Hi I'm lehar agarwal on 21st July I received a msg of job which was about typing and hand writing job they provide me with all details of their company like they sent me copyright and all for work they are me security fee of rs 2100 even I paid that trusting them i did their there work n submitted it but now they are not giving my salary they are asking me to refer and pay more amt of rs 3550 and even that I paid they said they will give me of rs 13200 as my salary but they are not giving it since two days I'm asking them the girl who messaged me her name was HR divya n for salary the girl messaged me was HR sapna and they asked me to pay amt to Rahul singh I paid total amt of rs 5650/- I need my money back I request shine.com to look into this problem and give me a solution of it. It would be really very thankful o[censored]h company name is FUTURE CARRER SOLUTION It was from Bihar..

One of the person called from yesterday to register the amount for Job his name is pradeep from shine his no.is [protected], anyone guide how can I trust? and shine.com service is good.

I have opted and paid for an online course GB+BB via shine (ISEL global) paying Rs. 16520 dated 3rd feb, when enquired came to know it is not activated. On 6th i got a call from your customer care and asked me to pay additionally to opt for the course where i hesitated and then the guy said they will offer this that etc which i have never received he forcefully made me to pay Rs. 5545&Rs. 9556 which is career assesment and communication skill where i told him that i am experienced 20yrs and need not require this but as i wanted GB+BB i paid this. Then i got a link for GB and 3months it got over and got a softcopy of certificate later no BB nothing no response from shine too. When i enquire they will ask to check with ISEL. You have told unlimited education blah blah which i havent received. To my surprise still the course is showing service in progress only. Now you take GB amount rest i need refund. Else as per consumer protection law i will be filing a case against shine. Do respond

Shine.com is a fraud site, as they are taking money and not activating services this has happed to me on 23rd July, i took below packages worth of 34 k.

Caller Name is Sachin and his Manager is Kuldeep, these people highly fraud people, be careful.

Also you can notice that there is no contact number given in Shine.com...this makes it clear on fraudulent.

I don't want to avail any services and neither do I want to activate them.. Please refund my money

I want to complaint against Shine learning as was informed clearly that I am a working professional and cannot attend evening classes, however; despite informing the same was forcefully enrolled into evening classes and after that rep is not answering calls. His name is Amar and they are fraudsters though I have the receipt of payment but nobody is responding even on Twitter complaints. I want my money to be refunded.
Sheer Fraudsters they are and playing with customer’s money and future.

Yesterday only i upload my new resume in shine.com, today morning itself i got lots of calls from shine.com asking money to transfer immediately from my google pay account...they are pushing me to transfer immediately right now...one number is[protected] and this girl given bank account is PNB bank, new delhi branch account no: [protected] and [protected] another guy call from this number asking money to transfer immediaely. dont belive this fraud people..
i also i complaints to remove my profile from there shine.com website but they are not remove my profile and telling its company policy cant remove my resume..so dont ever register in shine.com web site for job..its fraud company..dont share ur personal deails...dont belive shine.com...i am fully upset...

Thanks to take my concern as Shine.com misguided with their services

1. This is with reference to your e-mail regarding the transactions of Rs. 13967.89, Rs 3185 00 and Rs, 3185 on 12/07/2021 at M/s RAZSHINECOM GURGAON IN and M/s. HT MEDIA LTD MUMBAI IND .

2. They had asked me for their services regarding job opportunity but as I'd made the payment they called me for another payment to activate services after payment of 26 thousand they asked me to make more payment of 29 thousand

I denied and ask for cancelation of service and refund my amount then they totally denied on this and asking me forcefully to take their services and after that they told me that we don't have refund policy which is ideally need to confirm on prior basis by any service provider

I've all proof in call recording and on mail basis also where on the same time after knowing that shine.com making false commitment and not providing clear picture regarding their services and policy I asked them to do not activate any services.

I have beend contacked from one of your staff stating that you have been shortlisted for a airport ticket and passport verification job opportunity. And they also aasked my CV and id proof and marksheet also. But when i asked for an interview opportunity they are asking for Rs. 1800 as joinibg fee statibg that is refundable. And i asked them why i need to pay this money. They responded that your profile will be removed and banned from shine. Is it true that we have to pay any kind of money to shine for any job oppurtunity?

She has all my documents copy and CV.

