The complaint has not been resolved. Now I am being given explanations about the service I subscribed. Their promises of enabling recruiters/ placement agencies of my desired sector contacting me were not at all met. the pack was valid for 6 months, when for 4 months there was no suitable response, I had asked for the refund. there was misguidance and miscommunication from part of Shine which they should admit. I request the consumer forum to help me in this matter. I can provide all the proofs if required

I had subscribed to Shine's value pack which promised to avail me with suitable job matching my profile. I am an engineer cum MBA. The promises by Shine.com were not devlivered at all. They sent me jobs like BPO, DATA ENTRY, BACKEND, instead of several mails and verbal interactions with Shine.com regarding the kind of job I was looking for. Before making the transaction, they told me that the jobs I was looking for would be provided by them. By the end of the 4th month I was asking for my refund as I have found a job on my own, without any assistance from Shine.com. The team infact asked me for all kinds of proofs to enable my refund, but no response post the proofs mailed out to them. 3 remainders regarding the refund have been made, but in vain. Now I want my refund amount. Please help...

To Inform you that I had inquired about a course for agile and due to some reasons I am not able to pursue due to personal reasons. I had word with one of the executives today that I may not be able to continue and to may shock, he used an abusive language. His name is Puran singh. IS THIS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SHINE OFFERS TO CUSTOMERS. I would require reply from Shine on this

I purchased an online service worth 1299 only on shine.com website. However I received a phone call immediately from[protected] and they told me to activate another service or they shall not be able to help me with my profile. After I purchased this service, they told me to purchase another service without which these services are of no use. They kept pressuring me and I kept buying services though the payment links forwarded by them. After a point they said that they are selling the last service to me and this is required for the activation of the profile. I paid this amount also considering this as the last amount to be paid for their services. However, then they are telling me to buy one last service and have also sent me a mail confirming the same. I have spent more than Rs. 20000 now and this is a reason of concern. Request you to take action as the people logging into the shine.com website is being pressurised in this manner.

Don't get any paid service from shine. They are the worst. No proper response. After receiving money they will not at all listen to us. They do nothing except stealing money. Worst! Worst! Worst! Highly frustrated.

Dear Sir|Madam, Myself Dipali Chachad residing in mumbai Dahisar West has paid Rs 3899\- on 21\12\2015 towards shine.com paid services as i got call from Mr Devedra & he told that your resume will be highlated on shine .com site & will be farwarded to 1000 of consultancy & companies & you will get better job.But after that i got call From Mr Abhishek from recruitment zone that you need to pay Rs 15180 \- for there additional services which was not told to me before.You are requetsed to take action against this compliant & help me to get my money back. I have been receiving calls from Shine.com when I have never created my account on this website. I have never updated my documents to this website. I even dropped an email to delete my account from Shine.com to their customer support on Jul-2015 for which I never received a response. Today on 24th Dec i again received a call from +[protected], called said he is calling from Shine.com and when I asked the person where did you get my details from, he said, "maine hi upload kiya hoga tabhi details ayi hai" I told him, i never created my profile and I even tried reaching to your customer support to delete my account and its good you called me up. I really wish to know from where did you get my number. He said - "aapko pata hoga kaha se ayi". then I told him not to call me again and to my surprise, I was told by the person - "main ab apko roz phone karunga, karlo kya karogey" Is this taught to shine.com consultants???? I just wish to delete my account from Shine.com and hope everyone should read this be ware of caller from Shine consultant.

I am rakesh pandey. I hv created a account on shine.com in month of november. On 18/11/15 i hv git a froud call from shine.com site. When a gone for interview they asked for money₹4000. Ofc name- Wisecore Recruitment Service. Ofc reg. No.- [protected] HR name- Nisha. Matter- Taniya called me on 18/11/15 saying dat u r selected for bajaj company n u hav to come on above addres. When i hv gone for interview 1st she asked ₹ 500 for telefonic interview. I hav paid. After interview she asked for ₹3500 for offer letter. But i did not paid. Now i want action regarding my concern. I[censored] want more info den contact to me. I am waiting for ur response. Thanku

I was forced to purchased services by executives . They were assuring me that i would interview call within 20-30 days.. But that person is not receiving my call from 20 days.. When i called their operation team they told me shine.com does not provide interview opportunity.. I lost my 13000 rs .. Person were ravi.[protected]@shine.com He lied to me . Contact details[protected]/21, [protected] I did not any call from company for personal interview.. I have no recording of that person conversation but i challenge if all the conversation are listened ..his lies can be easily caught.

