I have purchased a job service by Shine.com on 03.08.2021 for Rs. 3186.00. At that time they have not disclosed that more charges are required to avail their service. Immediately after that they have sent a invoice for Rs. 5545.00 and asking for payment for career assessment test and educational verification. I have not paid because they have not initially disclosed me that these payments are to be made. However since i was not getting any service so finally on 16.08.2021 i paid an amount of Rs. 3068.00 as per their invoice for education verification and employment verification. However after that again they are asking for a payment of Rs.5310 on 17.08.2021 for resume writing service, which i have not paid. But the relation Manager Mr. Mohit pressuring to make the payment for getting service. So it appears that they are cheating me and want to extract money in the name of service. I am going to file police complaint against Mr. mohit, Subhangi Singh and Shine.com for not providing desired service for which i have paid.

After done the WHF work. They called they will credit the salary. For that some fee will be there which is refundable. Like that they taken some 16200. After paying that also they didn't credit the salary. Now they are not responding. Before that they didn't discussed any fee and charges. Only first I need to pay 1200.

I got a message from shine.com. there 1 person number also mentioned. After done the work. They said to pay some fees, I paid some 16200 but they didn't given salary also. And now they are not responding

I was looking for job, i got call from shine.com,
Firstly they have take 3100 as registration free and then after someone called himself as a expert from shine they have take 5500 and then again asked for 8500 for final complete profile price.

Totally fraud shine.com

I got SMS from shine to contact with Tanuja Singh.
So she call me and you are short listed from Havells india ltd pune for quality control and then ask for registration fees which is refundable.then they ask other 7500 for verification fees so said that.
I don't want to continue with you.
Refund my money back.
Then they said that we are filed complaint against you to waste our time and other 14 condidate.
What should I do now.

On 06th Aug 2021 I have registered on Shine.com by paying approx Rs. 3000.00 to find a new job. I got the call on the same day saying that a Shine.com representative will call me to update your profile and update you more about the next step. I got the call on 07th Aug 2021 around 10:00 AM and the representative asked me to check my Email. I have received the E-mail of Proforma Invoice of Rs. 5192/- and asked me to pay the charges to verify my educational Documents. I have paid the same. Against I have received a proforma Invoice of Rs. 10618/- and representative asked me to pay the charges saying that they will process Assessment test and Counselling. I have paid the same. Again I have received a Proforma Invoice of Rs. 17167/- and representative asked me to pay the same convincing me that they will work on my resume and help to update the same. I have paid the same. Again I have received an invoice of Rs. 24779/- and representative asked me to pay the same saying that it is the 02 nd part of previous charges. Now I started to confuse that there was no end of these charges and these services are so costly. By seeing that representative transferred the call to his manager. The Manager started to convince me that this money is your investment for the future and other sweet talks. I got convinced and I have paid this amount and One more amount of Rs. 31808/-.

After that again I have received an Invoice of Rs. 29499/- . Now I have realized that there is no end of these invoices and they are to costly for me. When I have added the whole amount, I have paid approx 91000/- including bank charges. This whole transaction happened within 01 to 1&1/2 hour. Then I came to my senses and asked them to cancel the services and refund my money on ongoing recorded call as there was only 01 or 02 hours has been passed. But i got the shocking reply from Shine.com team, they said that there is no refund policy in Shine.com you have to use the services and have to pay the charges. I denied for the same and instant write the mail to cancel the services to Shine.com. It is attached for your reference. Till now I have not used any services of Shine.com and still I am following up for my money from Shine.com and I am not getting any satisfactory response. Please help me. I have attached the Mail and one of the Invoice and payment confirmation. My Total Refund amount is Rs. 91000/- Approx (Including Bank Charges). Still I am not demanding back my registration fees of 3000.00 which I have paid earlier.

I have received call from shine.com for told me for paying amount 3200/- I have paid the said amount after that they also told for pay 4600/- I have also paid this amount after that they also told me for pay 6700/-

Totally fraud by shine.com and no services provided by them

Plzz give me my registration fee back because they have told me that it is refundable

Dear Concern, On dated 28th July 2021, I have recieved cal from Shine.com and customer Service Executive has not told me all things in brief of the services and he was so abrupt taking my amounts from my credit card 5320, 10639, 17592, 25393 INR from shine.com for paid service and I have requested many times to Shine.com but due to unpleasant behaviour of their officals they are not refunding my amounts to me, kindly help me on urgent basis as it is unethical company and append strict action against them and after that another guys also demanding for payment for further process. Every discussed just invoice raise but no any guys till any payment need or not. Please refund my money.

