Sir, I have registered with shine.com in march 2015, and since then start receiving calls from hr services company And they guaranteed me that I was selected in Hdfc bank and asked me to pay 4000rs, after paying it, their mobile no has been switch off. The company name was hr services, mobile no are [protected], [protected], [protected].
The names are himanshu Mahajan and rima Mahajan.
I hope that u resolve my complaint or else I will have to take strict actions against it.

Date of incident: 12th February & 17th February 2015 Phone no. through which they contacted: [protected](Mr. Ankit), [protected], [protected] Their email id: hr_dept.[protected]@india.com (Phone numbers are available from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., rest the number comes switched off most of the time) I am B.tech 3rd year student (VISHAL DIWAN, [protected], email id: [protected]@yahoo.com) I obtained the offer of providing job by this company. As per their directions through telephonic calls and messages, they asked me to deposit Rs. 2250/- as their registration fees for the telephonic round of interview. After the telephonic round, they called and informed me that I have cleared it and the next round will be personal interview, but before that there would be verification from their side and so as a security deposit for their expense during the verification procedure I'll have to pay Rs. 5400/-. They said that both the amounts will be refunded to me if I don't accept the job in the form of demand draft on the day of my personal interview. I also provided them with a scanned copy of my voter id card. After that it has been more than 3 months, they aren't contacting me. Neither do they receive my phone calls nor do they respond to any of my mails. I hope I could get my money back. I am a student studying through scholarship and carrying out my expenditures by providing private tutions. This type of incident is highly demoralizing for me and also unaffordable. I JUST THINK THAT SHINE.COM IS A VERY GOOD JOB PROVIDER SERVICE, BUT I WAS IN MISTAKE.I HAD CHEATED BY YOUR AUTHORIZE (REGISTERED WITH SHINE .COM) SERVICE PROVIDER S.C.S.PVT. LTD., VASUNDHARA, GAZIABAD.THEY REGISTERED WITH YOU AND MAKING FRAUD WITH PEOPLE FROM LONG TIME AND YOU PEOPLE DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR FRAUD.THEY JUST CLAIM RS. 5000/- FROM ME FOR JOB.I PAID RS. 5000/- JUST BECAUSE THEY REGISTERED WITH SHINE.COM. NOW I AM VERY SURPRISE THAT THEY ARE NOT PICKING MY CALL.I BECAME VICTIM JUST BECAUSE OF SHINE .COM.THEY SUPPORT THEM. I WILL WAIT 10 DAYS MORE FOR A REFUND OF MY MONEY AND AFTER THAT I WILL FILE THE CASE IN COURT AGAINST S.C.S. PVT LTD AND SHINE .COM.

Dear team, As I had updated my resume in your web site after that got a call from one of the job provider (profile builder)saying that they will get job in some of PSU banks...they had taken 30000/- for getting the job...this amount was taken in Dec 2014...till date they have not got me job...as they had given there contact no also but the phone no s not working now...iam sharing there phone no with you... Dear Sir I had registered for Shine.com .I received a call just now from a person who claims to be from Shine.com asked me to deposit a sum of Rs 1500 in an account named as Mr. Sanjay opened at State bank of india so that I got a job in vodafone shimla.. Also the phone nos. of the person and name who called are Amit, contact no. [protected]. Therefore, I do request you to please look into the matter and confirm me whether this person is a fraud or not. my email id [protected]@gmail.com...contact no. [protected].

Hello Shine team, My sister has registered for job in your website. Yesterday she received a call from One Mr Vijay Sharma, saying that they have short listed her resume for Cipla. They asked her to pay 2100Rs after which a telephonic interview will be held. My sister paid 2100 through online. Later she received a call from Rahul sharma from same team saying that we need to pay 5100Rs saying that this money will be refunded once she joins cipla. she denied paying that and she asked her to refund her 2100. They then said that no problem we will pay 5100, you just click a link sent in your mail and enter your details. Again 5100 was deducted. She started shouting them to refund it now then they sent one more link saying that click that link and enter details, you will get 5100 back as transaction is done through gateway. Again 6100 Rs was deducted. Now total in all 2100+5100+6100 = 13, 300 has been deducted. We are in a deep mess. Today morning also i had talk atleast 10-15 times, they have assured that they will pay money back but still when i was just browsing in net i found a similar case experienced by one miss Alka from Jharkhand. She also have stated that Rahul sharma called her, and also same mobile no she had given. Pls comment on this shine team... We need our money back!!!

Refer our complent dated 21 Apr 2015. Not action/Not refund of deposit money. you are requested please refund the RS 45380/- at the earliest. I am not able to deposit the service tax as per your agent instruction. less service tax from total amount and balance cash paid in my bank account. An early actiuon is requested please.

One man called from this number [protected] his name was sonu kumar master he himself identifying that he his from shine.com .He was asking to submit photo copies of mark sheets, 2 photos n id proof to this e-mail Id [protected]@gmail.com n asking to submit some amount as an advance to this ac no-[protected] IFSC-SBIIN0005936.he was saying about tie up with MNC Companies and fund refundable Conversation was too long n i was arguing with him about scams of fake job promise then i disconnected the call whether the call which i got is real or fake let me know please.

I got a call on 5th may 2015 at 12:26 pm from a no."[protected]" a lady saying she is calling from shine.com and she said your resume has been short-listed for the job in HDFC BANK KANPUR as a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT, and i have to mail her my personal documents like id proof, 10th mark-sheet, 12th mark-sheet and higher level education mark-sheet at "[protected]@gmail.com" for verification which she will forward to bank officials. I have mailed my documents oh that id. Afterwards she called me next day and told that your documents are verified by bank and you are selected for interview, and you have to pay security amount of Rs. 2500 and then u will receive a receipt from bank. you have to scan the receipt and mail me at "[protected]@gmail.com" and you keep the original receipt. She said you will get 110% guaranteed job after interview and i m assuring you for it. She send me bank details on my mobile through sms which are like that : SHN GROUP, A/C NO.- [protected], IFSC CODE- cbin0284024, CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA. But i haven't given the amount to them but i hope they will not misuse my personal documents in any type of fraudulent act. Please take some action against it.

