I applied online through Sharekhan Web Site for Adani Power IPO. 98 shares are allotted to me but even after more than 15 days not credited in my DP account 13752562 with Sharekhan.

I have online trading and DP account with Sharekahn Ltd. Adani Power is asking for scanned copy of application which is not with me because IPO application was submitted by ShareKhan - Application number is 15941101.

Processing, application and collection of IPO is done by Sharekhan I only apply online to sharekhan and made payment through online bank account.

It is responsibilty of Sharekhan to resolve the issue with company. There is no problem with my account with sharekhan it is active i do trading regularily and other IPO like NHPC shares directly credited to my DP account which was also applied online through Sharekhan.

Sharekhan Ltd. does not reply my emails (more than 10 emails sent). I am in overseas so can't contact on phone or in person.

My name is Nikhil Mehta. I had applied for 700 shares of NHPC and placed a cheque of Rs.25,200. My application no. is 32660151. Rs. 25200 was debited to my Bank of india a/c 38993. I had duly filled the application form and submitted the application along with the cheque and PAN card xerox.

I would like to know the reasons for non allotment of shares at the earliest. Further, till date I have not got the refuned Rs.25,200.

NHPC — Shares not alloted and refund not credited

I had applied for 700shares of NHPC (application form # [protected].
I wonder why not a single allotment was made to me. Till date the refund has also not been made to my account. Please help me in this case.

    I m a equity invester and prestly trading at sharekhan account no. 149045 . 3 days back all my holdings were sold without my knowledge and left the account with 65000 credit. Owner of the franchisy told its done by the higher authorities due to some account mismatch and he apoligised to me. This is happening for me for 2nd time , Now when i ask to reverse the transaction they are not ready since they have to bear the loss of 5700
    When i called to the company they asked my complaint and told they will return with the solution and this procedure of complaining has been repeated 3 times they are yet to find a reason and solution

      dear sir,

      i have a demat a/c with sharkhan limited mmbai.i would like to tell you about sharekhan complaint.
      that when i opened my account with sharekhan branch c-scheme jaipur.then tell me by sharekhan sales
      executive about there brokerage that we have taken a intra charge 0.03 paisa, & holding charges 0.30 paisa.


      but last one year when i opened my account in sharekhan form 21.08.08. share khan taken me excess
      brokerage.it takend brokerage 0.10 paisa intra charges & 0.50 paisa holding charges.

      thend i talk to sharekhan branch they said my that we can do anything.

      i have lost ruppes 10000 to 120000, from excess brokerage.
      i request to you that please credit my excess brokerage in my accont.

        i have applied for a new account, i get a text msg, in which i found my dp id- IN300513, and found the client id, that is 18712658.on 22nd feb 2010.

        after that i didn't get any transaction id & password,
        i have give rs. 12000 cheque, that is already deduct my account,


        kindly help me and short out this immediate query asap.

          Customer care of sharekhan give no response after they pick phone, they say that ur call is transferring to other customer care executing and then they hold my call and never response till 1 hours of waiting .i was too tied of the services provided by sharekhan, why they take the service charge from us if they are unot able to proper service to us .

          Main Sharekhan Ka Customer Hu. Aur main online trading karta hu. Aaj date 16/11/2009 ko muze online login karne me problem ho raha tha isliye main sharekhan ke website pe diye gaye phone no pe call kar raha tha.lekin phone lagneke bavjud koi bhi mera phone uthaya nahi. aur muze bahut der tak hold pe rakha. akhir tak mera phone kisine nahi uthaya.Is se pehle bhi muze aise hi anubhav sharekhan ke saath aya hai. plz Aap hum customers ki madad karenge aise aasha rakhte hai

          You are right. I live in Mumbai and unfortunately everytime I face a problem I have to go their office at Lower pArel which is 15 Kms away from here.Now this is the wrost organization I have seen with least educated people who don't have maners even to talk. I am quitting Sharekhan within a day or two.

