I posted my resume on shine.com after two days they send me one mobile number of fraud recruiter tell me he is speaking from glad door international portal.then after according their instructions i followed steps I pay almost 88, 000rupees by committing of giving job in l&t construction then phone of their is switch off.Greeting From, Inform About job opening mechanical engineer exp 0to2 yrs salary 4to5 lakh Contact No:[protected] sent via shine.com

I got call in early morning, approx 10am, a leady named Simran, told me that I'm from online job portal shine.com, Delhi, you have a nice opportunity abroad, you just have to pay rs 5000, and she forwarded the call to another person, they convinced me to pay money, I paid rs 5000 through online banking from my sbi account number on the same day, again I got call from same person, that was internet call, from +[protected], he told that you have to pay 10000 other wise you will not get 5000 and we will not provide you job, then I paid and then again they asked 15, 000 so that they can arrange my schedule and appointed. But when I refused to pay they told me you will not get your money. Go and complain anywhere, and then the phone switched off, the money was transferred very cleverly, they gave me their Gmail account id and password, they told to login, they sent a link, through which payment was made. And they again changed their Gmail id and pass. The email id was [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com and I received a mail from [protected]@outlook.com.
The reference id for the payment is PAYTM/NOIDA/[protected], rs 6000 FROM my UNION BANK account number, in this payment he asked my otp, card number cvv and took my money.
Rs 3500 was paid from sbi account number, ref id- [protected]IGAAQSLR15
And another payment of rs 5000 was paid through my another account
Please help me out sir,
I tracked their number, they were calling from Rohini, Delhi.

I have been called by the representative named 'Pardeep', Saurabh Kant, Maroof Bhat several time and they advise me that my CV is shortlisted for Singapore based MNC so kindly pay 6, 897/- so that we may further process your resume. When I paid it... they again call me back to pay further 14, 999/- for immigration report.

They have assured that I will be given an login ID and Password for showing the progress of my application, but not provided yet.

It is requested from the related authority that kindly make arrangment for refunding my hard core money and also penalized them.

I've received calls from recruitment agency name make my carrier on 18th January 2017, they offered me job at jet airways air ticketing in chennai for which they asked an enrollment/ registration fees of 1650/- first later on they asked for 5800/- for document verification i have emails and call recording for the same lady name priya roy who informed all the amount is refundable once paid when conducting telephonic interview nothing was informed so i paid that sum of amount.
Later lady name priya roy who is communicating with me informed that their senior department team wants to talk so she transferred the call to him the they informed that i need to pay 15800/- to get the job in jet airways as air ticketing job. the number from which i got call is +[protected]
True caller shows that it is of bhopal and it is saved under name of priya roy airport services.
Hence i went to bank and verified and found that the account was based in delhi since then i have been contact on the above shared number but my call is never been answered it is basically a scam which i belive that shine.com leaks numbers to whithout verifying recruitment agency exists or not i lost my 23000- which is of no use feels like i am been looted... I want you to please look into it as i cannot afford to loose that money please help to get my money back from that cheater and fraudsters as they contacted me via shine

I am Vishwajeet Bardoloi & I had updated my CV in Shine.com, 2 days back.

Yesterday (23/1/2017), I got a call from the no. [protected] at 12:25 PM saying all the details listed in my CV and also saying that there are job openings in India and Abroad.

I didn't suspect anything fishy since they told me all the details in my CV.

Later the same no. called me again at 4:38 PM offering me more job openings.

At night 9:17 PM, I received a call from [protected], saying that I have to pay a minimum processing charge of Rs. 2300 for Indian jobs and Rs. 3500 for jobs abroad. I obliged. the phone got disconnected then,

Then again at 9:19PM, I received another call from [protected], asking me to complete my profile and pay the amount. They directed me to open the site: www.eprofilehub.com, the link is: http://eprofilehub.com/

​There they asked me to login and I found my profile there.

Then they asked me to do the payment. I paid Rs. 5749 including tax. I had used my ATM card to do the payment. The person on phone did not ask for the details of the card​.

After payment, there was a thank you msg but there was no redirection to the website homepage which usually happens in online transactions. Also there was no receipt. This gave me some suspicion. The person was on the phone during the entire process.

Then he said that to complete the registration I have to pay 10, 000 extra. then my suspicion was confirmed that it was fraud and that I have been cheated.

I refused to pay any more. The person was forcing me to pay more and was becoming rude. Professional people are seldom rude,

I disconnected the phone.

Kindly help me recover the amount and Kindly take action against this. There are a lot of people who are being cheated this way.

