Dear Sir, I Kishor Jotwani, like to inform you that all job portals are doing fraud with the job seekers. I also been made fool by Shine.com 2 times. They have forced me to pay Rs. 4999 in january 2015 and assured me the job gaurantee, but even after doing payment i havnt received any call for the job, again in April month i have done complaint for the same. Again they have informed me to pay Rs.2879 to update the linkedin profile then only i will get call. But even after paying the total amount of Rs.7878.00 still i havnt received any call for job. The contact person in shine was Mr. Abhishekh sethi ([protected]). If required all the proofs are available with me. I like to request you to please once you go through my profile, is it having any loop for not getting any single call for job. Please take my this complaint seriously because not only shine, all job portal companies are doing fraud with the job seekers, every job portals are doing bussiness and job seekers are suffering lot due to the same. Dear sir, The mail I am writing to you is not only for my personal issue but also on behalf of many other guys who has suffered the same as like me. I got a call from no. [protected] on 9th oct 2015 stated that they are calling from shine.com and told that my resume has been shortlisted by sony india pvt ltd for M.P. location and for job confirmation i have to pay a registration charge rs.2200 to shine company by depositing amount to SBI account [protected] (standard trading company) and after payment there will be a telephonic interview. So a lot of thinking that if it will be fraud why they will take payment through banks, so at last i deposited that rs.2200 amount to that account. After it they told me to submit my all graduation and 10th 12 th documents to a email id [protected]@gmail.com so i have done as they said. After that on same evening they took my telephonic interview asked electrcal question and some genral questions and interviewer told that we will get your feedback to shine company they will tell you all the details on monday. The telphonic was done by this no. [protected] So on monday morning i got a call and told that company has selected you and want to hire you there is 45 days training session for it you have to pay 6500 rs. To company and it is refundable with 2nd month its a security money. I told its okay i am comfertable to pay money to company but they told that as you were recruited by our company so we will only pay this money to the company with an refundable application. And after that as the company got your security deposition money confirmation you will be getting a mail through company for invitation and joining letrer. It was totally a hypnotic talk so once again i deposited rs.6500 to the same SBI account. After that deposition i haven't got mail through any company so i called to [protected] but they don't attend my call, after that i called to [protected] they received my call i told all the situation so they told that may be its taking some time you will get your mail in some period. When no mail received i get them and the same reply that it may take time. You will get the mail dont worry, so in frustration i talked rudely with them after some abuse he told that it was fake and its been fraud done with you and we are doing the same thing with other guys daily you can't do any thing with us we are master of you after that he hang the call. Sir this was my case and i have some of proofs like bank slips, and some recording. This has happened with me but as they told that this all things they are doing with other guys also I have a special request regarding this issue to solve by means of any reason because as they speak its like hypnotic talk many of person can come in there word and can pay large amount of money. It may depress any guys and may even take an unvaluable action like suicides. Sir there is an SBI account no. [protected] and they use this account regularly so may be it can help us to catch them. Thank you sir, I think we suffered guys may get justice.

On[protected] i have a one call with [protected] from shine.com and mujhe bataya gaya ki mera selection hdfc bank me as a data entry operator hua hai and 1000 rupees mujhe a/c no union bank a/c [protected]jo ki jasmeen ke naam se hai usme paid karne ko khah gaya and maine wo amount paid kara diya after that mera telephonic interview liya gaya jisme training charge 5500 manga gaya jo maine ab tak paid nhi karwaya hai aur mujhe paid karne ke liye continiously calls aa rhe hai...please be aware don't believe this type of fake calls