            1. Can any global friend guide or make me understand the transaction protocol which wasn't done by me can be included in Bill summery of Sharekhan my account ID: 625714?
            2. My keen close monitoring or observation of at least one month made me understand that I am not doing any trading even though I have done multiple transactions in a day with my account ID 625714 live screen provided by sharekhan user ID and password.
            3. Also they have manipulated financially so finest way that the sharekhan prices are always lesser than NSE by Rs. 2/- to 5/- in per share. After that also they are showing separate Brokerage, service tax, transaction charge, some taxes are shown as debit charges to sharekhan, my simple question why are they required to manipulate the price list if they are cutting separately?
            4. How our SEBI can allow registering that kind of broker to do open exploitation with the sentiment of the innocent poor traders? How our constitutional financial rules are allowing the company to do like that?
            5. Why are the live screen shot of sharekhan ID and the summery dispatch to my email ID attached report of the bill summaries are not matching each other?
            6. Why is the dispute of entra day trading settlement required two days to display the total day’s gain of loss? Why customer unable see the gain or loss same day after the end of the entra day trading?
            7. After my experience doing trading with share khan witnessed me that I have not done any trading but for only gain of sharekhan not for myself.
            8. All the debit charging protocols are used by the said company is as follows: Service Tax, STT, Stamp Charges, Turn Over Charges, DP Charges, Edu Cess and HEdu Cess.
            Still after two years of trading under sharekhan I could not understand what are the meanings of the above all?
            It means that the earning of customer is debited by the root of many ways as above for the hacking purposes. Moreover, one interesting point that whatever they are showing the credit also by negative marking i.e - 40609.13. My credit is shown nowhere clearly. All formulation should be easily understood by the customer, otherwise that only the big loop whole for hacking. Maximum customers do not know what they are doing actually?
            9. Under the umbrella of broker they are openly exploiting and playing with the weakness of the innocent trader sentiment.

            Sharekhan trading — Wrong commitment and charges

            I had open demat account at sharekhan at time of filling form they told brokerage will be .03 intraday and .30 delivery.And today i came to know tht they are charging me .10p intraday and .30 delivery.Whn i talked they saind cant do anything so pls help me.
            my dear friend dnt invest in ur money share market they all are cheter, its open matkha so dnt loose ur money deposit ur money in bank...

            Same thing is happen to me. when saw contract report brokage for 5lacs trading is R.S 500 So for buy and selling only R.S 1000 need to pay for broakge . Since other providers are offering 0.01 to 0.03 for intraday trading. i stopped tragding in sharekhan and will close my account shortly.

              I have applied for Demat a/c & Sharekhan a/c through Sharekhan. I paid 2000/- for the same. Almost 1year over. Still I dint receive welcome kit. Even though I
              Talked to customer care and branch no answer from them

              Hi,

              This is to inform you that I had opening a Demat Account to your broking house this time your sales representative(Mr. Ratan Saha ) confirm me, sir your brokerage charges are intrada Rs 0.02 and delivary Rs 0.15 but today I talk to your customer care representative she confirm me my brokerage charges are (intrada and delivary) Rs 0.10 and Rs 0.50 what is this ?
              So, if you correction my brokerage charges ASAP, then i have invest my money to share khan account.I hope you will response ASAP.

                Sharekhan executive misguided me
                he has not checked if i have demat account or not
                is it active?
                he opened another account for that i have got charged
                hence other account is locked.

                Now they are asking for pay for first account annula maintainance charge

                I recently got an SMS from sharekhan that my DP balance is x amount, i had asked to close my account 4-5 years ago. At the time of opening the account they confirmed that there will not be any maintainance changes but they haven't closed the account and recently sent a DP maintenance sms.

                I never used sharekhan services because i had lost interest in the share market but its really harrasing that this company is not listening.

                I have been calling their customer care number ([protected]) for half and hour and they have put it in voice call since then, i want someone from the company to act immidetly and close my DP account 15473952.

                Hi I had requested closed to my account Client id:1379361, Broking Code : 1379361 at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad Branch on 27/08/2014. I had DP balance due is left, So i Given Cheque balance amount of Rupees 1392(for due amount) on the same day. But still they have not close my account.

                Already contacted many time's to customer care I do have many important work instead of chasing Sharekhan guy's. This issue raised 6 years back till now its not closed.

                Now I am least bothered about the closing my DP account, let Sharekhan should contact me to close my account its not my responsibility to chase every time, more ever they also have some responsibility to provide best service to customers.

                My rating to Sharekhan out of Ten is Zero.
                Even i am facing same problem with sharekhan DP account closure. Even upon going to their branch and submitting the account closure form, they keep sending mails for DP charges. Which is very unprofessional for any company.
                I want to give zero rating but unfortunately it is unavailable.
                I want to close my account but they have so complicated proceess that I a fade up with this.
                I am also facing same problem. It's been more then 6-7 years after my application for closing the DeMAT account in sharekhan but shockingly i just come to know that it has not been closed yet. The biggest chor company.
                I had handed over filled closing form to one of their executive (Sanjay in Vadodara) at that time and after so many years yet it has not been close. Even child can predict the motive of this 3rd class company.