I got call from shine and said u got selected in axis bank as a computer operator and said u have to pay a 1500 for app form and I have paid that amount and after that I got an interview call from a number saying that this hr from axis bank and after 2hours I got call from shine saying that u got selected for job and u have to deposit an amount of 5000 for training fees after that I got training letter also In that they didn't mention any type of information like where is the job location Etc also after that they are not responding to my email and call also the numbers are [protected] and [protected]

Shine members call me and asked me to pay 2000RS for job in HDFC Bank after I deposited 2000RS they said me to deposit 7500 more for police verification and when I refused to pay they said me to cancel your registration, when I cancelled my registration company executive said the amount of RS 2000 will be refunded but in 45-90 days. When I asked them why it'll take so many days they said it's the process. When I asked them when I have to join you take money immediately and when it's time of refund you'll take so many days. Then I said I'll file a complaint against u then they said me OK you can file but we'll not refund your money. The 500Rs paid by me on another number after some time.

Money taken by me for getting the job they said that it will refunded me after 15 days but still no act refund is done it been nearly two months .
the incident occur at late november when i submitted my resume to shine.com
they ask me for money for verification and bond kind of thing ..
i paid 2444/- at first then 5000/- then 7500/- then 8000/- but still no repayment is done

From Shine.com your Customer service called and informed that they provide Job assurance service and an amount of Rs.2999/- is to be paid for it. I also checked with them if any other amount is to be paid. They clearly informed that they do not require any amount. The concerned department will call and update your information and CV and start looking job for you and within one month you will get a Job.

After that another Female called and was informing all their services and finally telling me to remit another Rs.6, 500/- . This was shocking to me and informed that only because I do not have money or job I am paying this amount and want to earn my bread.

Now some other person named Shriram is calling me and informing me to desclose all details of my Credit card for refund. When I inform him to pay by cheque, . he is refusing and informing me that Re.1/- will be taken as charges and the amount paid will be refunded and for debiting that one rupee he need all details including CVV number which is not supposed to be given over phone.

I need my refund immediately of Rs.2, 999/- with interest in my name N.L. SRIDHAR and send it to my address R Block, 42, 15th Street, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040. failing which I am publishing all these information with record in all newspapers and file an RTI complaint and consumer forum

I have opted for an pmp course with shine. Initially they told that course and certification from govt of india for pmp is
11700 for entire thing, study materials, online course, certification and job assitance and resume floating in india and abroad. After agreeing everything, they are demanding 26000 for the verification purpose, which is not mentioned at all during the initial discussion.

I wanted to discontinue the course which is not started. I paid on saturday and monday (Not even a day) i am asking for the refund of the amount they are not ready to refund any amount and they not providing the details also for what they are demanding 26000

They blaming me that everyone knows, you don't about this process and for their mistake their offering the other course for
Free for which i need to pay 26000 extra.

In the email they told certification is included, but they are not denying and saying it is costly training. Their strategy is trapping the person advertising themselves with discounted training and demanding more from them.

I need the amount to be refund what i have to do.

I sanjay vartak contacted by your executive nishant nirman on 23 jan 2016 regarding job. He ask me to pay rs2999 full and final for job. So done the procedure and pay rs 2999 online. After some time he send me mail to pay further 4000 rupees. So i told him that i will not pay because you send me mail to pay only once
Same procedure done by your executive in 2015 and i pay 14000 rupees and does not got any reply.
I had all the proofs. So check and do the needful

We want to state that we have purchase data from Himanshu Shakya, Business Developement Exective- mobile- [protected], email ID- himanshu.[protected]@shine.com. He has done wrong commitment to us.
We have just given full payment of 10000 on saturday 21 Jan-2017. but still he has not confirmed anything. I want to make one thing more clear this is not the first time he cheated us, privious also we had deal with himanshu shakya at the time also he cheated us by providing repated, old, no use data. now he is not agree to fulfill our commitment what he made and also not ready for rafunding our payment. Please I will be vary glad if you will check our problem and give us the proper solution.

They are saying to make another payment.
They said, I will receive cl from companies, but did not receive yet.
The lady named is Priti -[protected] told me that I will have to pay only 3000 n after that no more. After that, she kept me calling for money to pay...
Kindly help me, I don't have more money to pay.
Can we control this kind of activities?