Dear Sir/Maam, I had registered for Shine.com in the morning today.I received a call just now from a person who claims to be from Shine.com asked me to deposit a sum of Rs 2250 in an account named as Shine India opened at Dena Bank so that I would be allowed to sit for an interview with Hyundai. The account details of the bank which he sent me are as follows: Dena Bank A/C no.[protected] IFSC Code-BKDN0711280 Branch-Patparganj Also the phone nos. of the person who called are : [protected] [protected]. Therefore, I do request you to please look into the matter and confirm me whether this person is a fraud or not.

The name was Mr. shrivastav and the contact no. is [protected] and the email id is [protected]@india.com and they told me that my resume is shorlisted for wipro and they asked me to reserve the job for me i have to pay 1600 rs. its that you...

One day I got the call from shine.com and they told me that your CV is being short listed by tata motor pvt ltd and mahindra and mahindra so I told them tata motors and they just told me to pay Rs 2200. I pay that amount and they take my telephonic interview and after that they told me you are selected by company hr and you have to pay Rs 8950 for accommodation I pay that amount and in company I went and they told me that your amount was not refundable by us So refund my amount shine.com

I did availed shine complete package and bought the services, This is now frustrating that despite the payment made upfront and there is no one sincere to answer properly and no services given despite promises made to get the job in asap.
No proper resume created, just copied templates provided with no grammar check and all the dates mismatched.
Still no properly shine profile creation and no linked in profile.

I want my money back and sorry for such worst services from company like Hindustan times.

On 18 Jan 2015 Agent Code No 1815 called me from Tele No [protected] and told me to pay cash of Rs 1850/- online will have to deposit only one time and he is returnable. Then you are selected to job at Nashik. Then i aggereed and deposited the Rs 1850/-through online with POS[protected].to shine your carr EWMVANTA. 2. On 20 Jan 2015 your agent Mr Jitendra Singh Called me from tele No [protected] and promise for give to job but the courier charge and other charges being deposit for Rs.4250/-, 10908/-, 13473/-, then am agegreed and deposited the following money to the shine.com :- (a) 19 Jan 2015 = Rs. 1850/- POS[protected] to shine your carr EWMVANTA. (b) 20 Jan 2015 = Rs. 4250/- POS[protected] to shine your carr EWMVANTA (c) 20 Jan 2015 = Rs. 10908/- POS[protected] to shine your carr EWMVANTA (d) 20 Jan 2015 = Rs. 13473/- POS[protected] to shine your carr EWMVANTA (e) 14 Feb 2015 = Rs. 15000/- through Puinjab National Bank Acct No [protected]. in faqvour of Jobs2Globe. Total Amount = Rs 45, 380/-(Rupees forty five thousand, three hundred eighty only) 3. On 14 Feb 2015 from jobs2Globe Mr Sanjeev Agrawal called me from mobile No [protected] and told me you are selected for 4 D Security Jobs but you are deposit Rs 15000/- then i deposited same amount at PNB. Then Mr Sanjeev Agrawal from Jobs2Globe arrange Interview from HR jobs 2 globe site. On next day he issued offer letter for give to job then required Rs, 25, 500/- again. to be deposited. But I did not deposited the amount of Rs. 25000/-. 4. I sended a request for cancellation of Job alert to Mr Sanjeev Agrawal, nut he told me to deposit service tax for Rs, 6000/- for cancellation. 5. Sir I am very harrashed from your agents. He had not given any job but he told deposit cash with any cause. 6. Hence you are requested please cancelled my Job Alert and return my total cash deposit for Rs, 45380/- at the earliest, to my Bank Account[protected] at Indian Bank Br Nashik. If you want to deduct any service tax you can deduct from the total deposit amount. 7. An early action is requested please.

on 15/4/2015 i have make the payment of Amount Rs. 500/- against my application no.[protected] to ttps://psu.shine.com/makepayment/bvfcl/management-trainee-finance-accounts_440/ by using citrus payment system reference no.[protected] but my application is showing pending amount.

Day before yestrday i got a call from[protected]..i dnt kno whether its a genuine call or not but the guy was saying he's callng from shine.com and informing me that my cv is shortlisted by a company named KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS.He was asking me to pay 2250rs. To get the intervjew call...he asked me to forward my scan copy of my documents.today again they called me saying that i have to pay them 2250rs. At any cost.after hearing this i got doubt in them..and i refused to attnd any interview and pay them..i dont kno whether i escaped from the trap or not but i want to thanx this consumer complaints who helped me to kno cases of fraued calls..the guy who called me was ADITYA SHRIVASTAV from shine india..is it genuine...??

My name is bharat bhushan. I rcved call from shin.com and they call me that i am selected for the ultra tech company. And i have to paid rs-1850. and i payed.. bt now they told me that i have to payed more money approx rs-8000.. bt now i am confused what will i do.. and i got a call also from shine.com assistant hr vikram raj singhaniya.. is this right person.. pls help me

My husband was registered in shine.com Delhi brunch for job and we paid two times about 12, 000 rupees via online. They keep my bank account record. When they charge more money they I told them to stop the service. But after two months they withdraw 15, 000 Rs from my account without any permission. And now they said it was happened by mistake but they do not want to refund my amount and they show many excuses. What should I do. What is actually going on? They are totally fraud.