                I have cancelled my account but these people do not close account and they keep adding charges. They have my wrong address and they have my wrong mobile number so i never got any bills. The email they send goes to spam and after 4 years when i was casually checking spam i saw the bill from sharekhan as 4600/-

                i hhave not traded with them and some guys opened my account with them but not used it and then i closed it in 2014. But they did not close it and kept it open. They did not have kyc of mine so wrong address they had.

                As per sebit, kyc is compulsory but they have not done it.

                I try calling them and they do not pick phone.

                Guys, - these are big scammers. Stay away and they wil steal all your money even if you are not trading.

                  1. The gain, loss and account balace amount of my account ID 625714 never displayed clearly.
                  2.. when ever I ask for support from the said organisation the phone always remain engaged or some if at all get connected also responded by the customer care so horrible I can not explain it. They use to say that they are having lot of customers in queue for query, so they not having so much time to spare for a single customer.
                  3. They takes long two days period for settling down the entra day trading issue, My question is that why are they taking so long period in the computerised system, i.e. it shows that they are always intend to do some mannupulation in gain or loss of the customers. Clear conspiracy is observed with the activites of sharekhan software administrator.

                      The person name called Mr.Kamaleshkumar(044-[protected]) who is working in sharekhan in alwapet branch at chennai, he has placed a order without knowing his client knowledge. And he is not response the phone call during the trading time and always he told like he was in the meeting during the trading hours. How it is possible for a meeting during trading hours. He does not take any responsibilities of his client share. His main purpose is to gain brokerage for him only not for any customer satisfaction. so I advised u guys that dont open demat a/c to him.

                      Had a very bad experience with sharekhan. Horrible service. Wanted to close the account and did all the necessary paperwork, but unable to close as my account has some fractional units of Benchmark ETF in it. Gave instruction for its redemption, but nothing has been done in this regard. Best part is, they kept deducting money towards annual charges for a closed account! (Which was not technically closed.) Just withdrew all the money to the last paise and left them at that. Till date i don't know if my account is closed or not. Couldn't joblessly run behind them for months to close an account.

                      DON"T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH SHAREKHAN IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Save yourself a lot of trouble. We deserve to be treated better.
                      I also agree with this.There are many complaints against Share khan Alwarpet branch
                      please dont open any account in sharekhan, , the customer end department is very liturgical in there work.. i have given change of address form on 2011 but still its not change, very bad back end service. i thick the lady name sumiya

                        I had send a check of 40000 of sbi bank a/c in favour of sharekhan ltd dated on 16 june through speed post directly to head office for depositing amount in my trding a/c .I have mentioned customer id in back side.Amount is deducted on 30june but amount is not debit in my a/c .I hv call so many time to head office but customer service is very worst on given number.Toll free no. Is not working & others no are so busy.Plz solve my problem.

                          Dear all

                          I am a suffer of the Sharekhan.com service provider.They are active only to open a account & take money from you but when it comes to service their respose is zero.There is no benefit by putting in their customer care dept because all the are there.Nobody will call you nor address your issue.

                          Second point is that their reports are so bad which can't be understand by a person.They are making lot of mess with your money.You will forget how much profit you made & how much fund you infused.

                          Third point & the most important point is you can't Login in the weakends like Saturday & sunday.Most of the time teir site is not working.

                          So stay away from the service provider.

                            To Withdram amount from PF, U have to submit form-19 at Incometax dept with your PF details.With sending mail to someone u may not get PF amount directaly.
                            There are some process to get the PF amount.

                              This is to inform you that I had opening a Demat Account to your broking house this time your sales representative(Mr. Ratan Saha ) confirm me, sir your brokerage charges are intrada Rs 0.02 and delivary Rs 0.15 but today I talk to your customer care representative she confirm me my brokerage charges are (intrada and delivary) Rs 0.10 and Rs 0.50 what is this ?
                              So, if you correction my brokerage charges ASAP, then i have invest my money to share khan account.I hope you will response ASAP.

                                I had bought 300 shares of suzlon energy on june 5th that is on Friday at 139 inr but as soon as i bought it the price went down and i didn't have that much money to transfer it to my demat account, so i thought i would sell it off on monday morning.
                                but those guys had some technical issues and i couldn login only. so i called this number to place the order thrice[protected] but they told they cant do it coz of the technical difficulties. the price of the share at that time was 138. but by the time they rectified the problem the price had alreay come to 120 i sold it for 117. I asked them the compensation. but they are telling me that they can't give the compensation but they can reduce the brokerage for further trading which is absolutely ridiculus. I need 2 years to recover the lost amount

                                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                                  I want to bring to your kind notice that, I have opened a demate account in ShareKhan Ltd. at Pondicherry Branch. My Client ID is – 210624 . The Relationship Manager in-charge for me is Mr. S. Sathosh Kumar.

