I feel cheated for the way they have applied inr 705 deduction on 6th june and when i complained about it, they wanted me to fill a form to reverse the same i printed filled and couriered it at my own expenses. I received a commitment from their branch the reversal will be processed in 9 days, i followed up after 9 days they told one more week, followed up again and they told they dont know the timeline but surely i will get back my money. 60+ days have passed i have written to them more than 10 emails and called them multiple times and whatsapped them multiple times everything i keep getting a response i will get the money back. They have not provided any email id for me to escalate to anyone. The support agents were hardly of any help they told me we belong to sharekhan support and branch is differant you should talk to them and sort out! The money deducted is like sharekhan put the hand in my pocket and took my own money just because it can and they really dont care!!! I feel cheated.

    The office at lajpat nagar 1 has been shut suddenly without any prior notice. I am not able to access my account for buying and selling shares. The office has been closed since the last 2 days. Due to this i have suffered losses. I hope proper attention will be given to my problem. And also i tried contacting the customer care but they put in in the que for an hour and nobody attended the problem. I need an immediate answer to the sudden closure cause this attitude is too unprofessional. Contact. - [protected].

      If any day I am not able to call from my registered number due to any unavoidable reasons they are not helping for buying & Selling the shares if it is very urgent also they are not helping.
      If I cannot get help at the time when it required then what is the use to be with sharekhan. I can go with other agency.
      Sharekhan has very good repo in market but this is very un expected with sharekhan.

        They manipulate customers for money! High trading charges than other companies! Worst customer service. Never pic call after 30 min. Holding time of their customer care is more than 30 mins! Never provide any account assistant. Their executives are try to catch customers for money only they didn't even think about customer queries. I suggest never take an account of sharekhan.com they will totally destroy you soon.

          मेने अपने CDSL के शेयर जो मेरे खाते में थे 110 वो सेल्ल किये | मेरे सेल्ल करने के 2 दिन बाद 23 CDSL मेरे खाते में वापस आ गए हैं 533.17 के प्राइस में |

          मेने इस बारे में कस्टमर केयर और अपने ब्रांच में राणा जी से भी शिकायत की लेकिन कोई समाधान अभी तक नहीं हुआ | इस समस्या का समाधान में शुक्रवार 13.07.2017 से करने के कोसिस कर रहा हूँ | लेकिन अभी तक कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ हैं |

          कस्टमर केयर में बात करने में वो बस मुझे ही समझाते हैं लेकिन मेरी बात नहीं समझ रहे हैं | १. कभी कहते आपने ने शार्ट सेल्ल किये होंगे सैम लगाके सेल किया होगा | २. कभी कहते हैं BTST
          बहरहाल मेरी बात समझते नहीं हैं|

          मेरी केवल तो बातें बताएं

          1. जब मेरे पास शेयर आये नहीं थे तो सेल कैसे हो गए रिजेक्ट क्यों नहीं हुए जो की होता ही हैं |

          २. जब मेरे पास शेयर थे तो वो मेरे ही थे वो मेने सेल किये क्या उसको सेल करने के लिए मुझे किसी की मंजूरी लेनी पड़ेगी?

          Example : पहले भी मेने एक बार A 50 शेयर लिए थे शाम को वो मेरे खाते में 50 शेयर दिखा रहा था तो मेरे Mygtd लगाया था अगले दिन के लिए | अगले दिन वो रिजेक्ट हो गए थे | क्यों की वो मेरे खाते में केवल 32 शेयर ही दिखा रहा था |

          लेकिन जो CDSL के शेयर थे वो पुरे 110 ही दिखा रहा था और मेने 110 शेयर ही सेल किये थे तो फिर इस बार कैसे सेल हो गए | अगर शेयर शार्ट थे तो फिर बिट लगते हुए वो अपने आप ही रिजेक्ट हो जाना चाहिए था | अगर सेल हो गए तो मतलब वो मेरे पास थे | तो मेने अपने शेयर ही तो बेचे हैं | फिर 2 दिन बाद msg आता हैं आपके 23 शेयर शार्ट हैं.

          अगर आप मेरी बात समझ पा रहे हैं हो तो जल्द से जल्द मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे |

            Dear concern person,

            I submitted two application for closing of 'demate account' but both time my application got cancelled due to my signature issue even after providing correct signature in second time. I also not got any call, sms and email when my account closing requests are rejected i am only getting monthly bill of that demate account which indicating account is still not closed. It is very difficult to reach customer care.
            Please help me to close my demate account with sharekhan.

                  Hi Team,

                  I have already submitted hard copy of account closing form to Noida branch in Dec-2009 but i could see, my account is still open and active status.

                  It's being one week, i am communicating through email and also share the soft copy of Account Closing form but still no one has taken any action and demanding hard copy and maintenance charge (from 2009 till date) for closing account.

                  May i know, why i need to pay maintenance charge if i am not using since 8 years and why a/c is not closed yet.

After repeatedly contacting on phone mr phagare used to lie that he will come but never turned up. I now am occuring loss and want to close my account with sharekhan. Disgusting service.

                        I have tried to close my account since last 1.5 year but company has not close my account with the reason that signature in closure form is differ from original. I have review original documents and found same signature as in closure form. After that they debited charge in my account Rs 2800/- including opening balance outstanding Rs 1800/- but in previous bill they send me the statement with 0 outstanding in my account. So they are trying to extend my account and debit the charge in my account. We required help to close my account.

                        I want to close my account - DP ID 12036000. After a year annual maintenance charge of rs.460 comes to me, which is not communicated in advance. So needs to close my account as soon as possible.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have online trading account with sharekhan ltd. Having customer id no. 1762256 since last 1 ½ years.

