Dear Team,

I have a trading account with sharekhan in shahada branch, Before some days, Ops person had bought some shares from my account & called me to say, i have bought shares from your id & now it is getting loss of Rs.6000/- So i was shocked, i was called to broker & told him this issue. he checked & answered me to pay this money & this issue will not happened next. So i paid this money, but it tooks 2-3 weeks to pay. then they were charged me approx. 2000 for this as penalty. Now broker is saying you have to pay this amount also. Whats the heelll...

Hopeless service all... I was called to customer service also & they were said you need to contact with your broker, Even it was not my fault.

So please look into & call revert.

This is Paramusa (customer ID :[protected], I was opened the trading account in sharekhan Ltd, (beside ttd temple, Himayath Nagar, Hyderabad).4 months completed to opened for this account. From 4 months iam doing trading through telephonic. Iam interesting to doing trading my self only. but I can not doing this because I did not get the password / welcome kit.

          Hello sir, I am Antony from Geojit BNP Paribas. I am working as a Regional Manager, Trichy. Recently one Mr.Srinivasan (Mob: [protected]) was working in Geojit, Trichy for 2 Months & left out from the company and joined in Sharekhan, Trichy. After joining in Sharekhan, he called many of our Geojit Clients particularly those having good holdings, credit balance & recent trading clients. When enquiring the same with Srinivasan, he told like Sharekhan got database from NSDL. Almost he shared the same information to many of our clients & to our staff also. The question is whether NSDL shared any Geojit Client base to Sharekhan? If not how that person Mr.Srinivasan informed the msg to all. B'coz now-a-days in many locations NSDL has conducting Investor Meet & collecting the data for investor protection purpose. But at the same time, when sharekhan trichy using NSDL name often, its creating more confusion. Pls let me know the status? How NSDL can share the client database of Geojit BNP Paribas to Sharekhan?             I am a regular custome of sharekhan from last 4 year, i have traded on 23 september 2015 and it is showing that i do have a profit of 13+ thousand, while today morning they have settled the amount as 7+thousand, when i called those guys they told me that i am carrying forward the sept 21 position which was expired on 21 and there is no other loss shown in my account yesterday, but today it is showing only 7+ thousand, becouse of above mental and money harrasment i was in depression, i want sharekhan for this and want to give them me a penalty of one crore so that it would be lesson for the company who is misguiding investor which leads to the personal depression or death.

                I have opened a trading and demat account in the year[protected] with sharekhan which i closed in the year 2010 as because i have already taken subbrokership with other broker. i have changed my location from bangalore to other state and i did not use the mobile number nor i used my email id which i registered when i was a student. a few days back i could see an email which says i have 2681 INR pending as i have not being paid AMC for 10 years. i called the customer care number they also says the same thing. for god's sake it has not been 10 years i have opened the account; how come my 10 years AMC is pending? i am here looking for a suggestion, what i need to do against sharekhan. i would appreciate if any best suggestion from this forum.

                  श्रीमान, मेरा शेयर खान में शेयर ट्रेडिंग करने के लिए एक एकाउंट है जो समय समय पर हैंग हुआ रहता है . जब भी कभी मेरे द्वारा खरीदे हुए शेयर उपर की प्रैस पर खुलते हैं तो कम्पनी का सोफ्टवेयर हैंग हो जाता है ज्यादातर, और बाद में मुझे कम दाम पर शेयर बेचने पड़ते हैं जब इसकी शिकायत कीजिये तो टेलीकालर द्वारा ''हेड आफिस में बात करके बताता हूँ ''इस तरह के जवाब मिलते हैं . इस दौरान काफी नुक्सान हो जाता है पहले एक दो बार मुझे लगा कि हो सकता है ऐसा कभी कभार हो जाए किन्तु हर बार का यही फंडा है इस बार मैंने जो शेयर एक रूपये पैंतीस पैसे पर लिए थे उनको बेचने का आर्डर मैंने एक रूपये पचहत्तर पैसे पर लगाया मैंने किन्तु आर्डर एकसिक्युट नहीं हुआ, , शेयर का दाम दो रुप्प्ये चालीस पैसे तक गया फिर भी एक्जिक्यूट नहीं हुआ आर्डर .. मैं जब आर्डर केंसिल कर रहा था या मोडिफाई कर रहा था तो भी नहीं एक्सिक्युट हो रहा था इस दौरान जब मैंने काल किआ आफिस पर तो कोई फोन नहीं उठाया और जब फोन उठाया तब तक काफी लोस हो गया था मेरे एकाउंट से मुझे जानकारी दिए बगैर कुछ आर्डर कम्पनी ने अपने मन से भी लगा दिए मैं यहाँ सभी साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूँ आपका निश्छल श्रीवास्तव

                      I have a Trading Account with Sharekhan bearing Account Number 1506444. They have charged 'Delay Payment Charges' of Rs. 2594.69 to my account on 31-07-15. They have never informed to us in this regard. I had involvement of Rs. 3.5 Lacs and bought shares accordingly on DELIVERY BASED. System of Sharekhan allowed to buy for the amount more than Funds involved and charged Interest on such excess amount. Moreover, it sold the position to recover excess Amount without my consent. If they charge Delay Payment Charges @ 18% P.A. why they sell the position without consent or giving proper time to customer. I requested to reverse the delay payment charges but got refusal from Sharekhan.

                        I have been share khan customer for the past 8 years. My customer Id is 208092. Till yesterday night, I was following my accounts. Today evening when I opened the share Khan account, it says no records available. So what happened to my shares the 84000 rupees in my account. Who is fishing them. Please reply as I am very much stressed.

