HI I am Manika Bhardwaj,

I received a call from your executive Name Sahil[protected]he forced me for this plan and as needed of job i have paid for job, i have paid 2000 for this today by transaction id- CP[protected] Order Id - 343371.

Then I received a call from[protected] this number says if you want a job you have to pay 6000 more and we will get you a job in a week.

is this kind of a joke or Shine.com is making some scam .

Pls return my amount i don't want this shine.com service any more .

Shine.com is frauding people by looting their money. I got a call from them to register with them and then they started giving back to back invoices and were threatening that how will my profile be valued if I do not pay them, etc. I do not understand why this has never came under notice as there are thousands of similar complaint. I am definitely going to sue the company by taking legal help.

Then someone called from shine and said sir there are two process to be done 1. Verification and and presentation . For verification upload the document to any third party website
For this also they charge 5192
I said what's is this. They said sir company asks only verified persons so for job I have to verify . I argued . And then I paid .
Agian after few min they raised a payment for another verification for job verification of 9438 rs. And said i[censored] not do the paymant they can't proceed and they will not be responsible for not getting the job .
I said sir this is last payment or I have to do firyher payment they said no sir this sis last payment . I paid again. After few min he raised a new payment of 15928 saying sot fot presentations u have to apy again . I argued a lot because I want a decent job and again after lot of argue I paid . Again after few min he raise a new payment of 25744 saying sir jibs on move and said i[censored] won't do these process u won't get a job from shine .

I am asking why they are taking again again money and saying this is final and taking money and increasing the range of money by giveing such bushit name

I want all my refund back to my account I don't want any services . They are not listening and nor responding If i call them they said u have not paid for extra services so we r unable to offer you the jo, you will get only the free jos that are on our wesites .Then where my money gone ?? neither i get job nor any job assessment . please refund my money back

Shine hr Karan Malhotra called me and offered a job and asked to pay 3000 regarding that. He scolded and blackmailed me that he will blacklist me in shine and LinkedIn. His no. [protected].

I have been cheated by a series of planning by your employees.

First, one called me and asked for the money for application highlighter and resume booster service (Ujjawal).
I paid the money, still, the service is not activated. Then the second-day Jitin called and told me that you have to pay an additional 5000 INR.

When I said I will not pay an additional amount, he started demoralizing me. I then said I will discuss with my wife and see what I can do. Again he started pressurizing me and humiliate me by saying that this is not how you will get a job. After that my wife talked to him and he said to my wife that who are you to take this call. He was supposed to give his view on this but no, he went on humiliating me and my wife. Of course, after that, we also loose our patience and said him that either you give me that service which we already ordered or just stop calling.

Is there anything you can do? I think I lost my money but I am happy to know who you are. Definitely, I will get a job through my talent only not shine.com and you do not have to worry about this. But I am worried about you. Do you believe in cheating the people who are already struggling? Please do not cheat young people.

Here is the incident detials : On Saturday (4th july 2021) i have received a call from shine.com executive for paid service. He said that we are offering job guarantee for your profile and we will assist you till you will get a job.I have for charges they informed that charge for this service is 2005 INR. I have accepted the offer and pay the money. Executive said that for your assistance shine will appoint a Relationship Manager who will help you further.

Executive arrange a call from Relationship Manager - Jatin Rana. We both have introduce to each other. He inform me that while talking you have to access your mail, so make sure we can do that.After Jatin ask me about my experience in industry and whole story from the day when I start working to till date. I have informed him all the things. Then he said me my current ctc and prefer location I have replied to him. We told me about the ctc which i can get maximum and that we has mentioned in his record. After he told me that there is some process which need to be done to complete my profile. Till now we didn't discuss regarding any payment and paid option.

Then Jatin start inform me regarding process of highlights my profile on the portal and share job on whatsapp and also told we do some verification of highest graduation and my current salary slip. After completing this conversation Jatin ask to check my mail he send me some Proforma.I have checked my emails, i have find 1 mail in he have send me a payment link of amount 4673 INR, When i saw that payment link, asked from Jatin that your executive didn't inform me anything regarding this but he said he is an executive level, so didn't regarding this i will analysis your profile and i have to share you details and other things.I have paid that amount because i have already pay 2005 INR so i thought if only this require then i can this only and my 2005 INR will not get wasted. He asked to share last 4 digits of transaction id i have shared to him, after he said you qualifications verification has been done now check 1 more proforma i have shared with you in that amount is 8262 INR, i have paid that also he didn't inform regarding this in prior discussion just to avoid wastage of my money i have more money. After that i have received one more proforma and that's amount almost double i.e. 14807 INR for which i ask him i don't want to pay anymore he said this is the last one . Now you just pay and in 10-15 days we will get the results and don't think about the money now. Just pay and i will close the process. So i have confirmed this is last payment he confirmed me and i have pay this amount also and told him the last 4 digits of transaction number. He ask me to tell me 2nd one also i have ask that already informed him but he said he have send 1 more proforma that charge me 21238 INR. I denied to pay that amount and he force me to pay that amount and we both have discussed almost 1.5 hours over call regarding this in that he try to convence me. But i m not feel comfortable because in couple of seconds he have asked to pay him about 30k and he was saying that don't think about money just think about the benefits you will get after this. I ask him that i will not pay any more but still he force me to change my mind. I have ask him that provide me services i will pay you remaining amount later. He said use your credit card and pay in small installment you are investing on our career don't think so much. I have ask him to call me back after sometime or tomorrow. He said this live call you have completed this process now otherwise your process will not be able to complete. When i have ask him that you cheated on me and you just asking money so he said me a mail that this is last payment after no need to pay any amount.

