Hi, Below email I have sent to shine.com Hi, I have spoken with Anurag Solanki and done the transaction of 4000/- ( Transaction ID :[protected]to do the certification of TQM Professional, instead of helping me further regarding the certification he has sent me one more email to do 2 more transactions ( 5950/- and 8666/- ) to get the better job opportunities. Here, My point is instead of asking about what are you looking for you people are thinking the person who made the transaction is for job searching. I had words with many people from shine and concluded that you people will never understand the requirements o[censored]sers. So, I have decided to do the certification from any local institute instead of going via Shine.com. I want my money back, because if you people will not take care of your customers somebody else will do it. transfer my money to my HDFC bank account. My Details: Name: Richi Sancheti Mob No: [protected] HDFC Account Number : [protected] IFSC Code: HDFC0000185 Account Status: Saving Account Regards, Richi Sancheti

      Hi,

I received a call from shine.com but no success, they asked me about my netbanking details (Customer ID, card expiry date and OTP) c'mon how can you ask the OTP it's confidential.

If they want to transfer the money they can ask me account number and IFSC code but they are not. " They required a secured bank details which is against the law ".

Again, I received a next call from XYZ " The voice is pathetic not at all clear and again that fellow asking me same details.

RajnishRoy Sep 30, 2015 Against shine.com Hi this is Rajnish Roy, On 29th sep 2015. I received a call from shine.com recruiters. They had opening in canada and USA for several banks. For that, they have demanded to deposit money in an SBI account no. In the name of following. Bank name - State Bank Of India Account Name - Unicare Infotech Services Account No -[protected] Ifsc Code -SBIN0007085. The funny part is, that guy is still calling me and i am writing against him. So, initially they have demand 3000 for the registration and then 22, 000 after confirmation. I want to mention one more thing. When i called up shine.com and wrote a mail to them. They didnt even bother to reply on that & On phone call after listening all those matter they just said in very inappropriate manner that sorry sir, we aren't able to listen your voice. Pls call on our another no. And they disconnected the call. So, Its hard to digest that a fake recruiters are using your name and profile and the organization isnt bother to take proper step or bring awareness to the job seekers. Okay, dont spread awareness but atleast resolve those queries who has sent mail and called you to gather information about fraudary. I am lucky because before deposit the amount i thought i should check with shine.com. But the thing is they didn't even bother to help me out. Then check the account no. and registered company name in internet and I got almost same fraudulent with many guys. The best part which bring smile on my face is, that dumbo is still calling me for the registration amount. And i am directly going to police station to laudge an FIR. The number of that person is [protected]. Be aware and fight against fraudary. Thanks Rajnish Roy

          Hello All

Sounded Highly professional Frauds. Listen to my case and everyone act accordingly, better register complaint in cyber crime, I am going to do on this in few days if I confirm the things that happened to me is not true. If I misunderstood, I deeply apologize to the concerns.

I registered in shine.com by 26/10/2015 for textile jobs.
On 27th OCT'2015 afternoon I got a call from "[protected]" called himself, Mr. Manish, (True caller doesnt say the same name, ) He explained me about few job opportunity related to textile, I was exited about this but he asked me to go to a website which is irrelevant to shine.com
the site was www.nowemployment.in, and he guided me to go to some place where I have to pay 2000 bucks (he convinced me over the call ).I gave the word that I trust him and paid it. He said its valid for 3 years for even changing jobs I will be helped.(yes, I agree that I quickly responded without analyzing things, fool of me), now in order to complete the profile he guided me to go to another portal in the same website where I was asked for 6800 bucks for referencing and profile creation. NOw I backed off, i said i cant trust them, but he started aggressively pushing me to pay that to get completed else I will not be called for any job opportunity, I refrained, I said i have to think about it, he even pushed me too much, I decided not to trust this guy, then again after some time another call came from his boss, Mr. AMIT([protected]) (true caller doesnt say the same name), He explained the same thing, and tried to push me a lot to do this. he even said we don't suggest these kind of candidates. I respectfully refused and politely said I need time, he said I will not have the opportunity that's decided for me. I said, I will keep in touch with them in the future after I gain confidence. I disconnected.

I insist people not to encourage any thing like this, try always secured site. if you dont see https, disconnect the call. Better do not appreciate any Marketing call like this for JOB. Firstly inquire the site and job seekers please be aware that you are the prey here.
EXACTLY same with me! It just happened in fact. I have the mobile numbers I was called from.
Same thing happened few hours ago with me !!! :(
I received a call from a person by name (Sudhanshu) when I enquired about a Sixth sigma certification from shine.com.
The marketing executives tortured me and made my life hell till i pay the money. once i paid the amount, No email confirmation was given neither I have received any call from any one. Its been a week since this happened. I regret for having choose Shine.come. Poor customer service and very bad organization.
Guys, thanks to all of you!

Now we are all the same victims. I realized after inquiring in detail, so I decided to register a compliant in POLICE forum website on these websites.
Please do the same. It helps to save other job seeking brothers.

I have received the same newsletter(see attached) a whooping 220 TIMES!!! This happened on Sep 22nd morning around 6 am to 10:45 am IST spanning a period of over 4 hours. Just because the customer has subscribed to a newsletter, it doesn't give you or anyone the liberty to spam the mailbox with the same content. Also, this is not the first instance. I understand some technical issues happen but this has become a habitual thing with Shine.com. I am completely disgusted by the repeated inconvenience!