                          I would like to inform you that i bought 468 shares of adanient @ 146.80 per share on 19.04.2017 on wednesday. After that it was showing in receivable. On next days 21.04.2017 that is t+2 day share was showing in my dp account that is ok.
                          But when i checked my account on 23.04.2017 on sunday it wasn’t showing whole quantity that was 468 only 130 quantity in my dp account, remaining quantity 338 was deducted from my account without my permission and no information. I had margin money that i can hold full quantity for t+5 days, till 26.04.2017.

                          Then on monday 24.04.2017 still showing 130 quantity of adanient in my dp.
                          Then i transferred complete amount for 468 quantity. And i called at my branch then person was saying me that you have short fall of adanient so that's why quantity not showing in your account, i said i never sold my share which i bought on 19.04.2017. And i never did intraday short sell from 19 to 24 april so how can you say that it short fall. Then he reply that on other hand client has has short sell with whom you bought and your share are
                          In auction, it will be settled on today and you will getback your share on 24.04.2017 at evening.

                          I am doing trading with broker not with directly client.

                          On 24.04.2017 i got my target price and i sold 130 share at 156. Which i had in my dp. I have no remaining 338 quantity so i was unable to sell them. And i missed opportunity.

                          On 25.04.2017 when check dp account still not showing 338 quantity, again i called at branch office he told me your settlement is on t+4day because of short sell it in auction. You get your share or amount in evening.

                          On 26.04.2017 i get back my 338 share but that day price down by 20%from my buying. Then i sold 338 quantity at 123 which is big loss for me.

                          My question is that,
                          1 =
                          If i get share on t+2day how it can be possible that automatically without information they deduct some quantity from my dp account.
                          2=
                          I never short selled how it will go to auction.
                          If other hand client did short sell, why i will book loss. Because i am doing trading with share khan not directly with client.
                          Share khan should get loss.

                          3=
                          Why they not messaged or mail about this.

                          4=
                          According to rules if i have enough money
                          So i can hold my position till t+5day.
                          So why they deduct quantity on t+3days.
                          N received back on t+5.

                          5=
                          Why i will pay for the thing which i haven’t done and the fault was from your side?
                          This is completely faults of sharekhan.

                          This is really very embarrassing to know about such things and frauds they do with there customers. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest because they are not replying to my queries. I want the reimbursement of the amount of rs.8500/- (Approx) in my account which they have debited by auctioning the shares which i didn’t have and done. All that they have done is illegal and without any notice or information. So i request you to kindly take some necessary action against them and help me in this matter as soon as possible because i am facing lot of problems because of this.

                          I got response from sharekhan customer care department regarding my complaint.

                          According to them they are saying that Exchange was unable to deliver share to broker that's why you have shortage delivery. The loss happened was not because of my fault and if the responsible department is exchange then would like to escalate the same to exchange and need support from sharekhan to forward my concern to respective Exchange team

                            Hi,
                            During the f&o trading share khan is doing fraud and deduct the wrong amount while selling the f&o holding in parts and there customer service people saying its our logic to deduct the amount when averaging the holding in f&o. They are doing heavy fraud to customer. Beware from them.
                            I have logged complaint in share khan having no:[protected]
                            The complaint is still logged but no inquiry or further action is taken. When we average some stock then basic logic is that
                            Uppose if we bought one lot of 1000 share at 5 rs the after few days the rate come down at 4 rs then if some one bought two more lot to average the net rate which is 4.3 now then at end of trading day if he want to sell only 1 lot or in part then they count that lot on rs 5 price and deduct the same amount from your money. So why they are giving option to average the stock and showing the average price to customer on there screen. And if they have such logic then they have to tell customer on paper while opening account or some other way before selling the holding.

                                  I used their service for few months and then stopped using their website. Now for the past 6 years i.e. since jan 2010 I have not used their service, neither made and purchase or sold anything and neither do I hold any money in their account.

                                  Now suddenly after 6 years they have send me outstanding bill of AMC for 6 years . Which is unfair. As in these years I have received no physical mail and call as a reminder of the bill and neither have they freezed my account upon non payment after the first year. which I thought wud happen
                                  they are a big scam. just looting the people this way. they purposely do not call customers to inform them of their dues . Instead they keep on generating new bill every year and suddenly call them after 6 years when sufficient amount bill is made.

                                  most companies like mtnl, mahanagar gas, reliance energy, vodafone and even the bank loan guys would take some action like disconnect services or send legal notice upon non payment of 2 to 3 bills. but these guys they are a cheat..

                                  I want strict action to be taken against them

                                    To M/S Sharekhan

                                    My client id 17860013, and I was open and was made some trading in[protected]. Then after I was not interested to use sharekhan, because sharekhan is not a good user friendly portal for share trading.

                                    Many time I had sent request for closing my account, but today I have received a mail from sharekhan, and yet my account is active.

                                    Please close my account, and delete everything from sharekhan

                                      Hi I am being charged for annual fees even though I cancelled account in 2009.

                                      Every year they are sending me fees, I am emailing and no apt answer. Now I got email that they did not close my account as signature not matching in 2009 and they have charged me till date.

                                      Very unfair and unprofessional and irresponsible sharekhan team.

                                      May I get response on this

                                        My documents i given for KYC update with sharekhan DP a/c and Trading a/c with sign form Adharcard, Pan card and photograph, same documents for my Brother also given and taken by Church gate Office person Name" Avinash" to submit Thane branch submitting on 15th January 2017 till date not receive any confirmation.

                                        as well taken new commodity a/c opening sign form with Cancelled cheque+Pan Card+Photograph+Adaharcard.which also taken on 15th January personally.not given signed return copy.
                                        I contacted several time to him, but no action.
                                        I contact Branch manager"Piyush Shah" on 2nd February, till date he is saying a/c will open soon.
                                        I have doubt, whether my documents are not miss used by sharekhan.
