This company charged me Rs.75, 000/- with fraudulent promises of Job and later on found to be fake company

I received a call today 18th Sep 2021 morning from Shine Jobs contact number[protected], asked my interest to change of Job. Received next call from[protected] mentioned his name as Amit, very politely told me about paid Job Assstance service in Shine shared a payment link from [protected]@shine.com with subject Proforma Invoice for Rs. 3, 657/-for Product Application Booster Package
Received another call in the evening from[protected], mentioned his name as Suraj Sharma a relationship manager, asked and hurried me to pay link for Education verification plus and Job Profile Verification Plus Package package, Rs. 5192/- shared Proforma Invoice from [protected]@shine.com hurried me to pay for the service, while I am paying for it triggered shared another Proforma invoice for – Rs. 9556/. In the email. This is extra, didn’t discuss it before purposefully. they continuously pressured to more and more money by creating urgency else your service will be canceled, threatened loss my money paid by me. I sensed they are looting money, so asked his to refund my money immediately and as I didn’t avail of any service, he connected another person says there is no refund policy in Shine, started behaving very crudely and rough with me. I understood this is a fraud transaction using the Shine database. They didn’t even I talked about complaining if you don’t refund my total amount of Rs, 8, 849/-.
Kindly help to refund my amount and see this kind of fraud transaction doesn’t occur and others should not suffer this kind of cheating and fraud activities.

Today on 17th sept I was looking for a job change and shine agency executive Mr Sajeev called([protected] & [protected]) and I applied for 6 month of service for resume highlighting and I paid Rs 3027. afterwards, I got a followed call and they asked me to pay more than Rs 4673 to work on my resume verification and for the same, I raised the complainant that you can't force me to pay this and I was not ready to pay. again a new manager was appointed and he convinced me to pay. when I paid that again next invoice of Rs 9202 was raised for the content writer and how my resume get selected. again I denied but that fellow convinced me that if you will be getting a 30-40% hike then what is the issue to pay that much. i was very clear that I am not going to pay a single penny after that and he agreed. once I did with this last transaction I received one more performa with Rs 17237 for a professional summary of Rs 8999 and senior-level resume writing services Rs 3999 and Rs 16090for super express. I didn't ask all these services and all these were fraudulent. i haven't taken any services and I haven't joined any portal. for Rs 3027 i am responsible but the remaining transactions were cheated and forcefully get it done from my end by giving other future endeavours. i am requesting them to send my money back as I don't want any of these facilities. they are not ready to pay my money back as a non-refundable policy. request you to please help. am already struggling with my job and I am losing my money like this.

Person from shine called me to pay Rs.3186 alone for job service. After paying that amount, then he transferred to another person ujjawal The second person asked me to pay another Rs. 5192 which is mandatory and Rs.10382 again he told me to pay Rs 16103.

I paid this because he told me it is mandatory. All the services are not activated yet. Also i found it is not mandatory.. Bill was given from some other company account..

I am not interested to complete the process. so refund the amount i had paid yesterday...

Hi I m Rahul Sharma i registered my self in shine jobs on dated 07/09/2021. first i got a call from your side to pay 3186 for registration. i did that after that then my call transferred to some senior he said that my i have to pay rs 5192 for document verification that amount i paid after that he said to pay 10382rs for verification i paid . and then for profile building he asked to pay 16103 I told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok and paid that amount also. after that he asked me to pay 25000 rs .I denied for that Sir this was not the right way to work . i told him plz refund my money next day on 17/09/2021 back which i was paid he said the shine doesn't refund money even though my services are not activated yet . I know that consulting companies charge some amount for registration. but that experience of mine was not good . registered no. is [protected] and email id is rahulsharma.[protected]@gmail.com plz its my humble request u to refund my money.and i dont want any job from ur side regards, Rahul Sharma

I was in search of jobs on the shine portal and i had applied for few jobs in the app. After few days i had received message from shine stating that my profile is been selected for bank operation and to contact on the given number. I had called that number and a girl by name name Garima spoke to me and asked me to pay a registration fee of 2600/-Rs and then she arranged for interview with Sandeep and after that I got a mail stating that i have been selected and should pay a security deposited of 12500/-RS and i want to pay but that lady had spoke in such a way that it sounded true, so i also asked my sister to check for the job with her.
After all the conversation and assurance me and my sister paid 12, 500/-Rs each towards the job. After few days we got offer letter which stated that 21800/-RS has to be deposited as a security bond deposited and we had also paid 21800/-Rs each... After that we tried calling and all the numbers are switched off and not answering the call.

1) How shine team has given permission to scammers to fetch customers mobile number from the portal?
2) How come scammers and user shine name to generate auto messages
3) i am sure there must be more instance which should have been reported, what is the action taken against them criminals from shine?
4) i am not going to stop here, i will be approaching cyber crime and legal complaint tp avoid such criminal activity in future.

Request you to please refund my money as per below screen shots and payment. Also will share all the contact details and bank details to which i had contacted and made payment.

I got a call from[protected] from this number on Sunday 12/09/2021. The person says me that I'm selected for the job and I have to visit one of the company next day for interview. I visited their they told me to pay 300 as registration fees then after paying this the company ask me to pay 1000 for one day training and then they says after that one day training they will give me the address and name of the company where I have to join for the job.
Does shine share our resume to the placement company amd then they take money to place us in the company for job

I am Pradeep Mathur, I have opted services of shine.com after their harsh and tourchered behaviour of shine representative, I made the payment of 28000/- to shine on 19th august 2021.
still I am trying to contact to them they are making me fool and No action has been taken by them however I have paid money to shine.

