Shine.com has not given me a satisfactory reply .As they are professional cheaters who misguide the candidates at the time they seek for job by misleading them, that no companies hires directly, they ( Shine.com) are very well connected to the HR department of all top companies .They have big job openings at present which may close soon so they ask the candidate to take a package like resume booster, interview kracker, profile highlighter, which will cost around some 5600 rs( In Total ) and will create some fear in the minds of the candidate so that they may pay this amount out of fear of losing a good job opportunity . Now there are 3 kinds of scenarios here and these are the A.)commitment to before taking the package. 1.that they will be automatically getting interview calls from Top Companies even if they don't apply for the desired job as we will highlight the candidate's profile and send it to these companies . B) Commitment just after taking the package. 1. You Have to apply for the desired job, then only you will start getting calls from recruiters C) Commitment Once the candidate gets frustrated when he is not getting calls from the recruiter even though he might have applied for many jobs( more tahn 100-200 jobs ) that is according to his skills, experience and competencies.( I mean for which he is totally eligible for ) 1. We don't guarantee the candidates that they will get the call for interview . the Interview call will depend upon the of Job availibilty and the requirements of the recruiters. Now when the candidate goes for complaining at their Customer Care or to the Consumer forum they will answer you that your all services i.e. Booster, Featured Profile, Skill Courses : Interview Kracker and Employment Verification service has been processed and completed. In overall process, Shine only enhance your profile and increase the probability to get shortlisting of your resume. The response from the consultants/recruiters depends upon the availability of job opportunity with them which exactly matches your profile. We would request you to check your shine account regularly and apply on matches job sent to you because all the recruiter activity and jobs alerts can be seen through your shine account. Now Shine .com also has got a chain of fraud consultancies who post some fake job openings in some companies through Shine.com, once a candidate applies for that job he gets the call from that consultancy who further asks for money ( 200 rs, 500 rs, 1000rs, 2500 rs & so on... ) registration charges and by mistake if a candidate falls in the web of fake promises again he looses the money and gets no job .In this Way also they ( Shine.Com ) is running scam in the country very fearlessly as they know that there is no law, no agency or Government body to check the scam runned by these companies This is the process by which they dupe the innocent candidates and loot their hard earned money from them and play with the future of our youths . I want to know if there is any authority or any Courts who can stop these kind of fraudulent companies from looting and get back from them our hard earned money .
