Shine.com employe Mr Raj - [protected] call me and offered job and said we are paid services provide. You pay and we offer job. First he says pay 3500rs.Mr Arvind Kumar sharma accont After 1 day he says 1600rs pay. I pay both amount. Again he says 5100rs pay. I don't pay.I want my refund 5100 rs. Three copy of transaction mention in this msg. Plz refund my amount. Plz take action . His employee no is -[protected]

My self Madhusudan Bhattacharjee, job seeker on Shine.com portal around last two years. It is pertinent to mention that I am an ex-serviceman retired from Indian Navy after putting 15 years of service. I invested a large amount (around 60, 000) for assistance to get a suitable job. However, till date not a single job has been provided. Seeking justice against such fraud cases.

Dear Sir,
I have been cheated by Shine.com of RS.15, 971 as they didn't give any service to provide me a job.Initially I was issued transaction ID[protected] and then I was issued another ID CP[protected] on 23.12.2016 for RS.15971 and against which an invoice was raised with all the services to be provided was mentioned and charge for it against it was mentioned.But they provide no service except resume updating and application letter.When I demanded the rest of the money after deduction of the cost involved in resume drafting they simply refused.I want to get back my money.Even they have opened a complaint cell attached with their website and when you filed a complaint you will get an immediate call who would like to get the details of transaction done and if it is through credit or debit card they are interested in getting the details of it.To solve your problem anybody will give the details.It will add fuel to the fire.They will take your money from the bank or use credit card to buy anything.I just gave the no and then blocked it.Within this time they cheated me by paying Rs100 to Ola Cab.Please take step as they have cheated large number of Job seekers.They are claiming that they are associated with HT MEDIA as all payments have been made to them.Please do something.

Shine.com called me on phone dat, they provide paid service so that there will be more chances to get an opportunities in companies.

After that, I talked to them, she (Priti)said that, now my recruiter will come for next process.When I talked to him, he([protected]) started saying me that, I have to pay 3, 456 Rs to shine.com for background check. But y???

Priti ([protected])said me that, there is no any hidden charges, y to pay money again.
When I said that, refund my amount, then she said that can not happen and your paid service will get deactivated...or else I have to pay the extra amount.

This is ridiculous..

After several calls from one ms. Rajni sharma i registered for the paid service rs 3999/-. But after that they do not respond and no use at all. Every time some new executive will call and say you have to pay so much and get an id to get interviews etc. But total fraud. Hence plz. Dont be fooled. Shine.com staff will be very nice till you sign up but after that they will not respond at all. The services of shine.com is totally unsatisfactory....

This is a very shamefull service you provide your user..i have neither received any interview calls from company nor your side in last 9 months. why i paid you 5600 is only for registeration. i had given you to circulate my resume to company but you did not do your job.what a rabbish service you provide..i said everyone to don't take his services. i refund my money. they are make only fake services. they also called to my bro but i refused to take her services. i have lost my 5600 but you lost your faith.