                          I opened up a trading account with Sharekhan Limited one year back in 2014. My account was opened with sector-38, Chandigarh branch. Initially their representative Manohar mobile no.([protected]) committed me that this account is opened up free of cost and there are not going to be any annual maintenance charges for lifetime. But after one year i got a message that i need to 500 rs annual maintenance charges ( 250 rs after every 6 months). When i called up at their sector 38 branch they said yes you need to pay these charges. I talked to Manohar and he simply refused that he committed me about the lifetime free charges. Then i realized that it is a trap set by the company representatives so that they can achieve their sales target. I feel cheated. Moreover, Manohar is rude to me. I don't know how to get my problem solved as nobody wants to help me. I want to tell people that don't deal with Sharekhan Limited as it is a fraud trading company. I am duped, cheated and harassed.

                            I transferred Rs 17000 from my bank to Sharekhan Bank account. The money got deducted from my account successfully but sharekhan has yet not credited in my sharekhan account nor have they reversed my money. This is really unfortunate and disappointing from sharekhan team as this issue is taking more than 1 month now. If anyone can help please let me know on [protected]@gmail.com

                            I am not sure what steps were taken and who took the steps whether my bank ING Vysya or Sharekhan, but ultimately I am thankful that the issue is resolved. Sharekhan has always been supportive since last 5 years with their great customer service, its only this time the mishap happen which prolonged till 1 month. Otherwise I am all happy with the sharekhan team and will continue trading with them.

                              I was given branch shift request in chennai - alwarpet branch. But Chennai Purasawalkam branch managers ( Mr Prassan Venakatesh & Kamesh 044 – 4021 5555 /[protected] they telling like innocent it's online account not required branch shift like that. Regarding this I have sent an email to sharekhan customre care ([protected]@sharekhan.com). They replied like we forwarded your request to your current mapped branch(Purasawalkam). They reverte like we will not approve like that. I called customer care and asked what is the solution, they confreneced the call to my current branch instead of branch manager his team member kamesh joined in the call. In the call he is asked is any service problem he asked. I said not issue in service. As my (customer convenient) I need to shift my nearest place. My account was earlier in this location only. Finaly with out proper answer they are simply denying the branch shift transfer (with chennai we will not do like that). I told in the call I am not moving sharekhan inside sharekan account only I am asking branch shfit why are not doing for customer convienent. They (Mr Prassan Venakatesh & Kamesh ) are fearing whether our profit will loose like that. Sharekhan customer care also not providing this solution. So any body want to open account sharekhan think about this branch. Please update where I can escalates this problem & get the solution
                              Sharekhan Customer Service is Pathetic.

                              By mistake, I transferred INR 62K from my NRE Account with IOB Bank on Feb 8, 2018. Only after the intended recipient alerted me by Feb 28 or so that he is yet to receive the Funds, I realized it could have been wrongly remitted to Sharekhan..as on that date I had transferred another INR 80K + to Sharekhan from (my and my Wife's) Joint Account. IOB confirmed that Sharekhan had received the INR 62K. However, Sharekhan neither credited the INR 62K to my Wife's Sharekhan Account nor informed me. Now even after writing to [protected]@sharekhan.com as well as the Relationship Manager Mr. Prasanna Venkatesh, they are neither replying nor Refunding the Money that they are surreptitiously keeping without Crediting. Very Pathetic Service.

                                I Mahesh Bhatt demat trading account holder with Sharekhan ac no 1329180 when called & Santosh verbally agreed to my request to Santosh/Abhay Mehta of Kingscircle franchise[protected] of sharekhan as guided by Sachin Patil [protected] ( HO Ruby mills Customer service Manager) with client master form of BOI duly stamped/signed was refused by them to expidite the same. I had told them that if I am charged service charges after 8 days of proposed transfer time than I shall slap back the charges on which he refused to serve & ordered me to get out with his team of 8 people. Also past 3.5 years I was charged Rs 1569 service charges without any intimation of deductions. They didnt agree to give in writing above non service as arrogant service provider violating my Customer Rights. I would like them to be fined Rs 500 for non service immediately & suspend the franchise. Mahesh Bhatt

Since morning 10 am 3 calls have been made..but no action has been taken for the harassment..thats how you treat your customer

                                      We had joined Sharekhan Ltd, ultadanga branch, kolkata as Sales Executive at 22nd October, 2014. First few weeks there is nothing to do, no direction at all just wait for employee code. Our Employee code assigned on 07th November, 2014 and provide branch email id along with. Still now our online attendance (HR Sampark) login id and employee id card not assigned. But since 26th Noverber, 2014 office executive making pressure on us to resign. Branch Manager took leave meanwhile. He did not make any communicate with us regarding resign. But most of all seniors make pressure on us to resign. We got this job through Randstad Kolkata. So we need help. What we suppose to now. I give attachment of my appointment letter which i collect from Ranstad Kolkata Office, Sacksphere Sarani, kolkata. Please help us.

                                        customer ID is: 360353SSKI (DP ID IN300513) is: 14024902 Complain Subject: unfair practice to extract money from customers. I opened a account in mid 2007 and it was told to maintenance free account.I never used the account for any transactions and after 2007 never opened it for any purpose .In 2013 i am receiving a mail for dues amount 2500 rupees, possibly due to maintenance charges. Q1 . Why was the notice of dues given after 6 years .Firstly it was an maintenance free account .I did not received any communication that going further share khan is going to charge any money . Q2 . Why sharekhan sending mail after 6 years. Had it been on very 1st year, I would have proactively closed account on same time . Is this not unfair practise to harass customers ?
