Ek din SHINE.COM se call ayi no. h [protected], or kha ki axis bank me job h 1900 rs pay kr do apka interview ho jayega use baad job mil jayegi, maine pay kr diya uske baad call interview ho gya.

Fir ka ki 2200 document varfication ke liye mange or mail bheja ki ye amount de dijiye or joing leller mil jayega, maine pay kiya or document bhi de diya, use baad kaha ki apko PRM assign hoga juske liye 4700 mange, maine pay kr diya fir bhi mujhe letter nhi diya sare amount joining ke time kha wapas ho jayega.

uske baad kha ki apna sb kuch ho gya bas apko security money dena ho 9700 maine kha itne nhi de sakta h to kha 6000 pay kr do, maine pay kr diya, ab kahe rhe pure 9700 pay kro tb joining letter denge.

I got a call from shinealert.com .they said that i am akash verma and your resume is shortlisted and we will provide a job in tcs but you have to pay 2750 for registration .i paid that amount after that they connected me to one more person varun rana he said that for document verification you have to pay 7250 .they messaged me a bank account where i have to transfer the amount

I have become a victim of Fraud done by recruitment company which Claim to be Shine.com. I got a call from different numbers for interview and sending scan docs to depositing documents. The numbers are as below:

I did do a mistake in over excitement of 100 job guarantee and did not notice the domain in which they sent the mail from. It came from alertjob.[protected]@outlook.com.

To ab koi jawab hi nahi de raha nahi offer leter aaya or mene pese vapas mange to mana kar diya aapke pese nahi mil sakte

The Incident happened in October 2016. When on 17th October 2016 I received a call from Sonu Singh, He introduced himself as a representative of shine.com (a HT Media Company) and detailed me about certified scrum master course. He said the course fee will be Rs. 11, 999 (Rs. Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine). As I was anyways looking for the course, I showed my interest for which I received a mail from Mritunjay Mishra(mritunjay.[protected]@shine.com) on Mon 10/17, 11:50 AM Stating the course content, fee and discounts.
On October 20, 2016 I received a call from Sidharth, regarding the same. He asked me about any doubt or clarification required, For which I did raised some questions.
On October 21, 2016 I received mail from Sidharth(sidharth.[protected]@shine.com) which had a payment link. I Clicked on the payment link and made a payment of Rs. 10800(Ten Thousand Eight Hundred) through my credit card.
After I made the payment, Sidharth told me that I will receive a call to complete the process.
On October 22, 2016 I received a call from Mritunjay Mishra(mritunjay.[protected]@shine.com) in regards with the process completion. He asked me if I am online to which I said yes, He sent me 2 more link on clicking them I realized that they are payment links of Rs. 12000 (Rs. twelve thousand) each for validation and verification of my education and experience. I called Mrityunjay and said I was not told about these charges earlier. To that he redirected me to Sidharth, I had long discussion and argument with Sidharth over this. After that he said for the miscommunication he would provide me additional courses (of PMP and ITIL), To which I agreed and paid Rs. 24000( Twenty Four Thousand) by clicking on the links Mritunjay sent.

After Paying Rs. 24000(Rs. 12000 by Citibank credit card, Rs. 12000 by HSBC credit card), I received a call from Mritunjay again and he said lets complete the process and he sent me one more link, which was a payment link of Rs.40000 (Rs. Forty thousand). I had Lots of argument with Mritunjay and refused to pay.
He again called me up on October 24, 2016 and said this is the examination fees and my money will go wasted. After many argument and refusal, he made an offer of paying only Rs. 20000(Twenty Thousand) instead of Rs. 40000(forty Thousand) to which I agreed and paid using my credit cards.
After some time, I received a call from Deepak Singh(deepak.[protected]@shine.com), Who again asked me to pay 20000. After arguing he agreed that I have to pay Rs 10000 (Ten thousand).
After the agreement On October 25, 2016 Mritunjay sent me a mail statin I have paid 54700(where as till that time I paid 54800) anad I need to pay 10000 more, and after these 10000 I wont have to pay any money. The he sent me a payment link I paid the money using my credit card.
After paying Rs10000 (Totally Rs 64800 ) they provided me a bill of RS. 64797( Rs. Sixty-four thousand) along with the Benefits (6470 shine credits) and a free package.
On November 26, 2016, I received a call from Sanjay Yadav(sanjay.[protected]@shine.com, [protected]), He said we have to close the process otherwise it will have adverse impact on the course I have opted for and he sent me a payment link. I refused to pay and asked him to send me a mail regarding this which he sent on November 26, 2016
This is case of cheating where they(Shine.com, HT Media and others) have sold me a course for Rs. 10800(Ten Thousand Eight hundred) and on pretext of something or other they extorted Rs. 64800(Rs. Sixty for thousand eight hundred) and tried further Rs. 30000 ( Rs. Thirty Thousand )

Bola ki apka joining latter apke ghar by post aa jayga but abi 1 year ho gya h abi tak kuch v ni aaya h... Sir plz give me a job or give me my money back.. Plzzzz. Because i am blong from big family.. I blong from poor family plz sir.