On Thursday 2nd sep. 2021 evening shine representative called me for shine services. I accepted initial registration as they said only that is required for initiating job search help.
However, after sometime another representative called and asked me for further order placement and payment for those at the end only one payment was remaining he said post which services will start.
But on very next day i mailed shine.com for cancelling all orders as I haven't started using them also i didn't completed last payment.
But they are not willing to cancel those orders stating either i use them or transfer them to someone else.
I had completed payment for around[protected] INR.

I received a call from shine stating for a Job offer. I asked for the details of the offer through email. She kept ignoring and asked me to first register to the link. It asked for the my personal details and to pay a registration fee of Rs.49. This person kept on calling me untill i got registered or paid that is what is she wanted.
At the time I paid, the actual amount that got deducted from my account was 4949. She then told me she'll refund the same but never did she call.

I attend a call from shine.com.Its Executive Umesh And Gaurav (Contact No.-[protected]) call me from landline number of shine.then give me this mobile number.
pahle unhone kaha ki 3500 ka registration karwa lijiye apko job offer aane shuru ho jayege, iske baad koi charge nahi lagega, fir kaha ki apke liye service agent gaurav he wo apko call karege or apko job interview conduct karwaege, gaurav call me or kehta he chota sa amount paid karna padega 7000 rupees ka or apko job interview ke call aana shuru ho jayege iske baad apko kuch paid nahi karna he, iske baad 17000 rupees paid karwaye or bola ab apko job mil jayegi or iske baad apko kuch paid nahi karna he, fir iske baad 27000 rupees paid karne ka bola lekin mene paid nahi kiye, mujhe koi service nahi di gayi jo ki job interview ke liye ho. Fraud courses(shine learning) ki service di ja rahi jo ki fresher candidates ko di jati he, me 6.5 year experience hu. ye service mere kuch kaam ki nahi he, in service(shine learning) ke baare me mujhe pahle nahi bataya gaya ki in service ka payment le rahe he.koi job offer nahi hua or naa hi koi interview conduct hua, Total 27000 rupees mujhse le liye.
I am Going to complaint against shine.com with all proof of payment invioces and all recording of me and shine agent Gaurav.

Today i got a call from shine com. I spoke to that female and discussed my views later she informed me about paid recruitment for which i don't trust and same thing i discuss so she transferred my call yo said me mael senior he after hearing me that i dont trust in paid recruitment for which he laughed (giggling) as if i told him some joke. After this i said i[censored] want to laugh disconnect and laugh meanwhile phone got disconnected. Since than continuously that female was calling me... As i got free so i took my phone and again the phone started ringing i thought lets take her call and say her not to bother me and i did same i requested not to bother me please.. After a minute she again called me and she spoke so rude and with an unexpected statement saying if you want to do time pass next time do it somewhere else... Which pissed me off... Who was doing time pass by continously calling candidates just to speak rude. Come one yar at least safe your company name whi is paying you off.

I would urge to check on it calls are recorded and no representative is supposed to call and harass let me ke this and disturb someone its is considered to be crime to disturb someone mentally.

I got a call from Mr.Rahul and Their HR madam shine.com, for paid service from shine. Come to get the best offer for job. They call me continously & ask me for become a membership..for that thay charge me 3185 rs. for job..

After some time 15-20 minutes i got call from Mr.Rahul for pay next 5840/ for job call. He is continously calling me that they will daily 2 jobs offer etc. I paid rs 3185 for plus 5840 + Gst for application...

Hii respected sir I got a message from shine about quicky placements so I talked to them about job they said I need to pay 1500 as security charges as they said I paid after that there is no response from them and no I’m cheated like me no one should get cheated so immediately take action against them

Shine.com looks like is doing big frauds with people online, this site is of no use and i dont think as have connection or contacts with any recruiters...
somone from there team called and asked for paid services, i paid them, now aftre that on 06/09/2021 i recived another call from [protected] and this guy told me they need to do educational background verification and they will do some traning on my behaulf which needs another invoice of IN20210906_546731 of RS 5545, i asked him is there any other payment which i have to do, which they said not this is the last payment and after that nothing and once i made the payment the call was trasfered to antoher person and he sent me another link of Rs. 10382.00/- for Job Profile Verification Plus Package and Application Highlighter, the guy on call was like dont worry you will get callls soon from big companies in just few days, i denied the payment as i immediatliy went to internet and realised that these are fooling us, we all need good jobs and the desire to get it they are doing this fraud by asking for money for random services, no calls nothing you will recived, i paid becaause i thought these are shine.com big services but now i realised this is big scam and lot of people were caught in this

So many companies raise against of shine job but no action till time ... consumer court also not take any action against of shine job who can take action

I am a victim. There are many fraud recruiters sending message that your cv is selected and then are taking money by trick. Please bann those otherwise we are suffering and I lost my money. Please report these. Otherwise bann shine.com.
I have a screenshot of those money receipt and contact number of those people. They are continuously sending messages and mail and bribing us by saying that we will get job. Please take a step to stop this. I lost 3000/- for them. And now I am depressed.

After paying that amount, then he transferred to another person.[protected] The second person asked me to pay another Rs. 10317 which is mandatory and Rs.11444 again he told me to pay Rs 30207.

I paid this because he told me it is mandatory. All the services are not activated yet. Also i found it is not mandatory.. Bill was given from some other company account..

I am not interested to complete the process. so refund the amount i had paid yesterday...