                                  I have given 4 cheque in favour of ShareKhan Ltd. to buy Mutual Fund in order to get tax benefit. As I am a Government Employee (Government College Lecturer), and hence I liked to invest in Mutual Funds for Tax Saving Benefit only.

                                  At end of the year my auditor asked me to provide me with the Mutual Fund Document. So I went to ShareKhan Office to get the document. At that time they have provided me with the Document of Sundaram Paribas Mutual Fund for an amount of Rs. 42, 000. When I handed the document to the auditor, we came to know that this document is duplicate document. They have cheated me by giving me a duplicate document.

                                  After I came to know this, I went to ShareKhan Office and asked Mr. Madhavan (Branch Manager) to provide me with the ledger statement of my demate account. But, Mr. Madhavan refused to provide me with my ledger details. Then I enquired the Manager about Mr. S. Santhosh Kumar (Relationship Manager). At that time the Manager informed me that Santhosh has resigned and he as joined in another Broking House.

                                  After one month I requested to Mr. Madhavan again to provide me with my Ledger Statement. Finally after struggling a lot Mr. Madhavan gave me my ledger. Seeing that ledger I shocked, the amount which I gave to buy Mutual Fund was been used for Trading in Equity and FNO without my permission. I came to know that unauthorized trade has been occurred in my account. When I checked my balance I came to know that my balance is zero.

                                  Then I checked all my transactions in my ledger and found that only two cheque has been credited in favour of ShareKhan Ltd, . for an amount of Rs. 22, 500 totally.

                                  1. Cheque No. : 5860 Date: 18/08/2008 Amount: Rs. 2, 500

                                  2. Cheque No. : 9782 Date: 20/11/2008 Amount: Rs. 20, 000

                                  The remaining two cheque was not credited in my ShareKhan Demate Account for an amount of Rs. 15, 000 one cheque and for Rs. 5, 000 another cheque.

                                  I went to my bank and checked whether the remaining two Cheque has been Cleared or not. At that time I came to know that those cheques were cleared in the name of Mr. S. Santhosh Kumar. I found that Mr. S. Santhosh Kumar has put my signature and withdrawed the amount.

                                  I again went to ShareKhan Branch and said to the Manager about this mis-handling of the cheque. At that time the Manager informed me that Mr. Santhosh Kumar is not working in ShareKhan Ltd. and said that he has joined in ITI Securities Financial Ltd.

                                  Then I enquired to other Clients and staff of ShareKhan about Mr. Santhosh Kumar. All said that he is not working here. But one of the staff in ShareKhan told me that still now Mr. Santhosh Kumar is getting his salary from ShareKhan for the past 3 Months.

                                  Then I went to than another borking house. to enquire about Mr. Santhosh Kumar. From there I came to know that he has joined there for job as Relationship Manager for the Past 3 Months. How a person can work in two different companies? I have proof that he has worked in another broking house for the past 3 Months also.

                                  Then I again went to ShareKhan and enquire the Clients. At that time I came to know that more than 20 ShareKhan clients are been affected with the same kind of problem and about 6 lakhs rupees have been misused without the knowledge of the clients. I came to know that even the Branch Manager Mr. Madhavan and the entire ShareKhan Team has also indulge in this kind of fraud along with Mr. S. Santhosh Kumar.

                                  I have all the evidence for all this fraud that has been taken place. I need an immediate solution for my fund that has been used for unauthorized trading or else I will go to the court. Nearly 20 ShareKhan clients are ready to come along with me to file the case in 2 or 3 days. We have all the needed documents to prove this fraud. Hoping for quick and good solution for this problem.

                                  1) she(s.bundhu) is working in govt but she is doing finance business with some gondolas(Rovides) .i am also getting a lone from her 20k in my name. i am also more then 60k given but she want more money form me. i am not able to give more money. before that incedant, i am refereed to my friends also . she was threatened to me form that rovides . she know my position detractly.
                                  2) she is will educated and very good criminal. she was create a very good film.
                                  3) she told that complaint, she dint know treading. she is only mutual fund investor. she have not only a share khan treading account she have a networth treading account her client code is 246333. this account was opened on January2008.
                                  she did share trade and F&o trade. she know very well on stock market . she used his account and made lose . but she told she dint know trade. trade account is not necessary to invest on mutual found .
                                  4) she told " i was put the her sign on her chque" how is it possible. i am not a xerox machine. she was providing me on faver on my name.
                                  5) she was told i was made for 6lakhs fraud. i dint do that and she dint have any document regards this.
                                  6) she was spoil my name and my branch manager name and my company name and my great feature.
                                  so i am going to the court. and filed on deformation short of 15 cores.

