Gain and loss never shown clearly step by step

1. The gain, loss and account balace amount of my account ID 625714 never displayed clearly.
2.. when ever I ask for support from the said organisation the phone always remain engaged or some if at all get connected also responded by the customer care so horrible I can not explain it. They use to say that they are having lot of customers in queue for query, so they not having so much time to spare for a single customer.

Regading amount which is not debited in my trding a/c

I had send a check of 40000 of sbi bank a/c in favour of sharekhan ltd dated on 16 june through speed post directly to head office for depositing amount in my trding a/c .I have mentioned customer id in back side.Amount is deducted on 30june but amount is not debit in my a/c .I hv call so many time to head office but customer service is very worst on given number.Toll free no. Is not working & others no are so busy.Plz solve my problem....

Bad service & ambiguity in the report

Dear all

I am a suffer of the Sharekhan.com service provider.They are active only to open a account & take money from you but when it comes to service their respose is zero.There is no benefit by putting in their customer care dept because all the are there.Nobody will call you nor address your issue.

sharekhan securities r the worst securities ...i requested for new login passwords before 5 months till now they have not solved my problem ..so i advise no to take account with these sharekhan securities...

lost money because of the technical issues they had

I had bought 300 shares of suzlon energy on june 5th that is on Friday at 139 inr but as soon as i bought it the price went down and i didn't have that much money to transfer it to my demat account, so i thought i would sell it off on monday morning.

Not able to close ShareKhan account

Hi,
I opened an account with ShareKhan in Feb'08 by paying them an annual fee. I did not conduct a single transaction with them since then (till today). Now that a year has lapsed, they been sending me dpcalls without informing me of renewing my account. I am not interested in continuing with the account and would like to terminate it ASAP. I have online trading account with Sharekhan Ltd. having Customer Id No. 611527 since last 1 ½ years.

Not working properly

I am new customer of sharekhan and In my fast trade account in sharekhan price list is not shown. I have tried their customer executive many times . either they do not pick the phone or not able to solve the problem.

Money transfer from sharekhan to bank takes more than T+1 day

I have transferred some amount from Sharekhan to HDFC bank.As per the document it should take T+1 day.

The process of approval to transfer hasnt began when i called up on T+1 th day?

All these trading sites which are not part of banks are having issues while withdrawing the money.

If the Sharekhan cant stand on their promise, how can it show credibility to the users?...

delay in delivery of shares by sharekhan brokerage firm

I am a demat account holder with Sharekhan Limited.I had bought 21 shares of tata motors using my demat account on 24/03/09. Delivery of those shares was to happen on 02/04/09 as I was told by their customer care executives. But I haven't got the delivery yet & their customer care executives are saying that, now the delivery will take place on Monday 06/04/09 by 8'o clock in the evening.

Looted Money

I transfered money from HDFC to sharekhan. Both sharekhan and HDFC are saying money is not there. Am fed up of their services...