HI I got a call from [protected] saying that my resume has been selected by Hyundai motors through shine.com and said that hr from Hyundai will be calling you and saying about the test. To write the test they asked to me to pay Rs.5000/-. After writing the test i got mail from hr recruiter saying that i have been selected to the company and should submit the details and also to fill the HDFC application form for opening the account for which I have to pay Rs.10000/-. After paying the amount i got a mail from hr recruiter that I have to get trained for 2 months for which i have to pay Rs.16000/-. And training would be given by Mr. Anupam Gupta which was mentioned in the mail sent by Neha Dousaza(Hr Head). I have also provided screen shots. And i have paid Rs. 15000/-. and they are saying that i should pay more Rs.16000/- for training purpose. [protected] another number saying that he is from Hyundai. I have even posted the payment screen shots.

I have paid around 70000 Rs. They have #### conned me. I feel like crying today. My hard earned Money has gone. received calls kept on making payments under security, legality, verification, I cant believe this happened to me. Please don't pay anything to anybody. Its a bloody scam. They will give you all fake receipts. Ultimately they have turned off their cell phones. I felt I was smart. I am just not able to digest what has happened in the last week. I am sharing this so as no other fellow Job seeker suffers a fate like me.

It is clear complain of miss guiding of the company officials(Shine.com) to the his condidate Mr.Hemant Singh(Registred client of comapny).

The condidate has reciveded a call from the company for a job facility with L&T after getting a confirmation with condidate the company official said to him for some nominal services fees arround 4000/- once you paid you get the mail for interview.
as company policy and law condidate co-operating with the official and paid the said amount but once the amount paid the comany official said to pay another nominal amount and further these processes has done three time and the total amount paid by the condidates was 30225/-inclsv S.T. on dated 17.09.2016 and 19.09.2016
After an another services fees for another categary demanded by the official the condidate denyed for the payment because at the time of previous payment the official said there are no any further service required at all.
thats why Condiadte ask for reversal of his amount and not availing to the facility and getting confirmation from the official to amount will reversed in his account in within 3 month but till now i have not recieved any of the amount.I have contacted many of the time oof company official but they have not any response.
You are requested please acknoledge my complaine seriuosly to stop these time of missguding to the clients in future and reverse the my paid amount.

One of shine consultant has mislead to the payment for Rs2250 for the job offer service on 14/11/16. Yesterday(20/1/17) I got a call from the verification team of Shine.com stating that my amount will be refunded but for this verification I need to transfer money to paytm wallet which was amount of Rs4500 with the transaction id:[protected]. He said me the verification has been done so the refund amount will be back into my paytm account very soon. I didnt get the refund till now. I tried reaching him on his mobile number but he is not answering it. He stated his name as Manoj from Verfication team of Shine.com with the mobile no:[protected].Please refund my entire amount to me as soon as possible. Iam student.This money means a lot to me since Iam staying in the hostel..Please find the screenshot for the proof

Hello Shine,

I am register user of your service.
I feel I have received a fake call today, requesting to go through scenario explained below.

Today morning I received a call from [protected] on my mobile.
Calling person said me that he is calling from shine.com.
Asked me about my current employer, salary, and reason why I am looking for job switch.
Then he explained me that shine has 2 client HCL and Accenture for whom my resume is short listed. And told me Rs 2600 needed for security deposit which is 100% refundable post the interview.

When I agreed on this term, he asked me to come online and told me to open http://jobs.careertreed.com/
Where he asked me to register.
After registration, he gave me reference no. as [protected]@99.
Here I doubted on the way he is telling me, hence I said, i will pay only when I receive a valid mail communication for the same.
Then he send me a mail as,

Here my doubt turned to 100% confirmation as it is sourced from some fake activity, and told that person I will not proceed on what he is saying and disconnected the call.

I am writing this scenario to you to confirm me whether above procedure is originated by Shine.com
If no then please take necessary action to save other job seekers from being looted.

Shine.com employe Mr Rahul sharma call me and offered job and said we are paid services provide. You pay and we offer job. First he says pay 1500rs.i paid the amount and he said no more amount hereafter you need to pay. After that he says 4000rs pay. I don't pay.I want my refund 1500 rs. Three copy of transaction mention in this msg. Plz refund my amount. Plz take action

Hello Sir,

Shine.com paid services. Executive called and explain me the offer as below.
1. My resume will be placed with client one to one.
2. my resume will be placed to the consultant.
3. My CV will be reviewed by resume department and make a correction.

After making payment, executive (ph no -[protected]) connected me to another department, here the actual people got involved started explaining about how resume will be presented and educational certification verification etc.. for these services he asks me 24000, which I refused to pay and immediately I told to cancel my order.

My point is why Shine.com does not explain me all process in detail before taking payment and now they are refusing to refund the payment even I informed them withing 1 hr after payment.