Dear Sir/ Madam This is to inform you that, on 29th Aug Mr. Anuj Sahu called me to join IFRS course for better employment opportunities. I said, i am not interested. He told me some part payment i can do and they will dispatch materials And other details. I asked them to give time till 10th of Sep 2015. Again 10th september Mr. Anuj called me and same thing He has repeated. I told him I have some Financial commitment not able to pay. But he told me Pay RS.4000/- balance in 2 installment in 30 days. I said ok and I have paid Rs.4, 000/-. Immediately after payment Mr. Sadanchu called me to pay balance amount of Rs.8, 000/-. He told me, without balance payment will not send material and other details. After that I have paid Rs.8, 000/- towards final payment. He said we will dispatch material within 3 days. After 1 hour Mr. Gaurav called me and he told me to deposit Rs.4, 703/- for Documentation which is not mentioned earlier to me. I have surprised and paid Rs.4, 703/- since I have already Paid Rs.12, 000/- for Course. This was very emrassed to me that day. But there was no way. I have send all my documents which was asked by Mr. Gaurav. As per their commitment I supposed get the material on 16th of Sep 2015. But after many days I have recd 2 books which is for Diploma for IFRS. But I have applied for Certificate of IFRS course. Next day I have called Mr. Gaurav, he told me same material we can use for both course. I have surprised because Diploma is for theory exams but Certificate course is online objective type. He said they will send online link for online training and others. But till today I have not recd any link or other details so far. As per Mr. Anuj, following details he has to provide- ü E-learning content ü Study material ü Trainer support through telephonic mode & e mails. ü Platinum Status ACCA Books: 1. Study Text 2. Practice & Revision Kit ü Solved Sample Papers booklet ü Facility for taking online exam any time after completion of the training. ü Certification for candidates scoring more than 50% marks in the exam. On 15th Oct 2015, Again I have called Mr. Sadanchu 9on mobile No. [protected] for the details, he told me, I will call u back same day before evening. But no response from him so far. Since I am facing so many problem due to this, and also there is no guidance to go further, I am not interested to do this course. I request you to please pay back my all amount which is paid of Rs.16, 703 (Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Three only) immediately. I will resend your material (2 books) to your address. I am rishav shukla, i have applied for job through shinejobs.in, a sister concern company of shine.com. They have told me that there is Rs 40, 000 charge in which Rs 20, 000 from salary and Rs 20, 000 after interview on plant same day payment, i thought they will give me at least 1 month time but, i got interview call letter within 10 days, i went for interview. I saw my selection letter there, but sir i m very poor so i cant able to arrange that amount on same day.i requested them to give me atleast 1 day for payment.They said that company can do nothing.I dont want to miss this job, please help...

I M.shiva prasad.receaved a call from shine.com.he told that pay 5000Rs.for job oppertunity at coco cola and birla company at hyderabad.he call to me meny times for paying money.at last i agreed .But money is not transfor for four times.after he asked my card number and backside 3digit numer I told that number.at last the money is transfored to shine.com 5000Rs.on 26/09/2015.after that he told another 5625Rs/- to pay we will proceied the job search like that he told.I do not agreeeed to that money.I am for get that issue.Yesterday 15/10/2015 my money 12000Rs deducted through on line.Some fraud shine people blaming the customers through collecting the card numbers told the name shine .com.

this is to inform you that i got a call from shine.com from the no.[protected] and they asked me to submit my documents as soon as possible as they are offering me a job in lucknow metro as an engineer. Then, when i submitted it they asked me to deposi Rs.2000 in SBI BANK A/c holder- Shine com, A/C [protected], BRANCH- NEW DELHI SBI BRANCH. But the amount transaction was in saving bank A/c instead of Current A/c. So, I want to know that is the company genuine regarding the money depositing. Please notify me as soon as possible. On that day means 5th august I have deposit RS 3200 on same account number as given in above. I am requesting you to take some action on it ... RajnishRoy Sep 30, 2015 Against shine.com Hi this is Rajnish Roy, On 29th sep 2015. I received a call from shine.com recruiters. They had opening in canada and USA for several banks. For that, they have demanded to deposit money in an SBI account no. In the name of following. Bank name - State Bank Of India Account Name - Unicare Infotech Services Account No -[protected] Ifsc Code -SBIN0007085. The funny part is, that guy is still calling me and i am writing against him. So, initially they have demand 3000 for the registration and then 22, 000 after confirmation. I want to mention one more thing. When i called up shine.com and wrote a mail to them. They didnt even bother to reply on that & On phone call after listening all those matter they just said in very inappropriate manner that sorry sir, we aren't able to listen your voice. Pls call on our another no. And they disconnected the call. So, Its hard to digest that a fake recruiters are using your name and profile and the organization isnt bother to take proper step or bring awareness to the job seekers. Okay, dont spread awareness but atleast resolve those queries who has sent mail and called you to gather information about fraudary. I am lucky because before deposit the amount i thought i should check with shine.com. But the thing is they didn't even bother to help me out. Then check the account no. and registered company name in internet and I got almost same fraudulent with many guys. The best part which bring smile on my face is, that dumbo is still calling me for the registration amount. And i am directly going to police station to laudge an FIR. I want to launch complaint against shine.com, from last 4 days some one executive from shine.com gurgaon calls me and he asks me for paid subscription for shine.com job reg, as soon as i denay for that reg, the person on a call suddenly starts abusing (Gali ) in too much dirty lang. They dnt have any fear for behavioring in abused manner. and thats why I want justice for silly behaviour. If still it continues i am going to launch police FIR against them.

ATTENTION ! TODAY I received a call from [protected] AND [protected] a while back claiming to be from Shine.com. I don't remember the lady's name but she claimed I had got selected for L&T and MAHINDRA&MAHINDRA for Phone interview and personal interview. After which she demanded Rs. 2000 for a "Security Deposit". When I refused to pay, she asked me why I refused to pay threateningly. I ultimately cut the call saying that I would call back later because I was busy right now. and i asked for mail id and bank account for deposit.
