I received a call from shine stating for a Job offer. I asked for the details of the offer through email. She kept ignoring and asked me to first register to the link. It asked for the my personal details and to pay a registration fee of Rs.49. This person kept on calling me untill i got registered or paid that is what is she wanted.
At the time I paid, the actual amount that got deducted from my account was 4949. She then told me she'll refund the same but never did she call.

I attend a call from shine.com.Its Executive Umesh And Gaurav (Contact No.-[protected]) call me from landline number of shine.then give me this mobile number.

Fraud courses(shine learning) ki service di ja rahi jo ki fresher candidates ko di jati he, me 6.5 year experience hu. ye service mere kuch kaam ki nahi he, in service(shine learning) ke baare me mujhe pahle nahi bataya gaya ki in service ka payment le rahe he.koi job offer nahi hua or naa hi koi interview conduct hua, Total 27000 rupees mujhse le liye.
I am Going to complaint against shine.com with all proof of payment invioces and all recording of me and shine agent Gaurav.

Today i got a call from shine com. I spoke to that female and discussed my views later she informed me about paid recruitment for which i don't trust and same thing i discuss so she transferred my call yo said me mael senior he after hearing me that i dont trust in paid recruitment for which he laughed (giggling) as if i told him some joke. After this i said i[censored] want to laugh disconnect and laugh meanwhile phone got disconnected. Since than continuously that female was calling me... As i got free so i took my phone and again the phone started ringing i thought lets take her call and say her not to bother me and i did same i requested not to bother me please.. After a minute she again called me and she spoke so rude and with an unexpected statement saying if you want to do time pass next time do it somewhere else... Which pissed me off... Who was doing time pass by continously calling candidates just to speak rude. Come one yar at least safe your company name whi is paying you off.

I would urge to check on it calls are recorded and no representative is supposed to call and harass let me ke this and disturb someone its is considered to be crime to disturb someone mentally.

I got a call from Mr.Rahul and Their HR madam shine.com, for paid service from shine. Come to get the best offer for job. They call me continously & ask me for become a membership..for that thay charge me 3185 rs. for job..

After some time 15-20 minutes i got call from Mr.Rahul for pay next 5840/ for job call. He is continously calling me that they will daily 2 jobs offer etc. I paid rs 3185 for plus 5840 + Gst for application...

Hii respected sir I got a message from shine about quicky placements so I talked to them about job they said I need to pay 1500 as security charges as they said I paid after that there is no response from them and no I’m cheated like me no one should get cheated so immediately take action against them

Shine.com looks like is doing big frauds with people online, this site is of no use and i dont think as have connection or contacts with any recruiters...
somone from there team called and asked for paid services, i paid them, now aftre that on 06/09/2021 i recived another call from [protected] and this guy told me they need to do educational background verification and they will do some traning on my behaulf which needs another invoice of IN20210906_546731 of RS 5545, i asked him is there any other payment which i have to do, which they said not this is the last payment and after that nothing and once i made the payment the call was trasfered to antoher person and he sent me another link of Rs. 10382.00/- for Job Profile Verification Plus Package and Application Highlighter, the guy on call was like dont worry you will get callls soon from big companies in just few days, i denied the payment as i immediatliy went to internet and realised that these are fooling us, we all need good jobs and the desire to get it they are doing this fraud by asking for money for random services, no calls nothing you will recived, i paid becaause i thought these are shine.com big services but now i realised this is big scam and lot of people were caught in this

So many companies raise against of shine job but no action till time ... consumer court also not take any action against of shine job who can take action

I am a victim. There are many fraud recruiters sending message that your cv is selected and then are taking money by trick. Please bann those otherwise we are suffering and I lost my money. Please report these. Otherwise bann shine.com.
I have a screenshot of those money receipt and contact number of those people. They are continuously sending messages and mail and bribing us by saying that we will get job. Please take a step to stop this. I lost 3000/- for them. And now I am depressed.

