I has got message by shine.com about reliance jio back work. I has applied to it and got an offer letter. But they demanded money 850, 2500as training fee and 4500 as accommodation fee.
But now they are saying that you have to renew the offer letter and pay the amount of 2500 for renewal.
Please resolve my problem and please get back my money from them and refund it to me or else they provide me the job as early as possible.

I have got a call from this number +[protected] regarding job from shine and the way how she treated was like very arrogant raising her voice and rude she stated “hey speak loudly” “are you looking for a job change or not” I asked to be a little polite and she hung up saying “ok thanks and disconnected the call abruptly” is this the way you people will treat an job seeker an employee? Without respect very disrespectful and completely in a singular tone as being a job seeker and as an HR consultant i am disappointed and feel disturbed. Please take necessary actions on this person who contacted me and kindly reply back in the mail with the actions taken or me and my HR team may stop contacting shine in future.

I have applied for a job in shine.com and then they asked me for money first 3500 rupees and then after 1464 rupees that they keep on asking more money 5000, 1033, 4000 rupees and amount gone to 15000 and when i told them that i dont want the services and i need my money back then they promised me that they will refund me the money within 10 min after i pay them 5500 rupees. so i gave them and now amount became 20500 rupees . when they received the money. they asked me send them 20500 more in that way they will receive a refund request and then the money will get refund . but i told that i dont have that much money i want my money through bank transfer. they said it will take 7 days. so i said, i can wait for 7 days. after 10 days i called them they didnt pickup the phone. after 4 days of trying from different number. and i asked him about the money he said bank is not giving money and he cant do anything about it. now i wanted to file complained but all the email from them is just gone nothing in the inbox. what ever the proof i could fine i am attaching it.

I want that my money gets refunded and someone should take a strict action against them. Its mental harassment and also money theft

I got call from yours company employee(neha reddy ) and firstly she told me your CV selected for job from college campus and she told me for application purpose you have to pay 1500 the i paid 1500 after that she kept conference to HR .Th eHR also asked me pay money for offer letter and hR tlod me for documents verification you have to pay 15500 .i pay that amount after that they asked more amount but i told them i want to drop but mam said if you want to drop you have to all amount and tha money will be refunded.Then i paid total amount but till now i didn't get money form them.

On 3/08/2021 have received a call from Swaroop Singh Shine.com job site for Shine.com paid service. Asked me that some amount for advance service like CV highlight to company HR.
I have paid 3027 for the registration process. I have registration link, invoice link, payment gateway link, and mail all from Shine.com domain id.
After some time somebody called me and told me that he checked my CV and required some verification required and have to pay more 8000 RS. After some negotiation, i have paid Rs 5829 and this man also insisted me to pay more 7000 rs, but I did not.
After some time I realized the calls and entire process are fraud.
The number is +91- [protected], anyway not responding any calls.

I want to know how the fraud company sending mails from Shine.com and sending mails, invoices, links all with the Shine.com domain.
Most important case also there have lost of complines but Shine.com also do not take any legal steps and any technology prevention to protect public money.
Most importent that I got this call after submitting a job application on Shine.com only, which means if you apply and port one Shine.com the same candidate information is going to fraud people.

My self manoj warhade i was purchase shine premium service on 6 July shine team mr Abishek singh and u spend 100K money and he told me will get the interview within 7 days but now nobody is picking phone and there is not any feedback from team they blocked my no also.

Now i want to return back my money

Today I have received the call from relationship manager and told me to pay for educational verification at Rs 5000+, i got confused, i have asked for many times, is this a last amount which i have to pay, he said yes, i have ask this for 3-4 times he still says yes. Now again he ask for payment for employment verification which at Rs 10, 000+. I have asked him that you already said that it is last payment and still you are saying this. Still he is saying it is last but again after this payment i have received the payment of Rs 15, 000. But i have not paid for this, becuase i understand the fraud, even i google about this before i could do the transaction. Shine.com is very big fraud company, as i was gone to pay, there was again asking for new payment and do the main to me and important is value of the amount was increase. I am looking for opportunities in the IT field to boost my career. I had uploaded my resumes on various portals and Shine was one of them.
I got a call from Mr Kuldeep on ...and he promised that with their package (package name), they will provide the below services:

Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling + Visual Resume-14758

After multiple discussions, and continuous follow up by Mr Kuldeep, I registered for the package.

They made me to invest around 40k, with a great carrier boost. I opted their service in June. Till today not a single relevant job call has been received. All their services such as negotiation skills, resume writing etc are all fake. Sessions are prerecorded and of no use. Not a worth of penny. Better videos are available across many online portals. Shine have only fake companies who keep on calling you and ask for a money for placements without even knowing for which company they are hiring, these recruitment agency candidates tells you they are hiring you for big MNCs internal job requirements for which candidates has to pay.

Be aware of fake promises by Mr Kuldeep(who do not have his own registered mail id, he replies you with s.[protected]@shine.com) and Mr Ashish Kumar

If i ask them for a refund they says its not in their policy. I think they have one policy just to bully people.

I need complete refund of the amount I paid since they have not provided any support on any of the promises they made.

I addition to that I would like to request to BLACKLIST this company so that no one invests a penny, time and energy in Shine at any point of time and gets cheated.

There customer care service is non-resposive and when I asked for refund they became very rude.I don't want there services all I want is my refund.

I got a phone call from Shine.com ( Customer Executive - Pooja) since 3 - 4 days for Shine paid resume services @ Rs 3292/- . As I am looking for job, I agreed and made the payment to avail the services.
In addition, I have been receiving calls from Abhishek and he said that he is in FMCG sector of Shine and will take care of all job related activities. My primary sill is FMCG Sales and so I listened to him and made the payment of...

My name is rakesh kumar maiti, a week ago shine.com employee named karan from noida called me from [protected] for axis bank credit analyst job opportunity, and mailed me for interview, and a person named raghav sharma from axis bank has also taken the interview on telephonic and mailed from [protected]@gmail.com, regarding selection of my profile, and has demanded amount in each step of completion which stand total of rs 56695. But after that i am unable to get in touch after repeated calls the person named karan is avoiding and is not receiving my phone calls. Kindly look in the matter in the time of distress and pandemic as i have almost out of fund and i just want to get my refund back. I am attaching the emails and the payment details of total money paid part by part. I am very helpless, please look into the matter

As mr. mohit had told me that sir you don't need to pay any charges after the subscription charges everything is included in that.
It's a big fraud which Mr. Mohit has done with me, he has cheated me.

A lady named Jyothi called & requested to fill a form & mentioned there will be a minimum amount of registration fee which is RS. 100/- . On clicking the link 41 k was deducted . When informed about the same she mentioned that it’s happened by mistake pls clk on the refund button & you should be able to get the same in no time . Again another 41k was deducted. When ppl are struggling to be placed & I have no clues why they come up with such scams without the knowledge of the customers . Don’t entertain calls from shine.com & I am planning to put this across on LinkedIn so no more people get cheated out there . Appreciate if my amount is been reversed .
