Today (12/09/2025), I had a disappointing experience with Shine.com. Initially, they asked for a registration fee of â‚¹3, 200 + GST for their full services and assured that a relationship manager would be assigned to support career enhancement. They initially offered services at a low cost at around 3657 only, promising job assistance, resume shortlisting, and guaranteed interviews. I paid â‚¹56, 000 to Shine.com for job assistance and was given a verbal promise that Iâ€™d receive 2 direct interviews per week. Itâ€™s been 20 months, and not a single interview has been arranged.

Now they deny all responsibility and continue to give copy-paste replies with no resolution or refund.

This is clear fraud and exploitation of helpless job seekers.
