OPT_IN option rather than OPT_OUT option.
                Otherwise you will keep getting mails like these.

                  Sharekhan Agent who identified him as staff from HO, Mr.Ashish, contact no : [protected],

                  This Agent collected all the respective documents from me which is needed to open an Share account by Mid of Jan 2011.
                  Immediately after 5 days I got a call from Shrekhan customer care about enquiring about his conduct. I also responded that he is very good in approaching me.

                  Now its almost Mid of April 2011. This agent is not able to open the account. I have no idea what he is doing with the documents. Even when I contacted him, he has a standard response from him saying that he will send some exec to collect some documents (which is already provided to him). Now a day even he stopped responding also.

                  I logged a compliant against hin through sharekhan online portal. No response from them. I guess they are also appreciating him.

                  Beware of this kind of agents and don't waste your time.

                    At the time of open the account they don't disclosed all these hidden charges,they only stateing,we only charges intraday .05 paise and delivery .25 paise and they never said about taxes and DP charges.....

                    DP charge is a type of cheating, 1 sold only one no of Punjaloyd for that they detected 15.96 Rs and for 30 no ashoklayland for that they detected 27 rs. it is a type of cheating. no one has informed us anything about the DP charges, now they are telling it is thr in the agreement. But while filling the application, they have not given time to read it

                      My account got closed long before but still share khan as kept it in active status and calling up for the chargers for the same .They never given any info regarding the active of my account and asking amt for dues which are not liable.                           Non delivery of DIS

                          Despite going to multiple Sharekhan offices, and requesting multiple officers, no one knows the process of taking a DIS request.

                          The customer call center number remains inactive.

                          No one is in a position to help me.

                          To top all this, the Bangalore Koramangla branch people are highly rude and infact one lady cut the call when I was talking to her.

                          I am terribly disappointed with...

                          dear sir,

                          the kolkata-little street branch of sharekhan limited and their employees namely- sukumar bharach, debashish, rakesh khandelwal, are all cheaters.
                          they had made unauthorized transactions in my account as in the year 2007, and sold my all the shares without my consent.
                          inspite of reporting to SEBI, NSE, BSE, since 2 years, no action has been taken up. all are under their influence.

                          upon that they had beaten me shamelessly and brutally in their office premises.

                            i had shortsell 10 shares of SBI @ Rs.3067, but due to some technical problem, i wasnt able to buy back my shares. so customer service told me tht there will be an auction held for the shares to be bought back, but the shocking news came in was that the buy back price for me was more than Rs.3100, although price for the same script"SBI", never went even close to Rs.3000 after december 3rd and till today december 8th, it continuously kept on having price fall, and when talked to rep from cust serv, she sd tht i will have to talk to exhange directly and they wont even have an answer to this.....

                              Answer...or Rply... Pls check your email id as i have idea may be you wil have to receive a mail by exchange .. reported .. that you got a delivery short.. ..so in that case Normaly in the shares will transfer in T+2 day .. but when you get delivery short so actuly delivery you will get..T+3 days.. and if i m not wrong you had done trade buy and sale in NSE .. because Nse give the facility BTST means buy today and sale tomorow..thats why u had sale other wise you can't do untill the stock in your demat /ac so.. dont blame sharekhan.. and its serives.. Belive me dude in industy sharekhan is too gud as comarison other company ..

                                Dear Sir,
                                I invest in M[censored]nits thru' Sharekhan trading potral. My net investment amount (purchase amount) in IDFC Cash Fund was Rs.49500.00 till 15.11.2010. On 15.11.2010 have placed a redeem order of Rs.10000.00. The order have been executed on 17.11.2010 NAV and the amount has been credited to my bank A/c on 18.11.2010 but today I have observed that in my Mutual Fund holdings net amount in IDFC Cash Fund is showing Rs.29500.00 which should be Rs.39500.00. My Folio No. is 1074823/05.I have called also to your cust. care Mumbai office 4-5 times and attached Account statement of the IDFC Cash fund as on 19.11.10 with the email. Still awaiting for your reply against "SLTD=[protected]' complaint logged on 19.11.2010. Please look into the matter since I need to redeem the whole amount.
                                hence you are requested to look into matter and rectify the error. Please give a reply to my mail.

                                  I WANTED TO TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT NO.10027560 FROM SURAT TO AHMEDABAD. ITALKED TO SHAREKHAN AND THEY TOLD ME TO BE ESSENTIALLY PHYSICALLY REPORT TO SURAT BRANCH. I VISITED SURAT BRANCH AND THEY GAVE ME A FORM AND ASKED ME TO SUBMIT THAT IN AHMEDABAD BRANCH AND THEY PROMISED THAT ACCOUNT WOULD BE TRANSFEERED WITHIN A WEEK. I VISITED NEW C G ROAD BRANCH IN AHMEDABAD IN JUNE 2010 AND SUBMITTED THE FORM. EVEN AFTER TWO MONTHS THEY COULD NOT TRANSFER MY BRANCH FRUSTED I WENT TO MAIN BRANCH AT VIJAY CHAR RASTA AND EXPLAINED THE ORDEAL, STAFF PRESENT THERE PASSED ON SARCASTIC REMARKS FOR NEW C G ROAD BRANCH AND TOLD THAT MATTER WOULD BE SHORTED OUT WITHIN A WEEK. iN THE MONTH OF AUG AHMEDABAD BRANCH ASKED ME TO SUBMIT FEW FORMS WHICH I SUBMITTED.                                   account transfer — account not transferred

                                  I had account with SBI jalgaon branch,
                                  I requested for transfer of account and it has not happened even after 2 years.
                                  Thay say thay have transfered and other branch says they have not got any account

                                    i opened an account at sharekhan for share market transaction.i booked shares through sharekhan and got profit.but after some transaction i didn't get intimation from sharekhan.after enquiry i came to know i have arround Rs 50,000 /- loss in share market. i was shocked.i asked to branch manager about this.he replied me not to worry and the person who played ur share will fulfill ur loss.

                                      I have given Correct address proof while creating an account. They have updated it wrongly. I have called 25 times to change the address. No action was taken. I have also asked them to connect to branch manager but nobody is connecting to branch manager and it seems chennai alwarpet brach manager knows this and is not acting accordingly.