Person from shine ([protected]) (s.[protected]@shine.com) called me to pay Rs. 3351 alone for job service. After paying that amount, then he transferred to another person.[protected] The second person asked me to pay another Rs. 10317 which is mandatory and Rs.11444 again he told me to pay Rs 30207.

I paid this because he told me it is mandatory. All the services are not activated yet. Also i found it is not mandatory.. Bill was given from some other company account..

I am not interested to complete the process. so refund the amount i had paid yesterday...

I want to withdraw and refund my money

Still they didn't refund anything after taking money. And they are telling lies also. They didn't get money. I went bank and checked its credit to his account. They given official mail confirmation and sample transaction also to my account but still not return my money

Recruiter ask money as telling that money for registration and security deposit which is refundable

I received a call from shine and I was asked to pay 3000 for paid services and later I received call from recruitment manager Abhishek (cheating Don) who sent me 2 payment link and asked me to pay about 10000 which I was not informed earlier. I paid it. They said that my services will be active and he gave his phone number to contact for any support any time. Later when I reached the number he is not at all picking the call. Abhishek phone number is [protected]. Also I tried to contact the customer care and they are saying that this customer care number is only for job seekers and not for services. When I asked for escalation matrix, they are not providing any info. They are giving the CEO name who has left the company.

Request you to refund my entire amount. I don't want any service. I worked hard for The amount I paid for you. Please refund it.

I have created my profile on Shine.com on 26.08.2021. Today I received one call from your staff member named Mr. Pradeep Sharma, He started explaining the job details with me but due to his voice modulations which were not clear to me, I have asked him to send the job description for which he wanted me to apply.
This is very common thing that before starting up with the application process it is necessary for me to know the details about the recruiting company. I asked for the same information thrice, but he replied in very harsh manner.

I think this is to be look after while you are conducting agency services at national level.

Thank you for your services but due to this kind of behavior I am very amazed that what type of staff you are having.

I m Preethi i registered my self in shine jobs on dated 11/09/2021. first i got a call from your side to pay 3186 for registration. i did that after that then my call transferred to some senior he said that my profile transferred to well known companies for job but I have to pay rs 5079 that amount i paid after that he said your resume for not up to mark for this u have to pay 9663 rs . I told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok and paid that amount also. after that he transferred my call to some another person for activation the account he asked another around 13208 rs .I denied for that Sir i this was not the right way to work . i told him plz refund my money back which i was paid he said once the amount is transferred, it cannot be refunded. sir plz tell me which company takes money for conducting interview . Representatives from shine.com called me several times and taken 10 k (approx) for resume writing and job interviews.there is no response from them after the money was paid. Mr Anuraag and Rohit called me several times asking foot money for different services they said mandatory. I am not interested in shine.com and I need my money back. Pls help. Order no 356389.

Please provide me with two resolutions:

1. All disclosures should be given beforehand…Costings of every aspect…You cannot be hooking people with INR 2, 359/- and then preconditioning them to pay an extra INR 32, 000/-…This is clearly a gimmick and I can’t allow people to fall for it….

2. This is the worst kind of experience that I’ve had…and that too coming from an organisation like Shine…. I don’t want any services (because of the above reasoning)….I want to be refunded…This is my hard earned money…Please look into this.

I’m listing down all the details of the events.

1. I received a call from Mr. X to avail the interview call feature services(“Service”). This service was initially offered to me for INR 2359/-.

The Sales pitch for the above conveyed the following

a. I was told that INR 2359/- is what I have to pay.

b. The revenue that Shine generates from this deal is actually from the Employers as a percentage on my CTC upon successful conversion.

c. Success ratio is 98% and I will be featured exclusively to the employers.

d. The Relationship Manager will guide me on my resume.

This seemed like a usual practice. Now, on the presumption that INR 2, 359/- is what I have to pay for the Service and also given that the brand name that shine.com has, I went ahead with the Service. I paid INR 2359/- on[protected]. Please take note: Mr. X asked me to make the payment while he is on call with me…which I did…on a real time basis.