I am Shaikh Javedpasha Gulab, I have an account on shine.com. On 14th september 2016 I have received a call from Rk placement, Delhi (Mobile no [protected]). They told me that they have seen my profile on shine.com & they are registered on shine.com. They offered me a job in Airlines Industry (Airticketing, cabin crew, & ground staff) & they asked about my intrest. I thought that They are registered with shine.com so need not to worry I told them yes I am intrested. They ask me where n what profile? I told them Hydrabad n Airticketing profile. On 16th september, they did a msg to me & asked for documents (like highest qualification doc, id proof, Resume & photo) they gave their mail id ( rkplacement.[protected]@outlook.com) I mailed all documents to them. After that they told me you are eligible for the post & you have to register for that post & give a online test. On 17th sept, they ask me to pay Rs2000 for registration n online exam. I paid Rs 2000 to them throught paytm wallet, after that they mailed me a test link & I gave test on it. I scored 14 outof 20, they told me now you can apply for the post by doing document verification & resume modification. On 19th sept, they ask me Rs5800 for this process & they mailed me whatever amt you are paying it would be refundable by company side after joining, therefore I paid 5800 through paytm wallet. On 20th sept, Mr. Samar Srivastva took my interview on call. On 21st sept, they called me & told me you are selected for the post(Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Air Ticketing, Spicejet Hydrabad.) & you have to pay Rs12800 for the offer letter & this amt is refundable. I paid 12800 to given a/c details, (i.e.A/c name- Ms Roshani, Bank- State Bank of India, Noida, A/c no-[protected], IFSC code- SBIN0019101) After paying this amt Mr Samar Shrivasta mailed me a letter, When I tried to open it it was password bounded. I called them & ask about it, They told me you have to pay trainning deposit Rs22500 to the company after payment we will give you password & all amt refundable by company side. On 22 sept, paid Rs22500 to their A/c & On 26 sept, Mr. Samar Srivastava mailed me another letter, in that letter the joining date was 20th March 2017. I asked them for immediate joining, they told me there is no seat in current batch of training, if you want to join immediately we will arrenge a seat but you have to pay extra Rs20, 000.& they mailed that Whatever amt you are paying it would be refundable by company side & this extra 20000 would be refund after 6 months of joining. On 26 sept, I paid 20000 for immediate joining, After paying this amt they only mailed me that your joining date would be 28 November 2016, You will get hard copy of offer letter to you Residential Address. Till 25th november I have'nt got any letter, I was trying to make call them they were only saying that it will come it will come. On 25 nov, they mailed me that 'because of some reason your joining date is postpone that is 8th January 2017'. After this mail when I was trying to make a call them but unfortunately their mobile is switched off. I thought that I should wait till January, while this period I was trying to make call but their mobile switched off. Therefore I did so many mails to them but they are not replying, I am making calls but their mobile is switched off till today. I have paid total amt Rs63100 to them.

Asking for the reg fee 2k then doc vrfictn 5k thn 12.5k to transfer in a/c no.[protected]. ifsc code-bkid0006043 bank of India N I m afraid abt the scanned copies of ma all doc. I blindly believed them so i hope can u plse take care of it. Hello i got a call today from shine .com for job offer in HCL company.They told me about job in HCL where openings for java, .net, web designing is there.
After negotiation first they ask all certificates, marksheetsand after that ask for money of 2000/- One lady call me and while talking with her she is laughing continuously.

They commit something and do not fulfil the same.

Hi, This is Srinivas from Bangalore. Please note I got a call from Karan Pandey alias Praveen Kumar stating he represents Shine.com and I have to pay Rs.3899 to get registered for numerous job offers from Shine.com. I paid and got registered too. Next up, he calls me and says that my profile has been shortlisted for Accenture and I have to pay Rs.40, 000 for couple of certifications.

But not even a single call i received from any company for job till date and i even complained to shine.com but it was not no use. I have specified my work location in delhi ncr region, but these people send me jobs of mumbai, kolkata and banglore deliberately even after complaining. I have just wasted my hard earned money as well as time because of shine.com. I trusted shine.com because i was a part of hindustan times group and they were having a big office in gurgoan. But believe me they are professional frauds. I want to take action against this fraud organization who cheat candidates in pretext of job. I want to get my refund.

On 26 dec 2016 i had uploaded resume on shine.com. I got a call from mr. Rajesh choudhary asking for rs 1500 for registration of training in a renowened pharma company, after which i got a call asking for another 7500 for document verification. Repeatedly they were saying they are hr of shine.com and the money is taken by the company. After which they called to open a account in hdfc bank for that they need 15500. They again called asking for 25000 that was for accomodation during training. The last call was on 5 dec 2017 that was for 30000 rs for health insurance. They said the training will get started from 1st february and all the money were refundable but when i visited the company they said there is no such training provided by them. I am not revealing the name of the company but i have already warned them that shine.com is using there name in a wrong way. I am going to submit all the proof to them and they said they will be taking action and i personally will file a case of cheating both in cyber cell crime branch and police station. I want my money refunded if not then also i will make sure the culprit get punished otherwise many others will be cheated like this.