                                  i will update all the things on this case. lets see

                                    This is not a complaint, in fact it is a note of gratitudes, for the prompt initiative you've shone in my case and resolving my issue. I've received my Welcome kit and I understand whatever delay in receiving it was not at your end but it was from the courier service DTDC, I advice you that you stop taking their services and start using Indian Postal Services, they are exceptionally good in finding addresses.

                                    Thanks once again. I really wanted to remove my complaint posted on this site but this site providers give no facility to remove the complaint posted in past.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am a new customer of your online Demat and Trading services. My customer id is 932939 and my Deposit client Account Number with sharekhan Ltd. is 17949610. I currently work and live in NOIDA and my permanent residence is at Gwalior (M.P.)

                                      Since the day I've decided to be your customer I am facing consistent problems which I'd like to share with you, and hope you'll understand and will streamline your processes to make them more customer friendly and customer centric.

                                      I submitted my contact details on your website to avail the benefits of learning through your first step programme, and in return I was contacted by your representative Mr. Pramod, from your Delhi Office, his cell no is [protected], and since the day he called me first his only intention was to sell me your services anyhow, without understanding my needs and without explaining me any further about your services.

                                      Somehow I got convinced thinking that your company may offer me good services once I become your customer, and I filled up your account opening form and hand over two cheques of Rs.375/- and Rs.5000/- respectively on May 20, 2009. Since I was carrying my address proof in the form of voter identity card in which my name was printed as Vivek Singh insted of Vivek Singh Tomar at the time when Mr. pramod visited my office to close the sale, he adviced me that I tell him my icici bank account number and hand him over an authority letter so that he can get my bank statement with my address details from the icici bank. I followed his advice and gave him my account number and the letter. He told me that he'll collect my duplicate statement from icici bank and will use it as proof of my residential address. He also told me that since sharekhan has tie up with icici bank so icici bank will not charge any money for duplicate statement. But when I checked my icici bank account on May 21, 2009 I discovered that Rs.110/- was debited from my bank account against issue of duplicate statement. I informed this to Mr. Pramod and first he said that the "I'll make sure taht Rs.110/ will be credited back to you account" and later on after two days when I called him up, he said that he can not do anything about it now.

                                      At the time of filling up form to open my account at sharekhan on 20 May 2009, Mr. Pramod told me that, after he submit the form in the office my account will be activated in two days and I'll get my welcome kit at my residence in three days of opening account. He also told me that my cheques which I've given to Sharekhan will be given for clearance only after my account is activated and I receive my welcome kit at my residential address.

                                      I received my first SMS informing me about activation of my account and other details from AD-SHAREKHAN on 27 may 2009, followed by an e-mail on my same email id from which I am writing you, and through that mail I was again assured that I'll receive my welcome kit in next two days. I waited till 29 May 2009 to receive my welcome kit and checked my bank account and I was surprised to know that without I receiving the welcome kit both my cheques of Rs.375/- and Rs.5000/- are encashed by sharekhan Ltd., startled when I inform about this to Mr. Pramod he told me that you don't worry you will receive your welcome kit till June 1, 2009.

                                      Today on June 2, 2009, since I've not received my welcome kit till now. I decided to ask Mr.Pramod in this regard and asked him the details like on which date my welcome kit was dispatched? From which Courier? What Docket No? etc.on which he made me talk to Mr. Rupak Cell No: [protected], he too was not of much help to me as he told that my welcome kit is sent through Speed Post instead of Courier and it will take 10 more days to reach my address at Gwalior. When I asked him the details of dispatch through Speed Post, he said that he'll write an e-mail to me, which he has not written till now.

                                      I got worried and I tried to call your customer care no's[protected] /[protected] /[protected], which I find totally useless since they make you wait till 30 minutes without any body responding, and I can't afford to hear waiting music for that long on expensive STD calls.

                                        I unable open mail, may be software not loaded in my pc.I wanted see money transction.also by defaulttransction money Rs. 500/- not 1000/- by deault as myam traiding is limited