I have ask him that I don't want this service refund my money otherwise provide me complete service in this amount, so he said you are just emotional blackmailing me. After that i have asked him just take your charge and remaining amount refund to me. He said we don't have this policy. I have ask in your mail this think so we instruct me to check the dialog box open at the payment gate which is not correct.This should be clear in the starting of the process.

Think which i have make me understand that trap is every link which shared by him just double the previous one.

I want my money refund and I don't want to avail any of the service.

On 22nd June taken 89, 734 Rs by telling that they will provide 100% job within 15days, he said that we tied up with big companies and you will be having bright future and you will get good income, I actually believed that shine is a good company and i was paying, He was asking continuously by sending payment link If i ask him this is the last payment he will say this will be your final payment and then he will be asking again to pay.
At last he asked me to pay 34, 218 for Management Fundamentals Training and Certification and i refused and i asked why i need to pay for this unwanted certificate. He said you will be getting your offer letter in your hand within 15 days i[censored] do the final payment and finally didn't paid and argued with him 30mins.
Serious action to be taken and provide justice please.

I have paid INR3657 to shine, as explained by executive Ms. Poonam that you will get interviewed by many reputed company which are in our contact and will get very good package once you our service charge.
Later on another executive called back and said this package is only to highlight your job profile and demands to pay more to get additional benefits.
Then I have denied to activate this service and moreover requested to initiate refund of my hard earned money.

Please initiate refund process.
I want my money back as I have not availed any services.

I will proceed for consumer court if there will be delay in processing.

Shine.com representatives called me and gave good attractive offers that they will help in job hunting by creating profile and resume etc. They called me repeatedly and convinced me to pay 20, 000 to them on 23.06.2021. After that till now, I have not got any response from them. Nobody is ready to speak to me or respond me. This is a completely FAKE organization.

The name of their representative is Manish Saikia.

I have opted for a service from shine jobs for 3292/-. I would like to have that amount refunded and please cancel my service

After creating profile on Shine.com I received a call from a number saying they are providing premium services @Rs 10/- and not charging any one for jobs. They gave me a site www.referenceinshine.com and told me to fill the info on the form. then the payment section it asked me to pay Rs 10 through card. After selecting the card it asked for OTP after the otp was entered 10000 Rs got deducted from my account.
I got suspected and shouted at them. She said by mistake it happened please wait i will refund it to you. Again they did something and I received otp to debit 9990 from the card. This time i did not share the otp. I complained to the branch and blocked my card.

Dear Shine,
I took a paid service of jobs on move of worth Rs 4248. I was told that I will receive 2 jobs per week based on my criteria mentioned. I received call from Swaroop Singh he told that this jobs on move is of no use until I take other service. He forcefully made me do payment under threat that my money will be wasted. Hen after paying for another service he again asked me to do payment for one more service otherwise the two services I paid will be of no use. This is how he made me to do total 4 more payment in addition to jobs on move. I cried then he said ok this is enough. This way he took around 1 lakh rupees. All payments done through credit card. He said if I will not pay he will not guarantee me jobs. He said he is there for 16 years and will land me a job of package more than 15 lakhs in 15 days. Please refund my hard earned money for below mentioned services. I am ready to pay for jobs on move of Rs 4248 rest services please cancel and refund. If you will not refund eventually I will have to take to consumer forum. I haven't used any of your services and not at all wanted to use. Below are the services for which I want refund

I Shailendra Pattanayak request you to unenroll me from the courses Education Verification Negotiation Skills with invoice number N339108 and the other one is
Communication Skills at Work place with invoice number N339116. According to my experience I no longer require these certifications I already have these skills. In the midst of the phone call I was persuaded to enroll in this courses and later I understood this is not required . I paid a lot of money for these courses which are available at comparatively lower cost at other places. Hence, I want my refund of these courses immediately.