I got a call on 10th september 2015 from Mr. Siddharth Tarav mob.no-[protected] claiming himself as the chief HR of Shine.com. He gave me the information that my CV was selected for three major engineering colleges located in Bhubaneswar and asked me to deposit Rs 2000 as charges to conduct the telephonic interview. So on 11th Sept. I deposited the above asked amount to Sbi Ac No. [protected] account name-Unimade infotech services, IFSC Code- SBIN0010269. After that I got a call from no.[protected] claiming himself as HR of Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sarang, which now I believe was a complete lie. After the telephonic interview was over in which only silly questions were asked I got to know that I was selected for the post. For further proceedings Mr. Siddharth Tarav asked me to sent the scan copies of my mark sheets as well as other documents and I also did the same . Then I was given Mob. no [protected] of some Bijaya Sharma who was supposed to carry out the further proceedings. I called him and got to know that I have to pay Rs 8500 after which they will verify my documents and then so called Bond will be signed. by By now I am completely sure that all of them are working together in it and making a fool o[censored]s. They are frauds and should be punished severely. It was my luck that I thought of checking thoroughly before paying the amount as I felt a little suspicious because when I asked them about their office address, they tried to ignore answering it saying that they cannot disclose it. So it was very clear that either they don't have any office or they are telling lies.Legal actions should be taken against such scumbags. I know that no solution is going to be provided but just wanted to make others aware of such frauds.

Yesterday i got a call from shine.Com [protected] and they said that if i deposit a sum of 1650/- they will refer me jobs and i deposited the same in the account of shine india [protected] oriental bank of commerce. After that they said that there is a vacancy in hdfc bank and after submitting the cash deposit receipt, cv, and photo to [protected]@gmail.Com i was asked to give a telephonic interview and i gave the same. I was told that the interview was taken by the officials of hdfc but after that i did not get any mail from hdfc bank itself and today morning i was called by [protected] and they said that i was selected in the interview and my job is confirmed after some formalities. They said hdfc will make confirmation around 20 sep and my interview will be on around 30 sep. There is a training process in hdfc for 45 days for that i have to deposit a security of 8500/- on today itself. Now my concern is that when i have not given the personal interview then how can they give a guarantee of job and before such pi how they can take the security deposit for training. If all these things said by them are correct then too why i have not been contacted by hdfc bank or their any hr official either on phone or emails. I sent an email to shine.Com as well but they have given no reply till now.

Team, Initially I had a talk with Gaurav (gaurav.[protected]@shine.com) regarding the PMP course registration. I had got the reference of Gaurav from one of my colleagues who has already enrolled for the PMP course. Gaurav and myself had a discussion and Gaurav asked me to make payment of Rs 12690/-. As per Gaurav once payment is done hardcopy materials for PMP preparation from PMI would be send to my address. Also I would be getting 45 hours of online instructor based training for PMP which is prerequisite before appearing for PMP certification. Also since I am registering through SHINE.com therefore i would be getting discount while appearing for PMP certification and would pay somewhere near to 350$. After making the payment on 25th Aug 2015 i gave a call to Gaurav to update my address so that the hardcopy of materials would be couriered to me. Gaurav said that next day i will be getting a call for verification. Also the user id and password which i received was not working. Next day Mr. Sudhansu Negi (sudhanshu.[protected]@shine.com) called me and he asked me to make payment of another Rs 10, 199/- towards ID verification process. I said that already I had made the payment of Rs 12, 690/- as per discussion with Gaurav and haven't received the materials till now then why shall i pay more amount.. Sudhansu said that unless i pay the amount my verification process will not be done and as a result i will not be able to get the hardcopy of materials.. I had a argument with Sudhansu that my colleague has also received the materials of PMP and started his preparations by paying 12690/- then why do i need to pay more... and if that was the case then why Gaurav did not inform me last night that i need to pay another 10, 199/- rupees extra... Gaurav had clearly stated that i need to pay only 12, 690/- rupees... Sudhansu said he is the senior of Gaurav and if i pay 10, 199/- rupees extra then i will be getting the PMP certification vouchers at 250$ instead of 350$(which my colleague will be paying) and also my colleague will be paying the same 10, 199/- rupees for his ID verification before appearing for the PMP exam. Everything he said in verbal note and I asked him to send the details of services that i will be getting in an email confirmation but he said am here till long period so do not worry... But, surprisingly i came to know that the 10, 199/- rupees which i have paid is towards ID verification by third party IDfy which will verify my previous employment details and education details... I have been working in the same company from starting of my career since last 8.5 years and thus this process of ID verification is not applicable to me.. Moreover, during the call with Priyanka.[protected]@shine.com i came to know that by paying this 10, 199 rupees extra i will be getting support from shine for preparing myself for interview and resume preparation etc... which is not at all required for me... as am happy in current company and not looking for any job change... i just want to complete my PMP certification for better career growth... These type of false commitments are not at all expected from Shine.com which is a reputed brand... For everyone the price for any particular course should be same... I have lost all faith on Shine.com and therefore would like to request you to take appropriate action against the representatives giving false information to the customers... Also please arrange a refund of my entire amount 22, 889/- (12, 690 + 10, 199) as i am no longer interested to pursue my PMP preparation from such an organisation giving false committments... Today also i gave a call to Gaurav.[protected]@shine.com and someone named Rishab picked up the call and said he will address my issue in next 30 minutes and arrange a call back for me.. But till now no one gave me a call.. Also it has been almost two weeks and i have not yet received the materials..

Today I got a call from New Career Shiksha +91 [protected] for job in reputed banks just by filling a form and making a payment of Rs2736..After inquiring I got to know that resume was shortlisted from the site "www.shine.com". I have updated my resume in the same site today only. Also this number does not exist when you call them back which confirms that it was fake. Which company hire candidates without any interview or just on basis of this money?? Just want both the companies to be punished for making money in such a way and making fool of job seekers who pay money just due to their urgent needs. Such illegal activities must be taken into consideration asap.
