Dear Team,
I had received many calls from your representative's side for free service for register in Shine.com.

During transcation, your representative had choose paid service option & amount has been deducted of Rs.10, 000 thousand & again Rs.10, 000 (Total Rs.20, 000) directly from my Account.

I had discussed with your representative Mr.Pankaj Kumar Gupta ([protected] & [protected]) Mr.Pankaj had taken a complaint & assured me, your amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.

But still i am not getting my amount.Now nobody is attending my call.
This is not a business way.Is this a culture of Shine.com?

I got several calls from Shine.com for job opening & they were asking for money around 2000/- to activate emoloyee id.
I did not encourage their calls as I don't support getting jobs paying money for it.

Then one leady (MOB. [protected]) called me and asked me to pay only 25/- to activate my employee id so that i can get job notifications & interview calls.
He mentioned jobs in sun pharma and lupin pharma other big names.

I agreed as the amount was less.

He sent me a link Https//Shinecareers.in/app.apk and asked me to download Shine Employer app to make online payment of 25/-. I asked him to disconnect the call but he insisted me to keep him on line while doing the transaction, as its required for their quality control purpose.i understood something is wrong she told me to allow all the permission to app, the permission was send and read sms. And view contact's, i confirmed that is 100 percent fraud

Meanwhile I have transferred all money through g pay in my friends acc.
Then i followed a process told by her i have add all details like name mail id and cont number then i put my customer id for NetBanking and password... But science i denied permission for read and send sms i did not recived any otp
And till now no any money debited from my acc.
But they are force me to try for payment
What is this going on in the name of a popular job site???
Misleading candidates, asking money for job and most shockingly robbing money by fraudulant transactions from our account in daylight!!!

How is this possible???

I heard about Shine.com being a fraud from many but I never really experienced it.
Please resolve issue asap.

Expecting the reply at the earliest from Shine.com management, if at all any authenticity exists!!

Dear Team, on 23rd September 2021, I got many calls stating that it’s from Shine.Com offering paid services to get our Resume noted in Job market. They have asked me to make payment for registration fees, and two more payments via EMI’s for other services. I have made payment rupees 19, 000/- altogether for all the mentioned services and again they have asked me raise another payment to complete the whole process. However, I felt something fishy and I denied any further payments there after. I have raised a complaint to Payportal also. Everyday I’m getting a lot of fake calls stating they are from Shine and will help to refund the payment, however all are trying to loot money on behalf of Shine. Lost trust in Shine by all means. Kindly do something to refund my money at your earliest convenience. Thanks

It's almost 15 days, they have not provided the services and also not responding to the calls or emails.

Could you please intervene and help in resolving this issue.

On 30th June'21 I had received few calls from persons of Shine.com regarding job opportunities in MNCs offering suitable work from home profiles. After ignoring their lucrative calls, in evening received another call from lady claiming to be from Shine.com and it's subsidary of HT Media Ltd. They asked me to purchase so called 'Application Highliter' products for 3 months and due to month ending they offered it with few discounts finaly costing INR 1805 (Earlier they shown it for INR 2005).
They asked to purchase it for priority job offers from various recruiters, also told that resume team will be in contact with you and guide for the interview round and bla bla...! After putting trust on her I decided to purchase and let see what they offer, she transfered call to another person who sent to me perfoma invoice over my mail along with link for payment. I paid online via GPay UPI and they sent me payment and/or confirmation mail and printed invoice. On call advised me to be updated on their so called websites 'Shine.com' & 'learning.shine.com' for job searches as per my criteria and preferences. Meanwhile, I read very bad reviews and fraud experiences from many people for this type of lucrative fraudulent. After completing almost 3 months from purchase I had never ever received any calls from any recruiters or person of Shine.com. I had tried to contact them over email and landlines for refund and complaint to cyber crime for this fraud, but no any response from them. I had attached all evidences along herewith.
I request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to get me refund my INR 1805 from Shine.com as early as possible. They are cheaters and frauds job seekers/people like anything without any fear of police or anyone. Thanks

Mr Brigesh of shine.com forcefully claimed charges of Rs. 26300/- from me. I dont want these services. Please refund my hard earned momey.

I was currently charged of more than 50k and they are keeping on charging again and again without providing proper details.

He said that I'm selected for Air India computer operator job and I have to pay 2500 to him for the job registration. I have blocked him. But please make sure to not keep fake recruiters on Shine.com as it lessens the trust on the site.

the incident: first, Saurabh (Shine. com) said, service is free, then 3047 INR, then appx 6000, then 15116 INR (Transaction ID IN20210921_[protected]_[protected]), then after 5 minutes 30, 000 INR. I have already paid 3000, 6000, and 15116 INR.

Desirable resolution - full refund of all the fees as the service has not commenced. i paid all these fees yesterday and today and have already requested refund with the intention that i am not continuing their service.