Hello I got a call from shine because i was searching for job opportunities.
They called me and said in order to keep you profile as Featured Profile for 90 days i have to pay 2313. I made the payment because they assured me that my profile will be shared with the companies and i will deferential get a call back from the companies like HCL, Wipro Accenture and other top companies.

After the payment said. in order to apply for the company i have to match to the recruiter's requirement. so to showcase my skill they have assigned a career assessment test i need to just give the assessment. even if it wrong its okay they will help me clear it. so i payed 4129 rs. Also they mentioned that its the final payment there is no payment here after.

I payed only because they said its the final payment. and i don't want to lose the money which i payed before. i don't want any of the services that stops my resume from shortlisting.

i reached my credit card limit and i couldn't pay for a course.

its for reference. their is also no service for that. just the link for the payment gateway. he told this is the final step i can guarantee you i can send an email stating that this is the final payment.

the payment got stuck in awaiting.

he checked with the cc avenue team with the screenshot details i have provided him for the transaction number.
He impersonated as me to the cc avenue guy and he enquired about the payment which is awaiting.

They clearly wanted to drain my entire amount. and they did it. Yet I'm totally got scammed. its a shame that I'm a graduate and i fall into this trap.

I need the refund back. Help me get it.

I asked for refund and they said its not possible. i said i have audio recording. They told me to send that audio recording so that they will check.

Dear Sir, my self ashvin and on dated 9th august i got it call from shine for paid service and I paid 3292/-, and after that another guys also demanding for payment for further process, and against this i was pay 5320/70 and after that he was further tell me process is pending till you need pay 15000/- amount. Last 2days to till now i am getting messages from shine.com. Today i was contacted with shine.com person she told me your cv has shortlisted for bank section it services so you will pay the amount of Rs.49 and then call me i will arrange the interviews. i was going to payment option getting the OTP, its showing Rs.10050/- as same i was asked her, she was blocked my number im trying another numbers i was asking she was blocking that all numbers.
what's happing in shine.com and why should you shared all my details to frauds. what i was received that's links i shared and attached to you. Kindly notice and update me. don't neglect this type of frauds, because of i am not a Job Holder sir...

Shine .com only take the money but no service provid when call to customer care executive told to me go and complain to sales team we are not a concern person when call to concern person they are told that pay 4800 then you cal get the benefits if required 4800 till time then why not going inform to me when I was take the registration time and the registration fee already take by shine job 3290

One day a shine executive call me and told me that we have a lot of opportunity in elearning platform and we have provided lots of job for e learners imidiately and u can also get the job if we will show ur resume and share it with the company u have to pay some amount for higlighting your resume and from here the fraud has been started they keep on going asking money for my future my profile my jobs amd a total of rs 104000 charged from me but after getting the money zero services are provided by shine they are not picking up the call and if they pick they just said it takes some time wait wait amd wait krte krte 2 months nikal .i want my refund as early as possible

The link mr.rohit singh ([protected]) provided me http://www.theplacement.co.in and here there was an option to pay 29 and it deducted 2929 amount first later the recruiter asked me to tap on the refund to get back the amount and it deducted 22000 from my account . I request consumercomplaints.in to resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund me the amount total 24929 in my account by today please help me.

The recruiter asked me to wait till morning and he will refund the amount but still there has been no update from his side and also he is not picking up the call mr. This is to inform you that I applied for an job application for that I contacted mr.rohit singh his contact no. - [protected] and he asked me to fill the form where I had to pay 29 rupees for the aptitude test later the site was not working properly and he asked me to keep on trying and further it deducted 2929 amount from my account and later he asked me to apply for the refund amount and it got deducted 22000 rupees. I request you to refund my Total amount 24929 as soon as possible.

A call come and said you have to pay 2000 for giving exam for data entry job and this fees is totally refundable. After i given the exam they took my interview next day and after the interview they said you have to pay 7000 for documents verification and this ammount will be redunded i have paid that and then after 3 days they said you have to pay 15500, 10000 sallary account opening and 5500 for training .i refused then she said you submit 5500 and i will talk to mam for you and however for getting my refund i paid 5500 and then they said you have to pay the whole amount that remaining 10000 . I refused and ask for my refund they said they will not the file can't be cancelled.sir plzz do help and plzz ask them to refund
