Urgent complaint about fake committment and poor services of shine.com recruitment panel

    Attachmentsmay 8 (1 day ago)
To vinayak. Ahlawat, contactus, puneet. Bali, recruiterservi., vikas. Pathania, r. Dhaniya, pranava. Mishra
    Dear concern,

Its very annoying one to me that despite many reminders and complaints to look into this matter seriously to get it resolved. I am highly disappointed with the services of shine.com wherein the employee mr. Rahul chaudhary has made false commitment at the time of making the payment, since making the payment i did several reminders. He told me that he is on leave for a long due to someone expired in his family. Then i presumed that this job posting credit of job posting must have been increased yet.

However when last month i found that the job posting is finished then i enquired to vikas pathania that why i am unable to do the job posting then he informed that i had only 100 job posting wherein i was committed by rahul chaudhary 250 job posting.

I did the same complaint to mr. Puneet bali but there was no action taken by him even yet.
Kindly find the latest recording wherein rahul chaudhary accepted that at the time of taking the payment. He assured about 250 job posting. But now he is refusing.

I need the proper action on it. Else i will certainly go to consumer court for my all losses due to miscommittment

This recently happened to a friend of mine who was looking for a job change.

He had put up his profile in several other job portals for over a month with no scam calls. One day after he uploaded his information in Shine.com : One Stop Destination To Find Your Dream Job on the Go, he received no less than 10 calls.

The MO is rather similar in all the calls received.

You’re asked to confirm your qualification, years of experience, preferred location and domain.
You’re assured immediately that there are close to a hundred job openings suiting your profile.
There’s a snag though, the likelihood of your landing the job is increased with their service of providing internal references in the organisations that have opening, which is all great but you need to pay a token amount of Rs. 3500 to register for these services.
When asked where they found his contact information & profile, the callers declined to provide that detail, whereas some of them claimed to work for Shine.com : One Stop Destination To Find Your Dream Job on the Go.
When the caller is quizzed more on his/her professional email id, or specifics of which organisations have openings, you’re asked to confirm whether you’re willing to register and pay the requisite Rs. 3500.
If your answer is not a “Yes”, but a volley of more questions which a genuine headhunter will have no problems answering, they hang up the call.
While these fraudulent schemes exist everywhere, just the overwhelming number of calls received in a single day all claiming to provide the same service raises a lot of questions and reflects badly on Shine.com.

                      Dear team,

I have been cheated by shine.com (Gourav gupta [protected]@shine.com ([protected]) and amit singh ([protected]). I received a cal on 16th april from shine (Amit) for shine paid services. I was asked to pay rs.3103.00 which i paid in 16th apr-2018. While paying this amount lot of promises were made to me. My profile will process to many companies and have more opportunities. After few dates again received cal regarding resume update as my resume is not good to process and they said this will be last service to process. Again i asked to paid rs.7304 which i paid in 18th apr 2018. (When i asked this will be final service then he replied as yes). They told it will take few days to update resume and will process your resume to mnc and blah.. Blah.. After resume get update i again called the person (Amit) to process my resume he said your profile is weak and you have to take another service and this will be final service. Then i told him as i already took 2 services why should i brought another service then he talk with sweet marketing strategies and tried to convincing for new service. You will get this service in 50% discount. (Call received from amit and the mail sent by gorav gupta as amit have not shine official email id)

If i don't pay this amount then my resume will not be circulated to employers and he said all previous services get completed. This is utterly frustrating... Then i release i got fooled with shines fraud services. Please take any action on my profile or i will report this to govt of india (Consumer court) and want them to suspend services of shine.com..

I have filled complain on 26th april 2018 against shine.com. This was about the lies they had told me and taken inr 49932/- from me. They gave me assurance to get new job once i paid the charges. Initially they took small amount from me then they gradually asking me higher amount for different profile and certification. Within 2 month i paid them inr 49932/-. Again they are asking for some money and saying this is the last time i have to pay. As last i said that i am not going to paying any amount further and return my money. I want my money back so please me in this matter. One member mr. Asfaq ansari from shine.com (Ht media) was doing coordination with me. Frankly speaking they have shown me very big dream about new job however they were making me fool as nothing has happened. I again request you to please help me to refund my money.

Also please note that time to time, we advertise this on our own newspaper Hindustan Times.

I have opted for international placement services. Paid 7493 in march. I have not heard from shine after that. I have shared my cv multiple times to maheep malveeya. Spoke to swaroop/atul/akash multiple times but so far no action from shine. Neither my account is activated nor any job opening details provided. This is really concern. After paying initial 7k we were told about more services and told to pay more when we are not willing to take it. I need my money back. I do not need any job from you. I enrolled it as it was in the name of hindustan times but looks like people are interested in taking money and provide no service.
                                      This is really annoying