I want to mention the detail of the fraud by the Shine employees. My name is Sindhu, I got a call from shine employe Amit with email id [protected]@learningshine.com He told me that I will get all the services from shine only after I pay a registration fees of Rs. 2999/-. He said that it is the only fees I am supposed to pay. I accepted the offer and paid that amount. He told me then that a person name Vishal will contacted me to guide me further. After some time I got a call from Vishal [protected]@learningshine.com and [protected]@learningshine.com. He discussed with me all the opportunities I can get. After that he asked me to see your mail, where he has send me a link of payment of Rs. 4599. I shocked to see it, I said to him that I have been said that those registration fees of 2999 is the only fees, I am supposed to pay. He said that you are supposed to pay only this amount otherwise your procedure cannot be continue. He compelled me also to pay this amount of Rs. 4599 in the name of education background. Just a few minutes later he said to pay another Rs. 6999 for employment background. I got very much irritated and I said that I very clearly asked from you that do I have to pay any other amount and you have clearly said no. On this he replied you are paying to third party and not to us. He forced me to pay this amount otherwise whatever amount you have paid that will be wasted and you will also not offered job. On this I again paid that Rs. 6999.
But very soon he again asked me to pay Rs. 12000 on the name of resume writing. I got very angry on him. I said just now, I have asked you that it was the last amount I am going to pay. I mention to him that I did not have money to pay any further amount. He said you are paying from credit card so you should not have any problem. I disconnected call of anger. I told him you guys are fraud. You have already taken a large amount from me. He said that it is the last amount you are supposed to pay otherwise all money you paid will be wasted. I told him that I will not be paying further money to them as I don’t want their services asked for refund. But now they are replying to the calls or emails. I have all the mails and their contact numbers off fraud people. I have paid Rs 14597 for fraud services.

I can not contact anyone from shine.com, The councelor which was provided me Mr. gaurav is not picking up the phone. I tried multiple times.

I want a callback from shine as soon as possible.

On 14th July' 21, I got a call from an executive from shine.com ( HT Media Group ) for paid services and I paid Rs 3292/- ( IN20210714_516051 ) and the executive said that I will get a call from senior manager for more update . And I got a call on 15th July'21 and they extracted Rs 4673/- ( IN20210715_516737 )
(for Education Verification Plus Package ) further they extracted Rs7197/- ( IN20210715_516747 ) ( for Job Profile Verification Plus Package 2 ) afterword they extracted Rs 12978/- ( IN20210715_[protected]_[protected] ) ( Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling ) and later on they said one more payment I have to make of Rs 18407/- for which I denied . They all are trained professionals who will not reveal total how much you have to pay .Slowly slowly and step by step they will say you to pay the charges and each time the charges will go on increasing . At one go they will not say that you have to pay a certain amount which can cost you more that 30k or 40k .They will say that as per your requirement and experience you will be charged . They all are well trained to cheat people in the name of job opportunities .
So after making payment a total of Rs 24848/- which I paid on 15th july'21 immediately within 30 minutes I mailed them for cancellation . But the bluntly denied for refund .I have not used there services at all so I need my Full Refund ( 24848 + 3292 = 28140/- )

I got several calls from Shine.com for job opening & they were asking for money around 2000/- to activate emoloyee id.
I did not encourage their calls as I don't support getting jobs paying money for it.

Then Mr Rahul (MOB. [protected]) called me and asked me to pay only 10/- to activate my employee id so that i can get job notifications & interview calls.
He mentioned jobs in Columbia Asia, ICICI and other big names.

I agreed as the amount was less.

He sent me a link Https//Shinecareers.in/app.apk and asked me to download Shine Employer app to make online payment of 10/-. I asked him to disconnect the call but he insisted me to keep him on line while doing the transaction, as its required for their quality control purpose.

I wanted a Paytm payment but he told me only Debit card payment is available.

First time Rs 10 deducted from my account and I told him that I got the message from bank also. But he told me to do the payment again as it was not reflecting in their payment page. so I paid 10/- again from another card.
It was also not reflecting so he told me to wait on the same page till it reflects.
Then surprisingly I got message from bank that 2200/- has been deducted from my account. Transaction description is same as the earlier one received after payment of 10/-.

I screamed and asked him what is going on and he initially tried of not accepting and disconnected the call.
I again called twice and he calmly told me that 2200/- has been deducted for premium service of Shine, but I never opted that.

He tried making me understood that it happened due to network problem.
When I was not ready to accept his version, he assured me it will be refunded back to me by next 24-48 hours, as its a mistake from their side and there's nothing to worry about.

Now he is not responding to my calls or messages.
Shine.com customer support @ [protected] or emails ids ([protected]@shine.com & [protected]@shine.com) also not responding.

What is this going on in the name of a popular job site???
Misleading candidates, asking money for job and most shockingly robbing money by fraudulant transactions from our account in daylight!!!

How is this possible???

I heard about Shine.com being a fraud from many but I never really experienced it.

I have all the call recordings, message & transaction page screenshot.

Expecting the reply at the earliest from Shine.com management, if at all any authenticity exists!!

Today they called me and told that i will get an interview from Aditya Birla Group so i hv to pay 3000 rs for that. I paid and they told me the interview questions. Later they asked me 5050 rs for document verification. I paid that also. Sir, i need the refund. Please help me

I am writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that your sales representatives make false promise each time and asked to pay for services which I pay instantly but did not get the services as per promise made till date.
First I have explain the complete false promise made by Company (Shine.com) Representative:
1. I have received a call on May 25 2021 from shine.com, congratulating me for...

On shine representative called me, and told that he is my relationship manager, fist they taken registration amount 3165 iNR.
then asked me to pay 5000 rs for document verification, and so on .. he asked me for different different facilities for that you you to pay 10000 and 14000 INR..and I have paid all almost 35000rs.
I request to you please refund my money back or provide high profile service.
