Shine.com Customer Care's response
Dear Sir, Greetings from Shine.com. With reference to your comment, these days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them. We will like to clarify that the money paid by you is not to Shine.com and is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants. Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, sms or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com. Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers. Also please note that time to time, we advertise this on our own newspaper Hindustan Times. Hence, we strongly advice you to immediately file a chargeback with bank and file an FIR against the particular recruiter or person from whom you have received a call. For further assistance contact us at [protected]/ [protected] or email us at [protected]@shine.com. Thanks Team Shine

Hi, I'm a registered candidate of Shine.com. I just now got a call from [protected] saying that they are from Shine.com and my profile has been selected for a job interview in HCL Technologies. I have an interview tomorrow for which I will be asked some 10 to 12 questions out of which the person will make 10 questions available. The person asked me to send my documents on hr.[protected]@gmail.com which included my final semester mark sheet, photo and a pan card scanned copy. On scanning deep further he said that these are undisclosed vacancies to be filled by Shine and since my resume is short listed only I can give the interview. Further he asked me to deposit Rs.1650/- as a one time refundable deposit amount. He said that Shine is not a consultancy it is a direct job provider. Though I got to know that this is all fake and I've not progressed onto any submissions yet. But what I feel is that people are using Shine.com's name to extract out money from people who are in search of job.

AAKG Nagpur director Ashwin Aashok kumar gupta is a criminal . and murderer . Now He has open a fake company . named AAKG, its a fake company. Dont entertain this fake company.
The same has happened to me today. A people from the recruitment cell of shine.com called me yesterday and told me to submit scanned copies of all of my results. His number is [protected] and he told me to do so in the following email address, recruitment.[protected]@outlook.com. I sent them the soft copies of my documents yesterday. He promised me to make an interview process with the head HR of HCL. Today he is telling me by the phone that if I got the confirmation mail by HCL after my interview, I have to pay 2000/- by DD and have to send the scanned copy of that to another mail-address. In the meantime after extensive searching in google.com/ and asking all of my friends and seniors I have
quite sure that this is fraud case. They are exploiting the unemployed youth and taking advantage of the unemployment. May God curse those people.
agar fake calls aye to identification kaise karenge aur right recruiter ka bhi
This happened to me today. A person (Ekta) claiming to be from the recruitment cell of shine.com called me today for recruitment for "Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd" and told me to submit scanned copies of all of my provisional certificate, marksheets, ID proof & a photo. Her number is [protected] and she told me to do so in the following email address, [protected]@outlook.com. I sent them the soft copies of my documents. but then She told me that I have to pay 1650/- by DD and have to send the scanned copy of that to make an telephonic interview process with Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. She is telling me all this by the phone. I think this is the same as other people's case here... I don't know how they know that I'm registered to Shine.com and get my phone number. People of shine.com please look into this matter.
please beware of these kind of frauds... add this number - [protected] to blacklist.
These people should be punished for doing this type of frauds.

                  I want back my money..

Sir, My name is Akash. My interview was held on 18th june at chandigarh. Before interview she was demanding 2500/- So I request you please returned my fund.

Thanks Sidharth Gupta

Dear Team, I received call from the no [protected] and 78stating that the call is from shine.com as my profile have short listed for cashier job in ICICI and HDFC bank. For this job I have to pay Rs 2000 for generating reference ID. So believing have paid Rs. 2000 using the ICICI bank net banking. Then they said for generating the ref ID again need to use net banking. They asked me to put 9939 ( mentioned 9939 is reference id ) in amount field and ref id in remarks field for my net banking page and then submit. As the amount will not be deducted if deducted then will be refunded again after this reference ID (9939) generated. Then again they asked to transfer 9739 for generating master ID then I refused to do so as first they have to refund the previous Rs 9939, then they said will be refunded in next 30 minutes but no update till now. I have tried calling the same numbers one number is coming as incorrect and no response from another number. Could you please advise me how to get back the money and also I will make a request to bank for refunding from the their HDFC account. Regards, Jayeeta Das (ph - [protected]/[protected])

My profile has been created without my permission. They have not taken my prior approvals to create an account. I believe this is breach of security. I have informed the same to shine.com and requesting them to delete my account. It has been more than a week I have not received any update on this.