This company charged me Rs.75, 000/- with fraudulent promises of Job and later on found to be fake company

I received a call today 18th Sep 2021 morning from Shine Jobs contact number[protected], asked my interest to change of Job. Received next call from[protected] mentioned his name as Amit, very politely told me about paid Job Assstance service in Shine shared a payment link from [protected]@shine.com with subject Proforma Invoice for Rs. 3, 657/-for Product Application Booster Package
Received another call in the evening from 0124...

Today on 17th sept I was looking for a job change and shine agency executive Mr Sajeev called([protected] & [protected]) and I applied for 6 month of service for resume highlighting and I paid Rs 3027. afterwards, I got a followed call and they asked me to pay more than Rs 4673 to work on my resume verification and for the same, I raised the complainant that you can't force me to pay this and I was not ready to pay. again a new manager was appointed and he convinced me to pay. when I paid that again next invoice of Rs 9202 was raised for the content writer and how my resume get selected. again I denied but that fellow convinced me that if you will be getting a 30-40% hike then what is the issue to pay that much. i was very clear that I am not going to pay a single penny after that and he agreed. once I did with this last transaction I received one more performa with Rs 17237 for a professional summary of Rs 8999 and senior-level resume writing services Rs 3999 and Rs 16090for super express. I didn't ask all these services and all these were fraudulent. i haven't taken any services and I haven't joined any portal. for Rs 3027 i am responsible but the remaining transactions were cheated and forcefully get it done from my end by giving other future endeavours. i am requesting them to send my money back as I don't want any of these facilities. they are not ready to pay my money back as a non-refundable policy. request you to please help. am already struggling with my job and I am losing my money like this.

Person from shine called me to pay Rs.3186 alone for job service. After paying that amount, then he transferred to another person ujjawal The second person asked me to pay another Rs. 5192 which is mandatory and Rs.10382 again he told me to pay Rs 16103.

I paid this because he told me it is mandatory. All the services are not activated yet. Also i found it is not mandatory.. Bill was given from some other company account..

I am not interested to complete the process. so refund the amount i had paid yesterday...

I want to withdraw and refund my money

Hi I m Rahul Sharma i registered my self in shine jobs on dated 07/09/2021. first i got a call from your side to pay 3186 for registration. i did that after that then my call transferred to some senior he said that my i have to pay rs 5192 for document verification that amount i paid after that he said to pay 10382rs for verification i paid . and then for profile building he asked to pay 16103 I told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok and paid that amount also. after that he asked me to pay 25000 rs .I denied for that Sir this was not the right way to work . i told him plz refund my money next day on 17/09/2021 back which i was paid he said the shine doesn't refund money even though my services are not activated yet . I was in search of jobs on the shine portal and i had applied for few jobs in the app. After few days i had received message from shine stating that my profile is been selected for bank operation and to contact on the given number. I had called that number and a girl by name name Garima spoke to me and asked me to pay a registration fee of 2600/-Rs and then she arranged for interview with Sandeep and after that I got a mail stating that i have been selected and should pay a security deposited of 12500/-RS and i want to pay but that lady had spoke in such a way that it sounded true, so i also asked my sister to check for the job with her.
After all the conversation and assurance me and my sister paid 12, 500/-Rs each towards the job. After few days we got offer letter which stated that 21800/-RS has to be deposited as a security bond deposited and we had also paid 21800/-Rs each... After that we tried calling and all the numbers are switched off and not answering the call.

1) How shine team has given permission to scammers to fetch customers mobile number from the portal?
2) How come scammers and user shine name to generate auto messages
3) i am sure there must be more instance which should have been reported, what is the action taken against them criminals from shine?
4) i am not going to stop here, i will be approaching cyber crime and legal complaint tp avoid such criminal activity in future.

I got a call from[protected] from this number on Sunday 12/09/2021. The person says me that I'm selected for the job and I have to visit one of the company next day for interview. I visited their they told me to pay 300 as registration fees then after paying this the company ask me to pay 1000 for one day training and then they says after that one day training they will give me the address and name of the company where I have to join for the job.
Does shine share our resume to the placement company amd then they take money to place us in the company for job

I am Pradeep Mathur, I have opted services of shine.com after their harsh and tourchered behaviour of shine representative, I made the payment of 28000/- to shine on 19th august 2021.
still I am trying to contact to them they are making me fool and No action has been taken by them however I have paid money to shine.

Hi,

On Thursday 2nd sep. 2021 evening shine representative called me for shine services. I accepted initial registration as they said only that is required for initiating job search help.
However, after sometime another representative called and asked me for further order placement and payment for those at the end only one payment was remaining he said post which services will start.
But on very next day i mailed shine.com for cancelling all orders as I haven't started using them also i didn't completed last payment.
But they are not willing to cancel those orders stating either i use them or transfer them to someone else.
I had completed payment for around[protected] INR.
