I am a IT professional with 23 year service. Currently I am looking for a job change and I got a call from Shine career plus services. . Initially, I was told that my resume will be highlighted in the job portals and referred to job consultants, etc. They gave very promising options and asked me to login to Shine. After I logged to Shine, they asked to login to my email and they share an email which was offer for the day to avail services. I opted for this and initially they asked me to pay Rs.2999/-, which I did. Once this payment was made, again they send me another invoice and asked me to pay another Rs. 6999/- for certificate and experience verification, resume writing, etc. I was not convinced and I decided not to go ahead. On that executive got furious and said that I need to pay otherwise I will not get any services even for the payment done. Then I had a long argument with that person and decided I was totally perplexed and decided not to make any more payment. When I informed that I am not interested in making the payment, he got furious and started shouting and threatened me. This was quite unexpected. This incident happened on 14th April 2017.
This is a clear case of cheating. I am of the view that this cannot happen without the knowledge of shine.com. They are providing shine career plus services. I only opted for this. Threatening and demanding to remit money is totally uncalled and unprofessional way to cheating people. Shine cannot deny that they do not ask for cash. If shine people did not ask for cash, why was I offered 300 credit points after 2 days? I got message of 300 points being credited to my account and I can redeem the same. I though of doing so and a person came online via chat as asked me to pay money to avail service of resume writing.

I trust and expect I will get some reply from Shine and preferably they revert the amount as well.

I paid the money inspite of the fact my working resume wasn't ready. They said their executive will call and write resume for me. No one called for over 2 weeks. I sent follow up mail. No action. I made a Complaint to whoever I knew as there's no system of complaints redressal. Meenakshi mailed to tell in so many days the resolution will be done. I said I don't accept and want money back. She sought some information about me and created incomplete resume. I complained. There was no resolution.
Regularly their executives keep calling for more money for unknown reasons.
My expected salary Rs 200000 PM. They should created my resume by 28th Feb 2017. Not credited so far. Regular harassment by phone calls. No response to mails. Mails not going. Complaints form of company not working.
Claim is Rs 10, 00, 000/-.

I hv got a call from shine.com they offered me a job, for the first round i have paid 2700 then 7000 rs, i asked y this payment then they claimed that this is the we get the online job i denied then the person started angry on me, finally he told me the amount would refund, i have no idea what to do, after checking google i come to know about the fraud calls, how do i get my money back, plz help me

I got call from number [protected] and [protected]. Named Riya Roy. They are claiming that they are from shine.com and told me that my resume is selected for a job at HDFC Bank and told me to send scanned FOTO graphs my 10TH AND 12 TH MARKSHEET, MY DIPLOMA PROVISIONOL, AADHAR CARD, PHOTO .
I sent all these documents to carrers.[protected]@outlook.com.
Then she said that I have to pay 1600 RS to generate a reference id that will help me to select in the interview. They send me the pay TM nmbr which is [protected] and adviced me to pay the amount at this number. I didn't pay and thinking not to pay.
BT I am worried about my documents if they miss use.it. and I am really not responsible for the same..
Sir PLZZ help me and make me confident that my documents would not be used in wrong places .

I got a mail from Shine.com about getting a job in ICICI bank for the post of HR executive. I have to pay rs.1600 for some security purpose which will be refunded if I dont get a job. Please confirm with the validity of this. I just cant give some money on random calls. I need to know completely. And also if this site provides jobs only by paying some amount. Please reply me as soon as possible. Thank you!

I got a call from shine.com in apr, 13, 2017 time 11:18 am and her name is shivani and she told me your resume is shortlisted for a job in JET AIRWAYS FOR A POST CABIN CREW .And your online test today at 1 pm then you will carry on a 7 marks out of 20 you will pass the online interview. and before this interview you pay a 1800 rupees then you will got a online interview questions i sayok and pay amount of rate 1800 throw paytm no is.[protected] then next day company staff call me and ask for your profile verification and telephonic interview pay RS 7500 then i say i am not comfortable so refund my 1800 and close my profile he told ok after 24 hour you will recive your refundable money but 2 days is already done but money is not refunded ... and all friends dont warry i have an idea please call me my personal no [protected]

I am writing this mail regarding misguide by the shine employee 4/4/2017 i have got a call form so called name Saurabh ([protected]) said that calling form shine, com he was asked to me pay for registraion free 2799rs then aftre retan the call my number u pay 5999rs more amunt pay now this amount was your document verify he asking name was priyaranjan reddy and other number [protected] he call me the said u pay the 5000rs six sigma course and this time mr manish sir phone was swicht off now then time i dont have money

I got call from a number [protected] saying i have call from shine.com your cv hasbeen short listed for hindustan company and you have to summitted your cv id proff and amount of 2000 and after which we will arrance telephonic interview and if you clear that round you will be consider for hr face to face interview. i said what if i dont get selected they said they will send resume in other company or if you want money back you will receive it..

but due to technical issue payment was unsuccessfull

Now my concern is that what should i do, what if they are fake callers and dont do anything and block my number i will be stuck .