2. Thereafter, Mr. Y was assigned to me as the Relationship Manager/expert advisor. He heard me and told me that he will work on my profile and get me results within 7-10 days. Further, I was told that there are companies/employers who are willing to offer X+50% of my CTC. I was told that 90% is his effort, 10% will be mine…which I was okay with…Up until now I was completely okay with the conversation.

Thereafter, I was told the following:

a. For me to avail the Services (which was offered to me at INR 2359/-), I had to verify my personal and professional documents. Two invoices popped up- INR 5192 for educational verification and INR 9202 (together INR 14, 394/-) for professional verification… This suddenly became a precondition for me to avail the Service which was initially offered to me at INR 2359/-… I was shocked to see this…Why wasn’t this communicated to me before???... I didn’t subscribe to pay INR 14, 394/-…this is the disclosure which should have been given to me at the time I was having conversation with Mr. X. Please tell me if this is really fair???

I have a simple question. Since when did the verification process become this expensive? From what I know, cumulatively it shouldn’t cost more than INR 1500/- to INR 2500/- and that too on the higher side …. Why is this borne by an employee??... These background verifications are just a phone call away… If there are travelling costs involved for physical verification…this should be bifurcated….. If you think otherwise, it would be very helpful if they could justify the INR 14, 394/-… This is a cost which cannot be afforded by all…. including me…. and is very very significant…

b. I was told that this is a small investment for the future benefits that I will get…and Shine is a reputed organisation… and with this small investment I will have the possibility to get the benefit of X+50% as CTC….

c. Despite my understanding of point (a) above, after listening to point (b) and given the fact that Shine.com is a reputed organisation, I went ahead with this. Giving the benefit of doubt to Shine…

d. Totally up until now, I had already paid INR 16, 753/-. Again this payment was done while Mr. Y was on a call with me…

e. Following which I repeatedly asked if this is the last set of payments that I have to do? I received no answer to this…This question was dodged by saying that these are investments and are for my benefit….

f. Later on, Mr. Y released another profoma invoice of 17, 700/- for Job and Interview assistance…. Seriously!!!???!! Now suddenly this became the precondition to avail the interview call feature services…. For the Services which initially was offered to me at INR 2, 359/- now has suddenly shot up to INR 34, 453/- …. These are step by step preconditions…Things I didn’t ask for…I couldn’t really afford…. How is this fair?

g. Conversation with Mr. X made me believe that Job and Interview assistance is part of the Service offering under INR 2, 359/- and the actual revenue that Shine will be generating, will be from the employer…

This is lack of disclosure, misinformation, lack of communication and can be construed as a white collar crime …I clearly fell for the unethical sales trap… After realizing this, I told Mr. Y that I don’t want to avail your Services which I thought was of INR 2359/-…. I was told by him that a refund cannot be given….”Why wasn’t this communicated to me earlier” I asked him…He then, after making all the payments, drops me an email which says “We don’t have a refund policy”. After making all the payments.

You need to understand that there is a clear difference between:

“We don’t have a refund policy” and “You have NO Refund Policy”. There is a huge difference between the two….

Coming back…. Mr. Y told me that in the payment gateway, below there is a T&C (3 pages) which somewhere says that Shine doesn’t refund…. Are you expecting me to read this while Mr. X and Mr. Y are on a call with me and asking me to make the payments immediately and are constantly following up like in a typical salesmanship like manner….Sales can be conducted in a very ethical manner by giving full and absolute disclosure at the beginning… Please understand this….

After having said that I have a few questions below:

1. Why wasn’t the above no refund disclosure given to me beforehand?

2. Why weren't all the other costs which surfaced up later on (hidden costs which far exceeded the INR 2359/-) disclosed to me before? This is a system flaw and needs to be addressed to…

3. Why isn’t there a grievance redressal channel? These complaints/concerns should be kept confidential for the benefit of all.. It has to be raised and resolved within closed doors…

Please help provide me and the people who have been affected by this with two resolutions:

I am prasanta Kumar Rana take a paid service from shine job last 4 month till time not getting the binifit when call to the customer care they told to me take the action at your end we are help less please consider my point and take the action against of shine job immediately