She called me up and said we have a vacancy for you. You have to pay 1650. Are you interested i[censored] ll pay only thn i ll tell u the company.. I said ok then she said it is hcl ldh. A day before this one person called me and said the same vacancy in hcl but he said sorry we dont have any branch in ldh u have to come to chd. When i asked the question from dipti (A stupid lady) that where is hcl in ldh located she started speaking rudely and started shouting at me as i come to know she is fraud...

I received a call from a Shine.com representative asking to enrol for their paid services without myself asking for them. First thing first, I have opted for DnD services and I don't receive calls from any other job portal but Shine and I keep receiving messages on my personal number too.
Apart from this, when I denied to pay for the services and told the representative that he was interrupting me while taking; he disconnected the call on my face!
I called them back couple of times and then I blasted on him asking that if this is why they call us to trouble and hang up the phone on their customers when they don't agree to pay?!

To my surprise, this guy Vineet Kumar from Delhi calls me and threatens me that he will complain about me as they have all me details.
I want to know that if this is why these job portals are in place first of all that they call us, get us to pay and go away? And if we don't agree then they have people like Vineet Kumar sitting their to lead their teams who will then call you and threaten you about your profile?!
They call you and talk to you like "Mere bande ne tujhe call kiya, to tune ye kaha wo kaha aur agar nai chahiye to tu aise baat karega?". Like seriously? Is this the way customer facing executives and their leads are?

If so, no wonder! Shine.com is shining way too much!

I am very disappointed for unprofessional behavior of your csa, name sumit who was called me on 16/12/2016 friday at 16:12 from the number [protected]. He was behaving very rudely and said "aap jaise customer mere jutey ke barabar hai, aapko aapke attitude ka saza ekin zarur milega" i am very sad and disappointed that shine.com is very big way for our career but its very sad for their csa 's bad behavior. Please take some procedure against him. He is never deserve any kind of csa job in any company.

One of the sales team member mr. Sameer from shine.com sold me fake service package for rs. 3599/- with this promise after the activation of this service you will get opportunity to find you best fit job within a month but after the taken of this amount they totally changed his word and we received several call from this company side to take another service after the making of new payments otherwise they will keep my money which is paid earlier by me, would like to request you all kindly do not procure any service from this company they are totally fraud people.

I got a phone call from a number [protected], i dont remember his name but he said he is calling from shine.com, i got doubt and i checked online and true caller, in true caller it is showing as sandeep shine and in online i have seen a guy sanjoy complaining that its a fraud number from west nengal and another website said its an unsafe caller posted a week ago
O is that number is related to your company or not?

I paid more than 1, 20, 0000 rs for employment service. I am waiting from last 4 months. But you are not providing any details. It means you are totally fraud. You are harassing to me. It was my family saving. Your portal is fraud. You are making foolish to all new students and employees. You are like cheter. Please return my money. You have no any right to make foolish to any needy person and demand for money. Totally fraudy system...

I want to post a job by your express plan costed 999 . I pay 999 through paytm wallet. I have order no also in my paytm. My money is deducted from wallet but cc avenue is processing for a long time and cancelled at last and service is not activated . But amount is deducted. So please refund my money back as soon as possible or do necessary steps

I am aaditya here, regular user of shine.com, Mr. Sunil dubey, from shine.come called me and told me that he will get me the job, I paid Rs. 1999. After that he connected to someone he asked me to use links to pay Rs. 6900, I paid it, he connected to one more person he spoke with me more than hour, he told me that I have to pay Rs.14098, I paid it, by using one more link, he connected me to one more person called venkat esher, he spoke with me to pay Rs.30000 I refused to pay that, I got confirmation from shine.com that they received payment, please help me in this regard, my call with shine.come people is recorded now, please tell me what to do now? Can I get cheated or these calls from shine.com only..

Shine people called me many times and asked me for enrollment of class room training to PMP certification. Finally on 09.12.2016 I paid to them. THEN ONWARDS NO BODY RESPONDED TILL NOW. Even I called them they are not responding .
please find my payment receipt acknowledgement.

Such cheating people should be punished properly.

I'm suraj...I got call from [protected]...they give there email id...[protected]@gmail.com... and they told me about job and selection process and registration fees 1650 Rs . ... they told me name Shaziya Khan . ..and anjali . ...from Delhi main office of shine.com...I payed my money 1650 Rs for them . ..transfered through paytym . ...and receiver name raj rathod . ...this persons are not from shine.com... they have there...

I received a call from shine.com, to enroll for placement services, and when i registered with them by paying rupees 2070, i received a call from ms. Neha gupta and pooja, from delhi. After which they ask me to pay 5000 rs more and for recovering this amount i had to pay more, which now become total 25000 rupees. This all happened in september this year, and now no one is receiving my calls and replying to my mails as well.

I would like to log a complain against shine.com. They asked me to provide INR 14, 250 for PMP training including every thing. When I made the payment on 10/12/2016 then they ask me additional 26000 INR as a verification cost on 12/12/2016 . They never talk about this hidden cost. I asked him to cancel my registration then Mr. Mritunjay Mishra and Mr. Sidharth from shine.com told me that cancellation is not possible. You need to pay additional 26000 INR to proceed further. I have sent them email to cancel and refund my money else I will file FIR, but till now their is no reply from them as I think they are cheating me. These people are calling me from Gurgaon Haryana.

Training scheduled in Pune on 17, 18, and 24, 25 Dec 2016.