I got a cal almost a month ago from shine team regarding forb in dubai armani hotel, start process. To creat reference id took rs3500 then processing rs6500 conduct the interview via telephone. After that from shine team said that i got selected need to send all d documents for verification and charged for rs12800. Then send me the offer letter and after acceptance send it back. Ask for complete the medical for which they charged rs.18500. Then cal came from dubai saying that i have to pay rs40000 for job security then they will send the visa application form. Paid the amount got the visa application form. After that people from shine​team not reachable. Almost a week. Try to contact with hr manager armani hotel dubai but not happen.
I have checked every step for payment they always said you are dealing with globally reputed organization. For medical i have done by myself and told them to refund that is also not done. Now i don't have anything to survive myself hw will i take care of my family.
I have all the details of conversation.
Kindly assist me.

I am karthi and i have registered on shine.com on 09/04/2017 and on the next day (10/04/2017) i received a call from [protected] and recruiter name is neha and mentioned she viewed my profile through shine. Since she mentioned my details correctly which i mentioned in shine profile, i believed and she told the company which i preferred and the recharger (Neha) asked me to pay the registration fee as rs.1800 through paytm and i also paid that and i received a mail from her through account [protected]@india.com and asked me to pay the training fee as rs. 20000 and the training will be conducted by anupam gupta ([protected]) and also mentioned this is the last payment since the mail came through shine i believed and paid the money. I received another mail to pay for account opening and for security procedure of a amount of rs. 25000 and she told after paying this money only i will receive my job offer letter and told that this amount was refundable so i have paid that also. So more than 1 lakh rupees i have paid and still continously asked me to pay the money at last i told that i will withdraw the process and i need refund but insist me to pay the full money to get the refund, so i have contacted anupam gupta ([protected]) and he also invited me to pay the amount. The recruiter told me that i will get a refund amount of rs. 88000 and i have paid the tax amount for that also. But they didn't returned the money and did not gave me the offer letter and the response was too bad at the last from the recruiter and from anupam gupta, he asked me to pay some amount as a fine to get my offer letter, i totally got fooled, i don't want the job or offer letter, atleast i need the refundable amount. So shine take necessary action. I have the mail from the recruiter.

My self gourav tonger.. n m from delhi. i got a call from the recruitmentagency named amazon recruitment services wiz vans recruitment agency, which is in nirman vihar near pillar number 55, hr named monika, me and my friend got a call from her, she demand rs 6000, for signing a bond and 4000 as a training, after getting payment she give us a fake letterpad reference letter of some other company and when i visited there they totally rejected it...

I have been getting calls from shine.com regarding a job in grand Hyatt dubai.., they have taken total 12k from me for registration & documents verification so far now they are asking for 43k more for visa processing I was about to pay as I trusted them but then my brother found out calling the hotel itself that's there is no recruiting system in their hotel through shine.com.
Later when I asked them I can't pay the money as I don't have so kindly cancel my profile & also earlier they have promised me to refund my money if nothing happens., since I have asked for refund they are not receiving my call anymore. I know they have looted my money and made me fool but please help me to get my hard earned money back.

Here I have attached you the mail which I got from the hotel but where there is no logo neither ph number or any details in the email page & also we called the hotel directly where they told they don't do any recruitment through shine.com and the person called James franklin also not employed there who mailed me.
Please shine.com had fooled many people for money as I went through their complains & it's from everybody
My request to you please do something to stop this fraud business.
And please do something to refund my money or else I will have to put FIR against shine.com

I got a call from the no-[protected] and [protected] from asutosh ji and gaurav mishra. They told that they are calling from shine.com on the behalf of profileboost.in and they are registered in shine.com as request they told company pofileboost.in name mr. Kunal kapoor employe i'd (Emb4012) address in d-66 atta market, opposite to kfc, noida. Uae recruiter interested in me but for that before i have to registered the in profileboost.in. So i registered they charged 80, 000 my amount is deducted they told after verification this amount will me refunded by the recruiter. After 24 hours i again called from then they are not responding properly till now. Now they are not arranging for interview and refused to return my money for the past 7months so, please help me to know about the company and give me full address with contact persons who contacted me via phone (Nega gupta, kunal kapoor, pooja)

I didn't got any job finally i have cancelled my application and i told to refund my amount. Now he is telling that he will refund only 6300 Rs out of 10000 Rs. when i paid that time they told we will not deduct any single rupee you will get refundable total 10000 Rs now they are deduction 3700 Rs.

I want my full amount as soon as possible

I have all the proofs in email by their executives about the confirmation on the refund before i joined the training. I had been chasing them in emails and over phone from 7thfeb but did not get proper response and only on 11apr i received a call stating the refund could not be provided.

Someone lady called me today from phone no [protected] and asked for money rs - 1500 under account number[protected] ifsc code indb0000735 of indusind bank under account holder name mr - rajesh choudhary. She was going to offer me an interview in tcs, wipro, dell, hcl. But i didn't pay. Please take necessary actions against such scammers. And if shine.com takes money for offering jobs i am ready to pay.