Dear Sir Please do something for everyone bcoz of some people are doing crime from shine.com. Where from get personal data that person and call us. One day some one was called me and told me, I m calling from shine.com ur resume is shortlisted for job, u want to do job me told yes I want he told ok first u pay amount for interview me told ok I paid after paid he didn't reply. I have all details of that person as mail I'd, mobile no and person name. Please stop this crime one for every person, take action for this crime

I have registered in shine.com and I had got a call on 16 Nov saying Jyoti from shine.com. they asked me to remit Rs 2500 as service charge and I remitted the amount in SBI (acct no: [protected] Name: Parmveer). After that I had telephonic interview saying it was from jet airways hr department for the job as a ground staff. After two days I received a confirmation mail that I am selected. They asked to remit Rs 5500, Rs 10000, Rs 15000 in the same account. I waited for the offer letter after a week they called and asked for Rs 20000 as security charge and that too to pay in half in two accounts, one was the same account as told before and another was also in SBI ( acct no: [protected] Name: Sunder Singh) on 9 Dec. On the same day I received the offer letter from jet airways but the place was not mentioned. When I asked them about that they replied that will be decided by a week. The joining date they given was on Jan 1 2016. I called them on 14 Dec and they replied that will be decided by the next day. The next day I waited for the call but there was no response. Since that day I couldn't them. All there phones were switched off and there is no replay on my mails.

I have paid Rs.8500/- in three stretch in the Axis bank A/c of Sh.Maruf Ansari and Sh.Ameen Khan in his IDBI bank at the stance of S/Sh/Sameer, Azad alam and there were two ladies also who made a contact on my mobile no.[protected] and I have also recd an Offer Letter from and for the ICICI bank duly signed by One Sh.Sachin Rudhola followed by a confirmation letter from the mobile no.[protected] followebed by two other mobile no. stating that they are bonafide employees of Shine.com and the correspondance from [protected]@outlook.com and prm too. but afte that none is picking up my phone and nor further action. so I may plz be given back my amount and the persons be punished legally. Miss. Ritika called me and offering a job in pune in manufacturing company. She offer me 2.4 lac salary. For that I have paid Rs. 1600 . On a HDFC bank account . Few days i am continuously getting calls from shine.com they told me that their is direct requirement in MNC Wipro company they also told me to pay 2250 rs for registration to these companies they have also told me to send my documents so i have send scan copies of my documents such as 10th, 12th mark sheet, B.E mark sheet, photo, resume. I will not be responsible for the further misuse of my details. Aapke Centre k naam se mujhe call aaya tha aur mujhe kaha gya ki aap job karna chahate hai maine kaha haan ussne mujhe paise maange 1200 kaha aapka direct interview aapke home city mein hi provide ki jayege fir paise transfer hone k baad call bhi nahi laagta uss no pe no[protected], [protected], [protected] etc bahut sara hai please help me...

I was ditched by SHINE.COM in the name of getting me opportunities abroad. I was contacted from various no. and the person who repeatedly contacted me again and again and made frau to the tune of 50, 000.00. His name was Rajesh Rana and cell no. was [protected]. He not only claimed bogus commitments but intentionally took my hard earned money and after having transferred the amount, he switched off his mobile. He provided me Id by the name [protected]@gmail.com an after that nothing happened. They are clearly making money with illegal ways I have my credit Card statements with me. Before going to the court, I am just submitting my poor greviances and will put such reviews in broader media. This is very wrongly done act and I am not going to spare thes guys.

Shine Big fraud with needy people who search for job... Shine.com play dirty trap game with them... 12 Dec 2015 Same story with me... I have received a call from shine.com. They told me for better job oppurtinites i need to avail executive bio and profile background verification. I agreed then i paid an amount of 4409 rupees( Please note your transaction ID:[protected]. ). After paying the amount they told me that i have to pay another 22000 rupees for further service which i will get a better job oppurtunities which was not cleared before only after making the payment they told me that i need to pay that for further job response. I told them that you have not cleared it before so you return the amount back, but they simply refused. Now shine has also jumped in the field of FRAUDLET. 1 person = 4409 + 22000 = 26409 For 1 lac people = 26409 X 1000000 = ? ( shine fraud goes continue in the Name of connectivity, resume, linked, portfolio... )

One call received and he tell me that in hdfc bank and axis bank, they confirm my job. He tell me to pay 2000 rs. First he tell that open site recruiter2naukari.in. on that after selecting region this amount is generate and in this 1999 rs generat. phone no. from which i get calls is [protected]. So give me reply as early as possible. That this is true or wrong.

On 03.12.2015, I received a call from phone number [protected] from Mrs. Sunil saying that he is calling from Shine.com Delhi. informed me that your Resume has been shortlisted for job in Dubar company and you are eligible/- you pay only 3500 rs and I transfer on account no [protected] Accordingly He asked me after this to pay 7500 for your refundable amount after Interview, I pay 7500 rupees on same account no as per her request, after some time He call ([protected] )from another phone number on the same day. she asked my basic information which I provided him and then they created my Verification ID is R176432 and your refund Id is Ver17476ref. After verification and confirmation of customer ID, I paid Rs. 22000/- through transfer in own ICICI Bank account number[protected] as per their direction on phone call. Kindly refund me the amount I have paid. I belong to a poor family. Kindly help me out. Pls check the same.
